I came in to the office looking to upgrade my 5x5 to a 5x10 because I wasn’t sure if my stuff would fit. Stacy was so sweet and attentive. She showed me the 5x5 I had originally paid for and then showed me a 5x10 and let me decide which unit size felt best for me. Absolutely wonderful experience and service. App error caused a late fee and they fixed it as a courtesy immediately.
Today is the 7 th of August I made a payment a day ago & I get a call today that my lock was CUT several months ago!!! WHY?!? Negligence due to a lack of doing daily updates & non communication! & I have to replace the lock , cover your own tails & protect your customers property ESPECIALLY when you had no right to cut the lock. Do your homework & keep up with your customers!
The Rep had a customer stand outside the building for over 30 mins, while he sat in the car and smoke and ate. No sign on the door (stating will be back) or anything. It was 102degrees outside.
Stacy is absolutely amazing! She’s courteous and professional; always providing a smile and an answer to every question. Slightly concerned about the recent appearance as some customers leave items in plain site near the elevator that they no longer want of properly disposing of their unwanted items. Again, no reflection on Stacy but it does diminish the appeal and quality of the establishment compared to how it used to be; especially with the unexplained price increase.

It was our first visit to the storage site. It was nice to see it was as I hoped. It was clean. The staff at the front counter was both helpful and friendly. The access issues we had were addressed in a very positive way.
I was really surprised by how helpful and easy they made the rental and move in process! The interior access with parking, an elevator and the carts they provide made getting into my unit a breeze. I had to change my move in date and the lady who helped me was so patient and Ricky helped me get everything in order at move in. I’ve had other storage units, but this was by far my best experience yet!
*Don’t trust the reviews that are “positive”. They all are written by bots or folks off pay sites, or public storage employees. Numerous break ins at this facility and insurance who won’t cover. FWPD even has them on “don’t recommend”*

Lockers are being broken into and peoples belongings are being stolen. Police were called and reports taken. Anyone can access the bottom floors and will tailgate. No security. Be warned!!

Fellow tenants are now stating it looks like someone or a group of people are accessing peoples lockers through the cuts, that are above most lockers. Allowing access for smaller people to slide through 05/28/2024*
Bug infestations, no dedicated parking for people with moving trucks outside (they bring their trucks inside the small areas, blocking people from access). Folks are dirty, they leave diapers, pee bottles, drugs and now dead animals (someone with true mental issues, put a dead hare or such on a pole, see photos). Tons of trash of insulation. They jacked the prices 5x in a 2 year span. The garages are always broken, because moving trucks or people in regular vehicles hit it. It was fine 2 years ago, now it’s just becoming trash. Not worth it at all. Waiting for my home to be done, then outta here.

If I could have rated this place a 0 I would have. We along with numerous other paying customers have had our locker broken into and thousands of dollars worth of our stuff stolen by a person that rents a unit there. The police have been very helpful and are trying to get everything back. Public storage has been anything but helpful making the police get search warrants when they can do inventory checks on units. This person had other units at this place and other public storage places. DO NOT PUT YOUR POSSESSIONS in a locker at any public storage unit. These units aren’t secure and you will be in the same situation as my family and numerous other people who pay good money thinking there items are under lock and key and would be better off leaving them in their garage.

The audacity of this price hike has me looking for a different storage place.

Rental office is never open. Have been trying to get ahold of someone for days and have had no luck. Have not had a chance to even move my items in because my access code won’t work and I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone for any assistance. I have left 2 voicemails and been every day to the office to see if anyone is there. I already plan on going to a different storage facility because of the terrible inconvenience this has all caused.
The provided gate code did not work and the app also failed to open anything. Nobody was present at the office on either of the days we tried to access the unit and our calls to customer service were neither answered nor returned. We will be canceling and requesting a refund.
Stop to check out open units and Stacy is the best ever! She was very patient and helped me figured out the best unit size and location for my needs. Thanks Stacy. You're awesome!
I've had my unit for over 8 months, never had problems with any payments. This last month they decided to kick my payment back and have had issues processing it online. They issued me late fees, threatened to cut my lock off and put a lien on my belongings. If threatening clients is the way of buisness these days, i will be happy to take my buisness elsewhere.
While I have a unit here its merely because I don't have the time, or energy, to move my items out. Terrible customer service, the rental office is never open and they don't answer the phone.
When I went to transfer my unit someone had moved in to it illegally which makes me concerned for their security at this location! I'll not bore you with the details but I would recommend any other location over this one

I've rented several spaces from here over this last year.
I highly suggest storing at this facility. I never saw any bugs and never had an issue with break ins. The place is kept clean and secure.
Parking is limited but as long as you don't come at a peak time like the weekends, I never had a problem.
I always was able to find a dolly to use.
The place is kept clean and has great security features in place.
The App is great and let's you rent a storage and pay online as well as open the doors and elevator from your phone.

