Great storage with easy access.
Easy setup online to get the storage unit you want and better deals online. Only downside to this location they don't have any dollies or flat beds. The app is good to have to unlock the gates and doors.
The people here are the best in the world couldn't ask for a better public storage! Big shout out to Bryant!
I went to my unit to find a drill bit stuck in my lock. I called customer service and went to the only location with an actual human, only for this lady to tell me I can pay to have a lock Smith come out, and there is no way a drill bit could've been in my lock because she just left. I have the drill bit.. I pulled it out of my lock. She said she will review the footage and call the cops when she gets around to it. And they will not share any information with my on what they find. I have no way to get into my unit unless I pay for it and I will nor know the results of their "investigation" whenever they see fit to look at the footage.
I will be removing all my property asap and will never go back and will make sure no one I know will ever use this place. Everything in my storage unit has sentimental value, not monetary value.
Where do I start
I moved in in January 29th of 2024. I'm going to keep this short and to the point
When I moved in my lock was beyond damaged. I had movers moving my items in the storage. I took a picture of the door and it's damaged the light being out it was not cleaned no lock which I paid for . I reported all this on the same day. I had no way of securing my items I got a lock from the on hands person that day which would not fit due to the damage. I talked to at least 4 representatives sent my pictures eTc. I asked for the manager over the facility to contact me her name was Janet. I expressed to them the importance of communication and also in my contract I do not have to pay due to extreme circumstances such as these. Let's be clear I'm willing to pay for my regular storage rate but not late fees lien fees etc . Janet has yet to contact my lock was miraculously changed in Feb but I was never called notified no notes on my account and by Feb and March I had left messages and spoke with collection representatives. I have had to retain a lawyer.. one representative didn't document his notes at all now they are going to action of my items due to non payment. I have asked for a general manager to contact 3 weeks ago. I missed a call last week like 10 minutes. I call right back left a voicemail no return call. I requested an escalation call within 72 hours that was 3 weeks ago the call from last week was collections. My property manager hasn't called yet. No one has tried to help me with just the lien fees or late fees that all I was asking to be adjusted. I normally don't do this but the are supposed to auction off my stuff next week. I have lost everything except my stuff from my place. I know God is able but when do you speak up. Now is the time.
Decent. Only been here for about two months and haven’t had any issues. So we will see what happens.

Customer service is amazing
Horrible place. I wouldn't rent here at all. You can never reach a manager and can't wait to get my stuff moved out. Even staff that have to come here from other locations say don't rent from any of the Public Storage that don't have a member on site. Rent goes up without warning, with nothing changing. If you're gonna raise the rent, at least up the services provided.
Great location right off the freeway with great help by the employee that was there i believe her name was shane. Either way definitely worth recommending.
The company as a whole is difficult to get started with. Location I was assigned seems to be in use. It is also upstairs, not on the ground floor as advertised. Website can’t log me in, despite my credentials being fine. Emails to reset credentials are slow to come or don’t come at all (yes I checked all my other folders). There IS a charge pending on my card, so something went right somewhere. Hoping once things get sorted it’ll be ok, but this isn’t a good start.
Self service for the most part. Convenient location.
This place was the worst storage facility that I've ever been at it's hard to get in and once you get in you have a slope that you're having to work with in a parking lot if you call that a parking lot cuz there's not much room for parking you have to push your items up the slope into the buildings and it's definitely not accessible to anybody that has a wheelchair or a walker because my father almost fell there in the parking lot trying to walk up into the the facility is filthy it's hot they have no moving equipment at all and you can't get ahold of anybody to help you with any problems you may have. And I didn't get to see the place before I rented it had I seen it I would have never gone there they're lucky I even get one star!

