Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3030 Sycamore School Rd, Fort Worth, TX

Ms. Debra was very professional and kind. She was very patient and walked me through the payment for my mom's storage while online. Public Storage you need more people like her to work for your company. Ms. Debra is a blessing from God.

His understanding and prompt action have truly made a difference. If you encounter any issues, I highly recommend reaching out to Deborah, the exceptional manager, or Public Storage support. Their prompt and effective assistance is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. I also encourage you to provide honest feedback on the survey requests that Public Storage sends out, as Justin personally reviewed mine and reached out to assist. My perception of Public Storage has significantly improved, all thanks to the exceptional service and support I received from Deborah and Justin. Their dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. Edit: I am editing my review and raising the stars from 1 to 2 stars for one reason only, the manager. The manager Deborah at this location is fantastic. While I have major issues with the company Public Storage, I have not issues at all with Deborah or any of the staff at the location at all. ---------- Original Review: They bought out the original company that owned this location and changed the hours from 24-hour access to 6 AM to 9 PM. Now, they are raising my rate for my unit an extra $24 per month. So, they took over the company, reducing the hours people could access their units and raising the rates. Public Storage is buying out all the competition and making the service worse.

This place is not worth your time they add rates without telling you an if you ain’t careful they will beat you out of your money keep all your receipts you pay for 30 days, but they only give you 28 days grace. I would never rent here again once I move out of here.

We received a call from the manager a couple of weeks ago that they were having problems with theft and they wanted to make sure our trailer wasn't stolen. At the time it wasn't there but we did have to park it there right afterwards and then it was stolen. My question is how are they getting in? You can't get in or out without a code so all of this is questionable.

Public Storage took over this place. Great staff

Drove out to my unit today only to find my unit double locked. I’m paid in full and owe nothing but for some reason this place is trying to steal my belongings. I have no payment due no notification from them telling me they would be locking my unit either! I’m pissed and I expect to be compensated for my loses since I had to pay a truck by the mile to get to my unit today. Update to respond: I waited there until 1:45 no one showed up. The voicemail says they are temporarily closed on Sundays. That’s the same thing I was told when I rented the unit 7 months ago. Showed up Jan 8th after renting online only to find out they were closed so I had to come back on the 9th.

Debra is a great manager she answers all your questions she is just a great person
