The best customer service I received in a long time

Seriously do Not get a place here. I went up at the first of December to pull christmas stuff out and my lock had been cut and replaced with another look.....and trying to get this taken care of is a total mess Public Storage has nothing to do with even the locks you buy from them. They contract out for someone to do it and it's on the contractor time not your so if you get a call in the morning and they say someone is coming today to do that but then they never give you time estimate so you have to stop everything and get there for something you did do. Public storage says they didn't change the lock and they don't knowhat happen I never missed a payment every month was auto drafted each month. The say I can hire a lock Smith to do it but they will only do it if a manager is there to tell them for sure it is my unit my statement paperwork is not executable. And since there is never anyone in the office to talk to there and the only possible way to get service is call the number on the door and LEAVE a message for someone to respond. It is now almost mid January and I still have not gotten any closer I have talked to every person I was able to get to talk to and absolutely no one will help or they say they will and then I just pretty much get retold all of the exact same things I'm told by everyone else! My advice is if you need storage look into the mom&pop service kind definitely don't do Public Storage

I stopped in to inquire about pricing and spoke with an employee named Denise. She went over and beyond in assisting me. She even took time to walk me around to physically show me the units available in the sizes I requested. She was extremely friendly and very professional. Thanks to Denise y'all have found another customer!

Find some place other than public storage. This corporate nightmare company will constantly raise your rent. Since they took over this storage facility, they have raised my rent twice in 2024. This company is pure greed and their goal is to buy out every facility to where you have no choice but to pay the high prices. My advice is don’t give them your money. Public storage is evil greed.

TJ is amazing! Customer service is excellent. The place stays clean, and the location is perfect!

This place has been great to us with storing an RV. The lady who runs it is wonderful and very understanding. We had some times where we were not on time or screwed stuff up, and she's always worked with us which has been a blessing. The only reason I'm leaving a star off is because the RV catalytic converter was stolen with it stores there, and the video surveillance is done by the Police so it's basically pointless. For my friend and I the price and management have definitely made up for that so we recommend this facility for storing your stuff for those reasons.
