Allee was awesome both in setting up and closing the climate control unit. I understand it cost more but if you don't want your stuff to bake in the Texas heat it's worth it. You get what you pay for and I appreciate all my questions being answered and going over not just unit options but also locations.

Excellent service! I was having issues with paying online ,so i ened up going in the store for help. When I arrived to the store I was help as soon as I enter.

Got to the point where my unit was damn near 200 dollars. Prior to Public Storage buying this and many other locations my bill was a reasonable sub 100. After public storage took ownership prices SKYROCKETED damn near every quarter. The crazy thing a 10x10 unit for a new person 120 but for a loyal customer who has been paying for years 190+. Not to mention the absurd amount of access points you have to use to get to your storage. While moving out I had to use the elevator access point like 15+ times cause the elevator won't go up if you don't enter the code. This place sucks period end of story. Look for another option unless you enjoy getting robbed.

I would recommend exploring other options unless you don’t mind receiving an email just about every month with an increase.. we are moving to a better storage with A/C for about half the price we currently pay after COUNTLESS increases over the years.

Stopped by to update billing information and Celeste and Allee were awesome at helping me with the updates but also answering a number of questions I had about my account. GREAT SERVICE!

The storage facilities are good, but the app and the servers that run the web site are a mess. Hopefully they get that resolved.

My rent was raised again. It is now $268 when I first got the storage unit when it use to be All Storage in 2021 my rent was $150. Just a heads up to to anyone who is looking to rent a unit here, your rent will be raised about $50 yearly.

Edit #2: Just received 3 emails regarding ANOTHER increase on all three of my storage units, totaling an additional $156.00 per month. Making my monthly rent $917.00 per month. This is 3/4 of my entire monthly disability income. Physically, I am unable to move. Outraged! Edit: I miss AllStorage. Everything I own is in storage, as of June 2015. I am disabled and Social Security Disability is my only income. Within months of buying out AllStorage, Public Storage raised the rent on each of my 3 units, increases totaling approximately $150.00 per month making my rent $715.00 per month for the three units. This is over half my monthly income. I am physically unable to move to another location. Prior to the rate increase, I was able to pay my rent on or before the due date. I, now, have to take money from my grocery budget to pay storage rent and struggle to pay before fees begin to accrue. I've called in an attempt to get the increases reduced. Their answer was "No". Public Storage has spent a great deal of money on cosmetic changes and remodeling the facility. Clearly, they are passing on the expense to their customers. The remodeling has created units that are less secure. The office is frequently closed during business hours. Gates have been broken for months at a time ...finally repaired this past month. The facility is not nearly as clean as it was when managed by All Storage. Essentially, the product and service has decreased in value... yet, I am paying much more than I was. And Public Storage seems to be buying up the competition, so better rental rates are difficult to find. I've worked in the industry. I know this is just about profit. They do not care who they hurt. In the current economy, ...well..., lives are being destroyed. AllStorage Review I've maintained multiple storage units at this facility since June of 2015. The majority of my experiences have been good. Whitney was the manager who leased me the first two spaces. She was always professional and friendly. Now I have the pleasure of working with Trace. He has worked with me regarding additional spaces... a really hard working guy. Also professional and friendly. Other employees have come and gone over the years. All have maintained their professionalism and been friendly. However, this year, one new employee was added that has me wondering. Amy is rude, combative and agressive. I have had several negative encounters with her. Her customer service skills leave much to be desired. Still, because of good experiences during the 5+ years I've been storing with them, I can honestly give them a 5 star rating. Thanks!

I received an email today regarding yet ANOTHER rate increase. When we got the unit, it was with All Storage and it was with a great rate. When it changed over to Public Storage, it went up a little bit, but it was understandable as it was a new company. Last July, I received an email about it going up to over $180 for my unit. We dealt with it because we needed the storage, but to raise it YET again to $215 a month? I don't understand how our unit is being charged $215 when you look it up on the website and its not that much a month for other customers. This is very disappointing and as far as I'm concerned...a rip off.

Corporate for Public Storage is the most unprofessional and greedy company. Their own employees are looking elsewhere for employment and are embarrassed by their practices. We (multiple units) were given less than a month to empty our large units so they can make them smaller and make more money. This was across their north division. Between 2 businesses and selling our home we had 7 units with them! Ps corporate doesn’t care and they have been advised to stop giving out the care number to clients and left their local staff to deal with it!

So disappointed in Public Storage. My original was All Storage. At the beginning of the year, Public Storage took over. After 3 months, i received a 40% rate increase. I called about the issue. The agent said they would revert back to my old rate. 3 months later, not so much.

Tremendous customer service easy accessibility. A huge shout out too Celeste. Her customer service ability is through the roof her ability to multitask is even that much better. Celesta was able to field not only my multiple questions but other people that were in the office area as in the office area as well. This woman needs a raise on how much she can multitask and how much she can do. Someone give this woman a raise please cuz she did a tremendous job for me.

