Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1401 Longhorn Rd, Fort Worth, TX

Had been calling up here for a couple of days, came up here today, and spoke with kendra she was very sweet and patient with me and answered any questions i had. Thank you kendra for answering my questions and making sure i felt heard.

I had my space burglarized a year & 1/2 ago as they changed management. On top of that the rent increases have been ridiculous. Moving out!!!!!!!°°

Realize I needed a much bigger storage, Juan and Kendra made the process super easy. In and out in les than 10 mins, made the moving process out of our apartment and into our new home that much easier.

This place has gone WAAAAAY downhill since Public Storage bought it!! Cleanliness has gone down, they are raising rates once or twice a year and it's almost impossible to speak with someone live! I have 2 units and my rates on both have gone up 80% in last 4 years! Has your pay gone up 80% since then?? They are gouging people to death at this place. Stay Away!!!!

Clean facility, easy access via the app so you don't have to type in a code to get in, carts available for use to get your things to your unit and two elevators available in the building my unit is in. Update a year later; my rent went up less than 6 months into renting with them, so I pay $100 for a 5x5 closet and I had to pay my bill two weeks late due to an emergency arising - and they cut my lock without notice and called me and told me I could buy another from the office when I paid $20 to buy the first one. Mediocre - convenient location if you need it. But Metro Storage is better. Lol.

Too much code to ente. Need to use the elevator it’s a waste of time when you need to hurry up if you use it you always meed to enter the code and code to go out from a garage and after that code to go out the fate

It offers a month free before regular monthly fee and it's easy to store your stuff and drive out as well.

Would give 0 stars if I could the customer service is awful and the property manager is never in the office we were there for over 2 hours to talk to the property manager for this facility to make a payment to get access to a new unit reserved online with 2 other customers who needed help as well and they were all upset with the same issue. I had to end up getting another unit all together with a whole separate storage company because it would be awful to have to constantly deal with the issue of not having the proper help when needed. When you are moving and have movers who you are paying to help you and you can’t gain access to your unit it’s a huge problem on an already stressful situation. And customer service was not helpful either they just ping pong you around from person to person and to other locations just to have to leave a voicemail. This is the most awful experience I’ve ever had to deal with and was extremely frustrating and I would not even waste my time storing my stuff here or ever again with Public Storage.

This place is AMAZING!! I love the staff at this location, especially an employee named Erin Boyd. She went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of when I had a complaint about my rental. My issue was dealt with Immediately and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I’ve been renting here for 6 months now, and I can honestly tell you from personal experience that the staff here actually cares about their customers! I highly recommend this location!

I should have read the reviews and took them into consideration because the ones with lower ratings are over rated in my opinion. On top of everything from cost to upkeep the management there is very unprofessional and is either poorly trained or not at all, no people skills what-so-ever, very disrespectful and acted like she was ready to fight me and like she wanted to!!! Very foul language, yes the short, dark hair full figured lady. I hope my review doesn't cause problems for me down the road I just want you guys to know the management there is a joke amd what youll be potentiallygetting yourself into. That young lady needs to be relieved of her position asap!!! Not a snowballs chance in hell would I allow an employee of mine to act and or treat customers the way she does. She credited me $25 towards my next bill but that doesn't fix, resolve or make anything she said or did right in any manner. You could have given me 6 months free and I would still have the same to say about it. I very highly do not recommend this location!!!!

When I first rented a space here it was All Storage. They were good. Then Public Storage bought them and it went downhill very fast. Would give no stars if I could.

Rented a 10 × 5 unit for the mid month of December 2022 and will close it out this month when I move my stuff out. Its security is as tight as Fort Knox and it is expensive but for temp reasons, it worked for what I needed it for. Also its 1/2 mile from my house. Cant beat that.

