This entire place smells like urine. This a public service announcement for anyone thinking of storing their personal belongings here- Don do it! They don’t give refunds and they know this place is infested with rats.
Rented a parking spot for an rv online. When we got there, no possible way we could turn the corner to where the spot was at pulling that rv. Nobody could, even if it was just a pop-up. They were supposed to refund our money but its been almost 3 weeks and still dont have the refund.

Extremely disappointed in this location! After collecting our rent we were notified they were going to do renovations and we would need to move out of two large units….. Absolutely no help between sites that were recommended we were actually met with irritation at another location that just didn’t want to even help. I understand needing to update the facilities but this was poorly handled and have left so many customers angry, stressed and out a lot of money trying to vacate.

This storage facility is very unprofessional. Our unit was broken into and robbed, and we weren't notified the day of. The receptionist is almost never in the office and has not helped at all with this situation.

Manager claimed I stole her locks after she had cut mine off with out me being late on rent just because for no reason at all I had just paid my bill n only 1 weeks later she cut them off she now is claiming I stole her cart after I gave it back to her on top of the locks she needed to replace because she illegally cut off mine with no consistent form signed by me. Now she is trying to say I need to move out my stuff like as of 3 hours before closing ! Then says I’m going to be trespassing! No good don’t go here

I highly recommend this storage facility. In the process of moving I realized the unit I had would not hold all my belongings so I rented an additional unit, which I kept after the move. I just recently vacated the additional unit and before I could call to tell her I had moved out she was calling me and vacating the unit. Very prompt and courteous service. Thank you

Public storage use to be great. The staff that manage the lot are awesome. However, I have been with public storage for nearly 2 years and they have raised the bill 4 times. Something needs to be done about this. It is not ok to raise the bill for loyal customers over and over.

The initial quote can be misleading. Once you’re in the door, the prices change. Then wait a few months and the rent will go up. They will not call and let you know. $1 move in plus a $20 lock, plus an administrative fee and their company's monthly insurance (unless you have personal ins that will cover a storage unit). Other than that, the grounds are well kept. Ms. Kathy gives clear information and will call if your bill is late. She also asks you for a review upfront.

I signed up for a 10x10 drive up unit, paid the introductory fee, signed all paperwork, moved in my things, 29 days later, I returned to add a few more items, found the lock changed. I went to the office, only to be told they sold my belongings for 10$ because I was "late" for the second month. I lost all if my stuff because of a "clerical" error.

Well I was gonna give them a 5 star because Brandy offered to waive a late fee then the next day they called and said I wasn't a customer long enough..although I have rented at least 20 or more storage units from them in the last 20 years..maybe even more but have never been late or asked for them to waive anything and didn't even ask them to this time..they offered...

We preferred the other unit due to its location and she was able to transfer us into that unit and still hold our $1 first month rent from our online reservation. Im going to have to go down on the rating not of the place but because they completely forgot to mention that the rent will go up at six months. And as per the customer service representative every 12 months after that because they have keep it at "market price." That was so left out by the person that leased me the storage. Now my rent went up $50. Something i wasnt expecting in my budget. I cant imagine how much more they are going to want to raise it in a year. All I can say is I'm very very disappointed.

I would highly recommend public storage on beach I would be screwed if the manager on duty would not of been so compassionate and helpful....Kayla stayed after hours to help us get in our unit and sign up!! She was an extreme help we have 2 Uhauls loaded and they close at 5 we got here at 5 and she stayed after time to help us and to get us in a unit today so that we didn't have to pay extra for the trucks if that would of even been possible she went above and beyond her job!!!! Kayla just helped me get into a unit and was the most helpful person in storage history, though her location did not have a unit that was suitable for our business needs she called a few local public storage units and was able to transfer the reservation hassle free. I arrived for my appointment with Luke and found he was not there and the wrong size space had been held for me (City of Fort Worth). Despite my irritation, Shawna, very cheerfully and professionally, took care to see the proper space was rented, did all the paperwork and solved a problem. Because the City of Fort Worth is a tax exempt entity, the account had to be handled differently. She made a few phone calls, found out the correct way to do it, told her district manager who was not familiar with it, and completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. She did an excellent job! I look forward to working with her in the future.