I was having trouble accessing both gates on the property and the same employee saw me and drove past me at both and completely ignored me. Storing with all storage was better but now under public storage management it has been terrible. There has been furniture piling up at the dumpster and in front of the entrance to my unit. This is the last month I will be here, you’re better off storing elsewhere with a different company.

Had To drive to the location twice today because there we no carts to be found to take my items to the 2nd floor . The person in the office said she would have to hunt for them . came back 3 hours later still no carts , but I Found a Nice family that was going through there locker and let me use there cart to move my items. !

My father and I rented a climate controlled unit. However, it is on the 2nd floor at the end of the building. Which is fine if there are carts available. However, every cart was missing in each entrance. No one else was in the building so why are all the carts missing??? Also, no one is ever in the office if you need assistance. The manager gave us her phone number but she never answers the phone. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

On-site manager from this day wasn't there doors locked and no note. Waiting alone there with 3 other customers for awhile. We we upset and so were they. Got my unit from the phone but needed to change for buger one. She would not answer phone calls or my messages. I had to call an oter store just so they can get to her. Finally got to speak to her I told her what I wanted and found online lower price she first said yes but then keeped giving me higher prices. She would not let me change my location and flight out hang up on us. I get it short staff and busybut, don't take it out on the customers. Didn't even let me put no stars had to put one but I give them zero stars.

A woman who goes by Les here should be avoided. This woman did not try to be compassionate nor patient. Les was inflexible in a payment issue. You're better off getting respect from the automated phone service than you are from Les.

Rented a unit to only be locked out due to gate failure. No one available after office hours and other tenants were locked inside. Had to take all items I was planning to store back home due to rain approaching. Rent somewhere that has Manager who lives on site.

Awesome staff!! I needed to upgrade my storage unit, it was all handled over the phone. Amy was so nice and made sure we had all we needed...a lock, insurance, and the unit. She also informed us of the few icy patches on the property. All Storage keeps my business because of their staff and their convenient location.

Awesome & Courteous Staff, with fantastic leadership, and a clean facility. I’ve been at this location for over a year now, and have been very pleased with my experience there. I’m in-and-out on a daily basis, and have always felt safe and secure with my trailer being stored here. Trace (the manager) is always on top of things, and really does his job well. Occasionally, his team will reach out to let me know they’ve cleaned my parking space from random debris, and they reach out if they have any concerns. Wish I would’ve rented here sooner! No complaints whatsoever. Fantastic facility, fantastic employees, and great location! 5 Stars 👍

I had to give this place a 1 star review for several reasons. I had stuff stored here for about 6.5 years. Initially the place was clean and for the most part, rodent free. I believe within the last 3 years, this property started to have a rat problem based on reviews of this property. This was evident by all the rat droppings I discovered on my bags of clothes and shoe boxes. This property never once notified any of the tenants that there was a problem. Clearly, other tenants had this issue as well from past reviews of this facility. The other issue of note, is that they make you pay to have their insurance coverage, of which almost nothing is covered!! I definitely cant claim rodent damage! What a waste of money!! I am so disgusted as I had to throw a lot of things away. Everything else that was intact, I donated to goodwill. The staff was friendly but one thing is for sure, I will NEVER rent from this storage company again.

Gate would not open since 6am. I was unable to reach anyone from AllStorage to report the issue. Many customers were waiting. Gate did not open till 9am, when office personnel arrived. I find it unacceptable that no one was able to attend the issue until 9am. There are customers that depend on access to their storage place on time, to retrieve their work equipment. No emergency number was provided to me. I tried to reach someone by calling the office number and also using my online account by submitting a msg requesting a call back and the reason. I called the office in the afternoon to speak with the manager. I was informed that “if a true emergency occurs in the facility, to call 911”. I learned thru that phone call that an emergency number exists and even when I requested to have that number. She would not give me the number.

They went far beyond the standard of service to help me, very friendly too!

I'm fine with this storage facility but wish all of it were ac controlled. It's so hot in there when you're getting or moving things around in your unit. It says in the elevator to wear a mask since it's a public place and I do since I don't trust how often they even sanitize the elevators and other contact surfaces if at all. It's not that great price wise though so maybe choose somewhere else!!

I gave written and verbal notice of move out 3 weeks before the end of my lease, I was still charged for another months rent. They claim to have "immediately reversed the charge", however I have not received a credit. Update..refund finally received.

Excellent customer service it was easy to rent and to terminate my lease when it was time for me to go. No complications so I will return when I need a storage space. Also it was reasonably priced.

I have been parking my RV inthis facility for the past 3 years and I am very pleased with them. I am now bringing my boat from another storage to this one. Chassie is extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone.