Don’t waste your time or money here. This place has really gone to the dogs since Public Storage bought All Storage in the fall of 2021. Place is filthy. Trash is very seldom cleaned up, management is not very professional and most of the time is not available at this property. They can be very condescending when you speak to them. Gates and elevators are constantly breaking down. Heaven forbid if you need to get to your belongings. To top it off added security for them was to install a keypad to get into the building after you have already entered your password to get into the property/main gate. Then another keypad to go up the elevator and each time you need to go back on the elevator. Then another keypad for your password to leave the building then another to leave the main gate. All that does is frustrate your paying customers. What about making sure your cameras are in working order and be more strict about people pigging backing with cars into the main gate? That would be more secure. And to boot just in case your password doesn’t work there is a temporary password posted next to the keypad into the building and elevator for all to see. Corporate is very hard to get ahold of a person. I wouldn’t recommend this facility or business to anyone.

Update.. this storage facility was bought out by another company and quickly went down hill. All of a sudden the elevator was not working on many occasions, there was never any employees in the office to assist anyone and we all of a sudden received an email that they were increasing our monthly rate by A LOT. I immediately called my son and nephew and asked them to come empty our storage unit ASAP.. when we went to clean out our unit, there was many others there doing the same thing. This place is AWESOME and very clean! Tonya was extremely friendly & helpful.

Wow this is the worst storage facility ever. Sure it looks nice. There has been sooooo many thefts from this place. They do absolutely nothing. Time after time person after person getting rvs stolen or generators or food trucks. You name it. Its crazy they are even able to operate. It seems like it may be an inside theft ring. I mean how do people constantly get an rv or a large generator and a food truck out? They have to have gate code etc and then the place won't give video of the theft to the people who lost their stuff. I mean I don't think someone is throwing an 32' rv or food truck over the fence.

I will never rent a storage from this place again

Liked the place being close for me to keep my business items stored. Unfortunately it becomes frustrating not being able to have access. Showed up one day and was denied access because they updated their paper work and wanted my signature. No late payment just a signature on paper work. Showed up again and the control just says see manager. Once again no late payment. They are not even at the office to get it open. They have cars there but refuse to do anything until they open at 9:30am. Called the phone line at 9:00am and they don’t answer it either. Really hard to get to my customers running late for stuff like this.

Been sitting outside this place for a hour. Have left and come back and there is still no one in the office. I've called . No answer. Called the property manager and it rings and goes to a voice mail.

My fiancés trailer THAT HE PAID A SPACE FOR AND PAID INSURANCE THERE Got broken into. Storage people refused to let us check cameras, the insurance he was paying for there said they don’t cover that. Horrible horrible place, please find any other storage place besides this one.

Do not use this place. Monthly billing is not consistent. Customer service is horrible and will not reach back out to you. I go in person to pay bill and it's always a issue. " You did not pay 8 dollars last month". How is the possible when I pay exactly what's due. Poorly ran facility!

Really dislike that u can only get in until 6 Monday- Saturday and until 5 on Sunday. There was several people moving out today because of that reason. .

Currently renting storage the rates are mind-blowing. Rental fee should stay the same for current renters and increase there rates for incoming renters. A 50.00 dollar increase is extremely HIGH.

Had a 14x7 enclosed trailer for 2 months and it got stolen. They never called to tell me. Had to find out the hard way. Many trailers have been stolen from here. Will never use them again. Mgmt does not care about it. Security is awful there. They’re not responsible even thou you pay to store. Was out 18k in property. Didn’t get any apologies what so ever.

Called and left message w a question and my call was returned within literally 60 seconds. It was awesome.

This place is the worst. My brother had his RV came to check on his RV today and his RV was not there apparently the RV had been stolen and the employee had no information on when what and who. Cameras have not been working for over 3 months and no one even contacted my brother, but they sure called him to let him know his rate was about to go up. Always friendly and helpful

My unit was broken into and lock broken and they did nothing about it except give me the runaround saying they can't get anyone to cut a lock in less than a month or credit my account for the month I wouldn't have access to my unit or look back on tape to see what happened. I had to go to another location to get assistance and magically, everything was fixed and lock cut off in less than an hour.

Elevators broken, no access to my unit! Ever since Public Storage took over, everything has been a disaster.

I am so sick of elevators not working and no one to help at the facility. I plan to move to another place.

