Once you find it behind other businesses, facility is nice... clean and quiet, near busy area so less risk of people trying to take things like other locations in the metroplex.. Haven't met the staff yet, but like being able to access my stuff without alot of interaction with the employees. Convenience and controlled climate makes this place worth it..

Amanda did a fantastic job giving me all the important information i need. She walk me through all the process and access instruction for my storage. She not suppose to walk an extra mile and help, but she did it anyway.

On the other note, Location is gret is I leave right across from the storage unit. I can even push my fridge cart from my place, to my storage.