Signing up online was easy, attendant personable, but the space I rented was occupied. They charged me $29 to change spaces. The attendant on duty said she would try to have it reimbursed. I have not heard from the manager as of yet.

I was getting help moving some things out of my storage unit tonight. My mom accidentally left her purse I it where he is flying out in a few hours. I called the after hours nunnum to get help on getting in the unit to retrieve it and the lady was of no help saying there's nothing that they can do. What is the point of having an after hours phone number? Not to mention the lock in the door is hard to open and close in which I struggle for 10-15 minutes just to get it unlock and lock. Worst experience ever with this facility

Had a few issues worth them when I got deployed. It was difficult trying to get them to change me email address to someone stateside in the event something happened at the facility

I certainly applaud your emoloyees training and polixy enforcement, but it sure does macke it painful to do business with you.

Completely fustrated. Was informed they send out emails for upcoming rent due and that payment was due on the 6th of the month which is not true in either case and was hit with a late fee. First week placing RV on their site it was hit. When I went in to tell them the girl behind the desk she stated there was nothing she could do but email her manager. I asked to be copied on email and never was. Called the next day and talk to someone else who confirmed I was not cc on the email. Was told they would look at the vidoes from their cameras. Was informed they couldnt see any thing on the videos and part was due to where camera is and RV is and I can file a police report. The experience has been less than steller.

We have had a storage facility here about 2 years. Supposed to be temperature controlled. If 80 is temperature controlled, then I guess it is temperature controlled. My wife and I have always felt comfortable coming here. Gate access terminals are old, sometimes don't work, and are in need of replacement. The convenience however cannot be beat. Right around the corner from the house, and they have always maintained a professional image from the street. All in all, four stars.

Got my car broken into back in April while I left it in one of their open 18ft long space. Gave 1 Star because they were somewhat helpful at the time when I reported and called the cops. However their security is suppose to be good? Was told they have motion sensors at night but sadly I’m probably sure my car was broken into during broad daylight. The manager was suppose to call me once she watches the video, have not heard back anything but they can call me to get a payment? The funny thing is I would assume they would have asked me if I still wanted a parking spot after my car got broken into but did not. Guess that’s my fault for not giving a notice eh? When they called for the payment I asked about the break in, the girl said she’ll leave a note for the manager to call but have not received a call back after 1 month. (Gave them 1 month to call before I do this review) Video footage is over the course of 7 days, and like I said with their “motion sensors at night” I’d assume they would just watch the day footage but whatever their procedure is - I’m just disappointed I have not been called upon to let me know if they knew when or how they got to break in. Long story short, would NOT use this location at all for any car/rv storage.

I just gotta go on here and say that if not for these people working with me on every level, I would have lost everything a long time ago!! They are absolutely amazing!! I would give them 100 stars if I could!

Customer service is terrible. Do not use this storage facility. They will tell you that they are giving you a special and then charge you full price. This place is a rip off. If you book online they do not tell you about the $20 required insurance and the $20 admin fee. It was like $90 for one month. What a racket.

This is an above average storage facility

I have been using this unit for over a year and this far I never had any issues. However, yesterday I had accessed my storage unit to get rid of some belongings and take some back to where I am currently living. I found most of my items covered with rat droppings. I had to throw out some cushions and some kitchen belongings and a few sentimental belongings that weren't completely covered. It disgusts me that I pay over $100.00 a month to have my personal belongings as a breeding ground for animals. Bugs I understand (spiders), but large animals like rodents should have been prevented by the facility. I have left a message with the office and am waiting for a call back to discuss how they are going to solve this situation.

Management is knowledgeable. I received 50% off my first months' rent. Facility is immaculate.

I chose this location for a few reasons, at the top of the list is that it is near where I used to live. The neighborhood is nice, so I felt super secure with the facility. I made a great Choice! My belongings have been in storage for a while, and I am still very comfortable with this facility. I am especially comfortable with the staff.When I pay my bill, everyone is warm and professional. They are also very efficient. I've had things in storage before, but that facility made me feel like just a number. My things were jossled there, and no one seemed to care. I still need to have my storage. Because of the quality of service I've received, I will stay right where I am.

I've been using the storage facility for over three years. The staff is always friendly. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. I've never experienced any problem whatsoever during the time I've been doing business with this company. They even called me when I accidentally locked my storage container but didn't have the latch securing the door locked(I basically locked an open door). Can't thank them enough for that! Because it shows that their employees pay attention to detail because if they hadn't looked you wouldn't have known the door was unlocked from glancing at it.

I had not had my RV in storage here even 1 day when there was a break in and they stole 2 TVs.

I stored some expensive work tools at All Storage when my pick up was getting repaired after an accident. The storage unit was very secure, and I was also impressed by the security cameras. I had complete peace of mind that my tools were going to be secure. The staff were great, and I was able to access my tools when I needed to.