Elevators on Bldg B broken since Nov 13.

Went to get my Christmas decorations in my second floor climate controlled storage and found elevators not working with only with a sign that has a “sorry” on it. No email sent out to tell me I couldn’t get to my things. They closed and 1pm on Wednesday and will not open til Saturday morning. I’m locked out of my belongings for over two days. They have stairs but you can’t use them to go in. Public Storage has taken over. Had great service when it was Allstorage..

This organization does not even deserve a 1 star. The staff at this location is very unprofessional, especially 1 inparticular young lady, Kayla. Very rude and gave no eye contact when speaking to her, too busy watching Netflix on her phone. I have called the location several times and have yet to receive a call back and it has been over 48-hours. All Storage was a much better organization before Public Storage took over. I will be giving my notice.

Storage area with a drive on area big enough for 3 or 4 long trucks. AC in the hall areas. It's off the beaten path which I'm sure is by design. It's ice but your gonna pay for it, I'm sure.

They have two elevators, one which has not worked for several months, carts have started to go missing, and as of today- the second and last elevator is not working. I went inside to find out what is going on and as usual, it is someone that normally does not work at this location so they didnt even know about the issue. I got the District Manager's name and number- Matt Kirksey, and I left him a voicemail this morning to find out when the elevators will be fixed since that is the only way we can move our stuff out of our unit, and I have not heard back from him. Maybe leaving a review here will get someone's attention.

I recently rented a space- got stuck in traffic and LITERALLY unintentionally arrived to the storage as they were closing. Mark had his backpack on and was about to walk out when he noticed me at the door. He was SO NICE, unbothered and HAPPY to help me see the space as well as stayed after to complete the agreement. We've ended up having to use storage longer than we originally had anticipated due to COVID. We had planned on 2 months we are now going on 10. We are currently out of state and due to a family emergency we had an issue with our autopay. I called the corporate office and they advised the site would be able to assist with late fees due to situation. When I spoke with Meghan at the site regarding what had happened she was adamant that nothing could be done regarding additional fees. Might try working on your customer service mannerism.

Recently getting out of the military moving to Texas. We came down to look at the storage units and Megan took her time to show us multiple units because I wasn’t sure what we’d need. Once we got all our stuff together we were on the road and realized we’d definitely need a bigger unit and Megan again went out of her way to help upgrade us to a bigger unit and make sure it was as convenient as possible over the phone knowing we wouldn’t make it back in time. We had a little bit of a mix up with the new answering service, but when we went to the facility in person to finalize our rental agreement, James was extremely helpful, very courteous, and professional (even at the end of his long work day). He went above and beyond answering every question and making sure we had the best deal as well as the most convenient location available. We definately recommend this storage location!

All Storage: 1401 Longhorn Road Fort Worth, TX 76179. Due to Covid-19 I wasn’t able to speak to an associate face to face to rent a storage unit. However the online process was so quick and easy. Very simple process and I was able to order the storage room online in the morning and immediately received a code to the gate. I had all my stuff in within a few hours. The facility is very clean and there were plenty of carts around to speed up the process. Will definitely continue business at this location!

This is an absolutely fantastic facility. It is well gated and secure, very clean and has a ton of options to fit your needs. I went with one of the climate controlled units, and I love knowing that it is going to keep my stuff safer while we store it all. Also, they were running a great deal when I signed up, 2 MONTHS FREE!!! I know that those types of deals aren't always going to be there, but if you see a deal on a unit you like, definitely get it locked in quick, as this is the place to go!

My mom, Abbie O'Neil has been storing her things here for over a year. The people who work have been great with her; helping her to make her payments over the phone each month. And just last month when she decided to downsize, they helped her find moving dollies to move her things during a very busy time of the day. My experience at All Storage Marine Creek has far surpassed all expectations. The rental process was smooth. Staff was very personable and helpful. Facility is extremely clean and easy to navigate through even though my unit is on a third floor. Highly recommend this facility to any needing storage.