OK So I still dont understand if I rent a 10 x 15 why the door is only 5 ft wide.
But RYAN was awesome!! After speaking with him on Saturday and having to drive to the Beach St location, RYAN got everything fixed to my satisfaction

I like dealing with real people. This experience proved why. I had to go to main office to get code to the gate. There was no lock in the unit, got a call and said it would be in there the next day, it was not. I ended up buying a lock, now I have to work on getting a refund for the lock I purchased.
I recommend this location Exelent customer service Ryan is the best always so friendly and professional 🙂

Do not rent here. They won't return calls. They mark you as a move out and cut your lock and steal your stuff. This place is nothing but crooked and thieves
My assigned unit was already occupied. After numerous attempts to contact someone I finally got through and was reassigned another occupied unit. I finally just tried getting my money back as by this point I had already been charged three months for nothing. Customer service said I had to talk to the property manager but it's like they doesn't exist so I just had to file chargebacks.
15/March/23 Update: this shady business actually sent me to collections.
They don’t even answer the phone I paid for a unit and never got my gate code or had access to my account
Very quick & easy experience, set everything up online with no problems....
The staff seemed great. But it gets packed and there isn't much room for all the people coming and going. You also have to punch a code for every door you go through
I have been contacting this location for 3 months to get my keys replaced. After numerous emails and voice mails to multiple numbers provided from the call center I have NOT be responded to. This makes 3 months that I have paid for a unit that I cannot get access too, and the representatives from the online chat AND the call center have advised the only reason to remove the lock is to have a property manager on site.
It makes no sense that a property manager can disappear for 3 months and yet somehow still be employed. To this day I have gone to the location and continued to call to not have access to my unit.
Clean, automated but suck you in with great price that goes up monthly after 60 days.
This location has gone downhill ever since it went to self-service only and no one on property. We have rented here for years and needed to downsize and it has taken nearly a week to get that resolved. There is NO communication if you leave a message and you get mixed answers from people at the location on Beach Street which is where the message directs you if you need a person.
The property is also in bad repair. Today the elevator wasn't working. There have been days that the door doesn't open so if you needed something you couldn't get in at all. There are holes in the walls, and I serious question if the building is climate controlled because it seems awfully warm and it is a mild day today in Texas.
The only saving grace was a relief manager at the Beach St location named Daisy. She went out of her way to help me with the transition to the new unit. Had she not been there, I don't know if this would have been resolved today.
Shawntal is great with answering all questions and takeing care of anything that is needed. Public storage needs more people like her. Helpful, friendly, and just great coustmer service. Thank you so much for all of your help!!!
Price has increased dramatically climate control units do not exist i almost passed out grabbing some things from out my unit recently. No customer service whatsoever unless you call taking to a voicemail without any follow up call service.
Horrible go to a different storage facility elevator broke down couldn't get to my unit cuz I'm in a wheelchair upstairs then the doors wouldn't work just a horrible horrible Place do not go location
I rented a storage unit in advance of when I needed it. When I arrived to put stuff in it the unit was locked. I could not use it. I contacted the company once and they told me a person could help me at another location. It ended up that no one would help so I canceled that unit and went to Uhaul.
Easy to deal with, easy to setup. Deshawn was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. ( This was my first experience with public storage Deshawn is no longer there, actually no human is there it is all kiosk now.) I have adjusted my rating for Public Storage because of dramatic price increases. The facility itself is pretty standard, though 2 weeks ago when I went last, the large doors were not working making it very difficult if not impossible to move your stuff in or out. This company also increases your rent about every 6 months. There is no reward for loyalty or staying with them. In the 3 years I have had storage here my rent has increased over 200% When you call they tell you sorry, nothing we can do. It feels to me like they get you and your stuff on site and know most people do not want to have to deal with moving again.

Not good enough 😕 😞 😪 someone stole my storage unit. Since I didn't have insurance I'm not getting payed for the loss, lost more $6000. So recommend to get insurance or might as well leave things on the street...
Always clean. The staff is helpful! Never used any type of storage before and I have had my questions answered w smile!
Update: There is no longer a person on site and it was a bit scary, it made uncomfortable. I moved out.

Visited on the 11th of February. Cheapest in Fort Worth because only one elevator and it was broken! Parking lot full of trash! Decided to cancel reservation! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED!
