Tricia is wonderful, she helped me find my unit with ease and she's been very patient with me when I'm late on a payment. Wonder place itself, kept very clean and doesn't smell like a few other places I've been.

Clean, quiet, secure, and affordable. I always recommend this storage to others. I've had my storage for a out 2 years and am looking to get a larger one. ***Previously Bargain Storage. Above review was in reference to my 2-year experience at BARGAIN STORAGE*** Recently changed to Public Storage after I wrote my initial review. I am kind of salty about the chance in management as I had absolutely no problems with Bargain Storage. Price increases begin December 1st, so I'm kind of disappointed with that. We shall see how this goes.

I want to start by saying that The people there are always real nice to my husband and me we where a little late getting off work and had no choice but to move when we got off we literally didn't leave until 930 the first night we just explained that we just got evicted from our house and but we still need to work . Your staff is great 👍😃

Difficult to get into the driveway and they charge so much you would think they were in indoor massive high dollar place.

I had a rough day prior to entering the doors at Fort Worth Bargain Storage. But the Superbowl Smile that greeted me when I entered the doors made me forget that I was about to pay on bill with money I truly need for myself! And as if that wasn't enough. The excellent customer service but icing on the cake. At the end of it all it was ok for me to release that that I wanted to keep, and released it with gladness! That was some old fashioned customer service that you truly don't see anymore, because people are so angry and hateful! Because of Michelle I'm very happy to be doing business with Fort Worth Bargain Storage........

I have been a customer at this storage facility for six years, and throughout this time, I have had nothing but great service and conversations with the staff. The place is well maintained and very secure, and the rates are very reasonable, which is a godsend for someone on a tight budget. Public Storage Creek Run is truly awesome, and if I ever need a place to store items again, this will be the place.

This location is trash. My daughter got a storage here when she moved in, they had a power outage and she noticed the door on her storage is broken. They have not fixed it and have not compensated her. You can never get anyone on the phone.

18% higher invoice and still no working gates. With the third rate increase since Bargain Storage was acquired they do a poor job at keeping the gates and cameras functioning. Seems like with the additional income these items wouldn’t be constantly an issue. Also I noticed my storage unit is accessed outside of myself regularly. Not sure why the property managers deem it necessary to go into your unit without any notice.

When will self access be available 6a-930p ? (Consumer is paying for). It's been over 2 weeks and when there isn't a personnel on site there is no notice stating that. (I.g. Thanksgiving day)

Hope your not disabled renting here, no carts to help move boxes(claim they kept being stolen) lighting is non existant inside of your unit, rent was raised after 2 months of rental, cameras posted but if they are run off the same electric that run the lights then good luck! Rent at you own risk

I went in today to get a storage unit and Tricia did an excellent job. The process was short and easy. She got me in and out and she is super sweet!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Never had an issue here and Ive been here for over a year.

This place has gone downhill and FAST!! The new manager Trisha is not fit to run a tab much less a property that has been very successful in the past. Of course the new company isn't much better. I've never seen this location look as bad as it does now. Gate stays broken, cameras must not work or Trisha knows where the blind spot are. I've seen and have video of her and staff entering units at will. She has also let other tenants enter and steal items! Yes I have proof! Theives!! Just a bunch of shady thieves!!! Rent a unit from ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

It's good for the price but I would recommend a storage unit with ac control because it is extremely hot and dark in my storage trying to move stuff

Great deal. Clean unit. Free lock! When I wrote this review in 2018, the company was Bargain Storage. Bargain Storage deserved its five star rating that I gave it. They were wonderful. Bargain Storage purchased the place from Best Little Warehouse which was also great. Since then, Public Storage bought the place. Public Storage immediately increased my rent by 23%. They have a bulky online system to accept their rental agreement. It requires you to accept their insurance then cancel it instead of opting out in the first place if you have homeowners insurance that covers your items. The woman I spoke to as I tried to figure out how not to take the insurance was short-tempered and rude to me. I have two units there right now. I'll be out soon. Public Storage should get 0 stars but the review system forces me to select at least one star.

One of the best and affordable storage. The manager was very helpful. She even went a step ahead and helped us carry all our stuff to storage room using her own personal car even though it was not part of her job. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

This is a little hidden gem of a storage facility I didn't even know was there it's quite clean and open and has nice lady working in the office as well. And from what I can tell they got pretty doggone good prices as well.