We have a storage unit up on the 3rd floor of one of their buildings and the entire property is clean and easy to navigate.and the buildings themselves seems like they would be easy to get lost in but with the maps ourside the elevators it's a breeze to find where you need to go, even if you get turned around!

Place is clean and easy to pull through. The elevators are huge and the hall ways are big. They have carts for you to put stuff on and it makes it sooo easy to move stuff around there. It’s about 79-81 degrees in there so not cool but not 110 either. 👍🏻👍🏻

Today I rented a 5×10 storage space from All-Storage at the Marine Creek location. It's been over 25 years since I needed a storage area, so I didn't really know what to expect. Well, I believe I made the right decision going with Marine Creek simply because: James, the manager, was very kind, professional, and helpful; the facility (front counter and storage area) was very clean; easy and clear access, with affordable prices!!! Thanks Marine Creek All-Storage for making this a pleasant experience!!!

Rodents ate all of the hoses on my grandson's washer while it was in a brand new unit that was never even used before on the third floor. The storage facility doesn't even give a dang. Shame on these people for continuing to rent out to people knowing they have rodents in their facility

Unfortunately we went back this weekend to pick up items out of our storage unit. We were met with several other customers on the bottom floor because both elevators were out yet again. What made it worse is that James the manager got the elevators up and running , my husband daughter and I went out to get the items which took no more than 15 minutes and when we went back to the elevator it was broken again. I had to go down the fire escape stairs to get help to get my family out and the items we just finished loading up on the cart. I really appreciate being reimbursed my January and prorated February Bill however what good does it do to have storage if you can't get to it. I feel so bad for the manager James to have to deal with this weekend and week out when it's obviously a flawed elevator design. I will be calling the district manager tomorrow as I have my move scheduled for Friday from 8 to 12 and I must be able to get to my unit. My first move cost $1,200 due to the elevators being down and this time after advising All Storage several times of my move requesting that the elevators be working I will be looking for All Storage to compensate and pay my movers if I'm unable to complete my move because I cannot use the elevators to access my items. I would like to commend James and Brenda It All Storage after a rough and shaky start, I spoke with management about my concerns with one of their staffed and they rest assured that they would provide training to create an enhanced customer experience. Thank you the management and All Storage they do take their Google reviews seriously and make a good effort to resolve issues fairly.

This facility is top notch. I will use again and recommend to anyone I know needing this kind of service. Clean, well lit and convenient. Nice job AllStorage!

I would caution any military to be very careful with this business. They require you to sign a waiver of your SSRA. I am sure this is legal but not a good pratice with the people who serve. I walked out rather then give them my bussiness. I have since spoken to the company and the practice has been taken out. Very impressed it happened this fast.

Fantastic staff!!! They really helped me out when I was in a bind. I had a storage unit and a parking spot at this location. I highly recommend both. The parking spots and driveways are well spaced so you can get your trailer in and out easily. A+

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!! IT IS ROACH INFESTED!!!! We moved our items into this storage because it appeared new and clean. We only had our things there for 4 months until our house was done being built. When we were moving out of storage, we noticed a few roaches and we notified the office immediately. We also made the choice to move everything from storage into our garage so we could set off a raid bomb to hopefully kill any roaches that may have been in our items. Well my husband started opening boxes and things before setting off the bomb. He opened our refrigerator only to find that it was infested with hundreds of roach eggs. It was so bad we knew we had to get rid of it along with other items we found. We tried to make a claim with the storage insurance and they refused to cover any of our losses. We lost alot of money and items in this process!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Huge like a maze too easy to get lost. Broken elevator. Plus had an over lock on my friends storage 18 days after it was paid had to have them come remove it even though it had been paid on time.

Very bad customer service, bought a tape gun that didnt work and went back 5 minutes later and the guy would not exchange it or take it back since it does not work and tearing up all my tapes

Very professional and kind. They called me within minutes of reserving my unit online and explained everything in detail. They were also diligent about calling me back to get my information on the phone so I didn’t need to go into the office and could go straight into my unit. I’m absent-minded about phone calls so I appreciated the help.
