I visited public storage today to explore my options and also get more information, and Charlie was very helpful as well as accommodating. He was a big help in making a decision.
Danny was really nice and very helpful. He helped me get the right storage-unit for my needs, even had me take a look at it first to make sure it would work for me, then directed me and patiently waited for me to get it set up on the website so I could take advantage of a web special they were running, after which he got me checked in and set up with access. Being an indoor storage facility in the hot Texas sun makes this a lot better than the other places I was using.
Second update. They have reduced my price for the time being!!!
So update. I understand inflation but now they want $150 for a 10x10 on the third floor. Many other places still offer similar unit for $80.

indoor climate controlled clean self storage. drive in to unload out of the heat. storage units are large - well can be, depending what size you get. would recommend for you storage needs. elevator will have a sign if out of order so no need to guess.
Brandon is amazing! As a teacher I needed a storage unit for the summer as our building is being demolished and rebuilt. I expected this process to be a hassle but it was super smooth and he was extremely knowledgeable. From waking in, looking at units, asking a bazillion questions, and getting the rental of a unit set up was less than 30 minutes! Absolutely amazing! Thanks Public Storage for having people like Brandon as your front line!