Out of the 6x I had to go to the office I'd say maybe 2x someone was actually present. It seemed to be the same lady running around that works the front desk so seems like they are just short staffed.
The bathroom is in the main building and if you're unit is in the other building, the only way you'll have access to a bathroom is by going in the office door, which 70% of the time is locked as the worker is on the premises.
They do close down at 9pm. There isn't 24/7 access.
Despite some minor cons, I would absolutely rent from them again.

I have had a few storage units over the years, but I have never been more pleased with the over all experience as I am with this Public Storage location. I was able to rent the unit online and access it with no issue! On the couple of occasions I did need to speak with someone in the office, Pam has always been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable! She returns my calls quickly if I have to leave a message, and answers all of my questions. The facility is well kept, and my unit is the cleanest I have ever seen a storage unit! Not to mention the rate for my unit was the BEST in a 25 miles radius! So glad I found this location! Thank you Pam for all your help and kindness & thank you Public Storage!

When i vacate 2 i let them know and inmediatly they lock me out. My code never work again and I still had one unit.

Office staff (Stacy) was VERY HELPFUL, offering help and providing a tour to make sure I chose the correct size. While unpacking boxes Stacy stopped in the loading Bay to ensure I had no issues with the elevator code.

Be sure to read through these contracts closely. They go up in rates pretty quickly after moving in and then if you move out early (I moved out on the second of the month) they still get you with a full months cost when they can still rent the unit out for the rest of the month. They know they have a captive tenant once you've moved in to a unit and will not hesitate to get every penny from you they can. Horrible business practices and even worse customer service.

I've had storage here for a year. It's been fine, and Pam and Stacy in the office have been great and helpful.
But.....I came back 2 weeks ago and there was no running water in the building. Which means no working bathrooms. Can't wash your hands, and you have to shove everything back in the unit to drive to a bathroom. The girls in the office have to lock the office to go use the restroom somewhere else. You'd think they would at least give them a porta potty. It's ridiculous. PS is "working on it", but I also think it's against the law for the employees not to have running water.
So glad we picked this location. We have easy in and easy out access. Pam who works the front is so friendly and always helps us with any questions that we have. Very easy to use the app! Thanks for great service!
Good day, the ladies at this location are the best, friendly professional and knowledgeable with unit size to accommodate my needs. And a MAJOR plus for me was the cleanliness of the facility. Lena Pam and Stacy saved the day. I had started with a very bad experience…. Couldn’t get ahold of office to see Memorial Day hours. PS National number gave me different hours and when I arrived after office hours and after driving through torrential rain with a 26’ moving truck and an expensive per hour hired crew to unload at my unit I was locked out with a note that said see office. This sucked. I couldn’t get in with my app (no cell signal at this site) my code didn’t work. I tried support and was given a code. This didn’t work either. Very frustrating. At this point I had spent $100 for my crew of helpers standing around doing nothing. I went back through all my correspondence and saw two different access codes for my account. I tried the other and it worked. I finally got to unload and get home after a 12 hour day. I went into the office where Pam and Stacy got me all squared away. They refunded my unused lock. Took my renters insurance and got my phone app access pad all squared away. Thank you ladies.

Toni at the office was so pleasant, helpful, and resourceful to ensure my family received the best possible rate and the size of unit for our needs. I was blown away how patient she was with all the questions we had and she even shared some tips and tricks to improve our move in experience. The property and units are comparable to other storage companies in the area but no one can beat the customer service Toni has!

