Update: They were kind enough to refund me, and called to let me know the building was cleaned and sprayed.
Got my space yesterday, and was full of black widows. Went to the office and the lady assigned me a new unit, well it has black widows as well. So I lost my money, today I returned the space. Unfortunately I can't tolerate spiders even worse if I know they can be dangerous. Location is spacious, looks clean and has great offers. Employees were really nice and kind, they even call trying to help.
