We had helpful onsite service from Ebony, who checked in on us as we unloaded into our new unit for most of a day, and from Casondra who went out of her way to arrange for us to be able to have our moving container parked there overnight so that we could unload on one day, and have the container company pick it up the next morning.
When choosing a unit, be aware that what they call "Ground Floor" units on the web site include both the units on the level of the Henderson Street parking lot (labeled "Lower Level" or "1st Floor", and the units on the level of Florence Street, where the loading dock is (labeled "floor 2").
Casondra was an absolute blessing to work with while dealing with an urgent need for storage and securing a place. Ebony, as well, with touring and providing information. Absolutely recommend this location for any storage needs. Thank you BOTH!

Cassondra was very helpful in explaining the entire Public Storage process and policies. She showed me a couple storage units of different sizes, pointed out several of the materials, boxes and accessories that Public Storage sells, etc. She went out of her way to give me a lot of useful information.
After my move in, Cassondra has continued to provide excellent support. She showed me how to operate the lock, where the carts are, and even helped me assemble a couple of the big storage boxes. On subsequent visits she has continued to offer assistance and has always been courteous and professional.

Casondra is the only reason I’ve stayed with Public Storage. I’ve used storage multiple times, and the rate increases here have been frustrating and far more frequent/steep than what I’d consider normal. That said, Casondra is excellent—she’s knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and genuinely works to keep tenants from walking. Public Storage would lose a lot more customers without people like her. āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø to her but āļøāļø to Public Storage

EDIT 11/19 This girl Casondra is absolutely amazing. The system was having issues with letting me in past close even though I paid online for the 24/7 access and I came and talked to another person, in person about it and wasn't able to get it resolved. Casondra called me the next day to follow up with me and keep track of what was going on and was so helpful as always. The manager had told me I had to be out by Dec 1st to not be charged rent for December and had she not called and told me that was wrong, I need to be out by the 30th, I would have been charged all of Decembers rent! She just saved me $100!

I have not had any issues with this location, yes prices go up but they are competitive pricing all you have to do is talk to someone in the office about your account and they will look into it for you always have had great interactions with staff and Tony he definitely deserves a promotion. This PS location is a solid choice. Very clean & well designed. My family has been here for 2+ years. I really wish they could have on-site bathrooms! My 75 y/o father had to use the bottle method a few times. Makes me wonder how the staff manages this issue. Love how they have a dock for the big trucks to unload and such. Lastly, I want to shout out a great employee... Laurie is such a delight. She has been really helpful to us. She is the friendly office worker.

I was extremely satisfied with a specific worker and her actions on dealing with my payments. ARACELI works for store 27611 but happened to be at the store on Henderson. She took her time to go over every detail of my situation and was extremely polite and knowledgeable of my problem. She checked on me after, by calling me, to make sure things were solved on my side. It would nice if she was a permanent worker on my location. You need more people like her on board. She is hard to find.

I went out of country for a few months and needed a place to store my stuff. This was my first time using a storage service like this. Everything was self service and very efficient. The location also has a few large carts on site that’s really helpful. The unit was climate controlled as advertised and all my stuff was in perfect condition. No complaints and I would highly recommend this location!
Had a unit at this location for a couple of years. Very convenient location and all the units are secure and in an air conditioned facility! Tina is wonderful and even helped me load an awkward rug into my car when she saw I was going to by myself!

I’ve had a storage space here, on Henderson in Fort Worth Texas, for about two years. It feels safe and clean and I feel safe storing my extra furniture and keepsakes here! Jake, a staff member, exhibited exceptional customer service today - I was struggling with Too many boxes on a two tiny cart and I kept spilling the whole thing of boxes onto the floor and I was struggling greatly to get into the elevator and to my car. All of a sudden, the elevator opens and it’s Jake to the rescue. He had one of their large spacious public storage carts ready for me to use. Saved me a lot of time and struggle. Great customer service here!ļæ¼

Jacob was so helpful, polite, caring, AND knowledgeable. I wanted to rent a unit the other day, but was having so much trouble getting it done online. I called Public Storage and after being shuffled through the system for a few minutes, I was connected to this property's office and Jacob immediately answered the phone with a great attitude. He explained to me what the issue was and suggested that I come to the office so that he could assist me in person. I couldn't go that same day, but I did today and he got me in and out of the office in 10 mins flat. 5 out 5 will recommend this location.

Jake was so nice and informative. We didn't rent from here, because it was out of our price range (even online). But he found a unit at a different property we could afford and helped us complete our rental online.

Jake was so accommodating and professional when I stopped by to ask about the lights in my unit. He made sure to resolve my issue and was able to anticipate further questions that may have come up. It was nice to have a young adult use critical thinking to resolve my issue rather than waste my time on multiple trips to and from my storage unit . Thank you Jake ! Recently I had been looking for a storage facility for my business to start up and even tho u had canceled my agreement the staff was A1 the view was great and the cleanliness was amazing. Needless to say because of the outstanding service I will definitely be looking forward to doing business with them hopefully in the near future. Keep up the great work I'm very impressed.

I would like to say that Tiffany in the office of this location is awesome! We came in 10 minutes to closing and she still took her time to get us to our unit and was so very polite. Showed us tje easiest ways to unload our 20 foot truck and the units are very nice at this location also

Highly recommend using this specific location! Hannah is incredible and truly cares about each and every single customer’s needs. Whether that be moving in or having to change locations after a move, she makes sure the customer is taken care of in a first class manner. I had moved my stuff out a couple months back due to a change of location but didn’t have a chance to to turn in my key so I was still being charged. I called to see what could be done and left a message. She called back later afternoon on a Friday and went the extra mile to make sure I could release the unit & transfer to my new location. Hannah needs a raise!