Nice property my only complaint is access, you enter a code to get in which is good and standard on all public storage sites, but you have to enter a code to use the elevator and if you're not fast enough to select a floor you have to enter it again, then you have to enter a code to leave, and you have to enter the codes manually because the app won't let you remote open anything, so it's a hassle but every one is nice and it's easy to get signed up for a unit
One staff tell you have time and another call and tell you they gone cut the lock anyway
I have only been with Public Storage for a month… and it has been a horrible and disappointing experience. Within the first week I called the location multiple times and never received a call back. I had to drive to another location to try and get a hold of someone. Ended up at the public storage right across the freeway, had to send a complaint to the district manager Jennifer. Stacy (store manager) finally returned my phone calls after I spoke with Jennifer. When I spoke with Jennifer, a credit was “posted to my account” this credit would have covered two month’s rent. December was my first month with my credit, somehow I ended up having a missed payment and owed money. I sent a message through the app over a week ago asking why when I have a credit on my account (because I can never get anyone on the phone)… I still have not heard from anyone. There is never anyone in the office. The doors are always locked. You have to wait around and hope someone comes to the front to even help you. The gates are always open. The access code that is given to me through the app does not work. The remote key to open the gate through the app does not work. I’m really sad with the customer service I have barely received because it’s a really nice facility however the lack of communication has made me not recommend Public Storage to people.
If you are a prospective customer, please rethink your choice, at least for this location. Here is a list of reasons, just from my experiences.
1) The overhead entry or exit doors are broken frequently (open). The environmental controls don't work when that happens and the whole building is subject to vandalism and theft.
2) Once you are a paying customer don't expect to get to talk to anyone, they do not answer the phone, they allow it to go to voice mail and if you are complaining about something. They will not call you back to resolve the issue.
3) Our unit was vandalized on Sun Dec 4th. They finally contacted us on Wednesday the 7th, no email only a phone message. They called back on the 8th, told us that our lock and the latch had been "knocked off". They had not looked at the closed circuit television, they have not reported it to the police... in fact they have done nothing. Well, other than ignore my phone calls.
Please, I implore you... do not give them your hard earned money. They say they "care about your business". From my standpoint they only care about getting your business...once you are in you are just another number.
P.S. they got a 1 star because you have to give them something or you cant post.

We only needed to store out stuff for <30days and didn't want to spend a lot or get locked into a contract. Stacy was GREAT at helping us find the best price & plan that met our needs. Also - having her walk me through to find the the unit and figure out all the security codes was very helpful!!

The storage unit is good, has a lot of room for your items to put in and has good conditioning. But if you want to rent the storage unit. PLEASE DO NOT GO IN PERSON, ITS BETTER TO USE THE WEBSITE. When you go to the door. There is a very low chance someone will be working there and we had to sit around for at least 5 hours because they say that we need to unlock the storage unit and move the stuff out for construction. But they were never here, And we have called them when we will come down here but they don’t pick up because no one is working there! The gates always don’t work and you need to exit out from the entrance.

Yes there is inflation but this company prides itself on booking online so they can have minimal staff. I took advantage of booking online to get a lower rate only for it to increase 26% just a few months later. The location I am at had alot of empty units so I would think they would want to retain their customers but when I contacted them. I was basically told to deal with the increase and that they are still competitively priced. That doesn't change thr fact I have to now come up with the extra $ within a month. I understand an increase might of been nessassary but 26% is alot to put on someone all at once.
Do NOT use this facility or any Public Storage. We have been with them since the end of January. Since then, I think there has been a whole 2 weeks of time that the gates are NOT broken. Outside of that 2 weeks, either the entrance gate or the exit gate is broken. If the entrance gate is broken, they leave the exit gate open all day and into the evening. If the exit gate is broken (which it currently is again), you can enter using the normal way, but you have to exit using the entrance. However, the door shuts and can't be opened from the inside unless you pull up to the gate, get out of your car, and press the green button on the side of the wall to open the gate. Then you can get back in your car and leave.
If you call up there during business hours, you will be extremely lucky to get someone on the phone. If you drive up there during business hours, you will be extremely lucky to find the office doors unlocked or someone in the office.
To make matters worse, they just jacked the rates up last month. For what? I know they don't have higher employee costs since no one seems to work there. Maintenance costs? Doubtful since the current gate problem has been this way for 3+ weeks.
Spoken to corporate on multiple occasions. They don't care. They will just "escalate the call" to a higher department to call you back, which never does.

Work out of town, while being away Stacy went above and beyond to ensure my belongings remained while I was absent. From the beginning it was a very friendly and safe environment.
Rented me the wrong size unit and would not refund me. Extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked for a refund for them listing the size of the unit wrong on their website. Would not recommend to anyone. The doors to enter the building have not been working and had issues accessing my own unit.

Tim was great. He helped me get set up for a storage unit and I was in and out very quickly. Facilities seem very nice too.

Tim was so nice and very helpful!!! Only gave 4 stars because there was no building sign to say public storage so we weren't sure if the 2 buildings were it. And it was a bit warm on the 3rd floor. I'm sure all of this is in process of changing since it's all brand new facilities.

The doors have been out of order for a while now and management has yet to get this fixed or even reach out to us. First time I showed up with a trailer load of furniture and couldn't store it. Had to leave my stuff outside for two nights and the doors are still not fixed. We ended up having to rent another storage room from a different company since it was going to rain the next day. As much as we pay here, Public storage should reach out to us ASAP about this inconvenience. Lines of people waiting to unload and walk in through a small door. How do you expect us to fit furniture in through there? Never again renting from this place. I do not recommend!! All storage is nearby, go there instead.