The attending clerk was helpful, knowledgeable, and funny! The units were extremely clean, area quiet, and well lit! They're offer was plain, simple, and not one "catch" to their promotion/$pecial of two months free!!

Things could not have gone smoother. In spite of a pouring rain, Jeanette offered to take us out to the unit to ensure that it met our needs. She and the gentleman working there could not have been nicer.

I'm into my 5th year of renting a unit at Bargain Storage, I've had no issues to date! Staff is friendly and the grounds including the the storage corridors are well maintained. Pricing is reasonable.

I give them 5 stars for excellent customer service. The New Manager that the facility has goes above and beyond expectations. The old manager that was at Creek Run location was horrible. I rented from Bargain Storage for a long time and when the old manage took over the location after Micheal left, I moved out because of the way he would speak to customers., He cussed me out several times, saying that I woke his dog up. As soon as I heard he was gone I moved my stuff back to Bargain storage. It is convenient and prices are lower then any other storage facility.

Great customer service from the property manager and the place is well kept and clean. It's in a convenient location and they have a really good special, also you can book and rent a unit online and just show up to get the key and sign a few papers it was all very simple and easy.

They are running a special rent one month and get two free. It's clean, manager is very nice and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was the sloop is pretty steep so your vehicle is sitting at an angle when your loading it unloading. I guess it's for the water to drain.

I’ve rented storage units all over DFW. You’ll often find bugs, rodents and other yucky stuff at many facilities. But not at Bargain Creek. Management here is a class act and their property is very clean. I’ve never had an issue with the lockers I have rented, or those I have purchased at auction. I highly recommend!

The new manager never send me a reminder with lease expiration and on the 2nd of the month he want to charge me for a whole month rent even if I moved my stuff out on the 1st or the 2nd of the month, and even if I moved out on the 2nd he wont remove the rent and will keep it on my account and send it to collection...

First 2 months are free. We have used to store our Corvette during spring weather storms. Lots of security cameras.

Bargain Storage is the place to go for all your storage needs! They have great pricing and the security is top notch. Michael the manager runs a tight ship at Bargain Storage and his customer service is not what you find today. Michael was professional, courteous, and engaged with my situation. He even remembered to follow up with me if a size opened up that was close to mine. A few weeks later Michael called to give the news. I couldn't believe he remembered me and took the time to call. You are not treated like a number here. My wife still talks about Michael's service in the office as she was unsure how to use his fancy coffee maker. He jumped up and said no worries I'll make it for you, which he did! Nice work Bargain Storage.

I've never had such a fast, seamless, easy sign up for a storage unit in my life. I walked in, the manager showed me the unit, & 5 minutes after that, I was done with sign up! No hidden fees, no lengthy sign up forms, their specials are exactly what they say they are & everything is explained up front. And the specials they have are far better than anywhere else! Prices are super reasonable. Manager lives on property, lots of cameras, secure entry gate with your own code to get in, & this place is squeaky clean to boot! Receptionist Lauren and manager Mike are very, VERY friendly & eager to help. You would think that generally a storage unit is a storage unit. This place is a far cut above the rest. Extra bonus for the location being walking distance from my home!

I used to like this facility that promised clean and secure units until my unit was broken into and over$1000.00 worth of equipment was stolen over Christmas. Mind you, there is someone who lives on property so better monitoring should have been in place, especially over Christmas. The facility is too remote, and not enough cameras. Cameras only on the outside and none on the inside corridors so thieves got clean away. Reconsider before renting here.

Excellent prices, truly the lowest in the area that I've found. When I first went there I was nervous that the staff would be unpleasant (I've had bad experiences at low cost storage places in the past), but the woman at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming. Her service alone solidified my decision to get a unit there and I'm glad I did! It's in a good area and access hours are very reasonable. Top notch storage unit!

I originally went to the Rosedale location, but they had limited availability. She referred me to Bruce at Eastchase. I was in and out of there in like 15 min. Saw the unit i was renting, they were running a special, it worked out great for me. Saved us 300. On storage till January..Super nice people.

Solid surface area under new ownership. Updated rating with new ownership!! This place has been completely fixed up and renovated. New metal fixed holes and rust. New paint. Staff? Wow what a difference. The to ladies on premise today were super friendly. So helpful.

Very clean and the property manager explained about the rates, the gate times, and answered all my questions. Made reserving a unit a breeze.
