Rates go through the roof quickly, so make sure you do not plan to stay longer than a few months. You cannot lock any rate through pre-paying, and the initial rent prices are designed only to get you in. Customer service (in-store or online) will not be able to do anything for you. When called and complained, I have received a "move out" email, which I had not requested. Asinine business practices. Additionally, the place is filthy, and suffers from continuous lack of moving carts.

This facility has not enough carts, and that has been an ongoing issue for at least a year. They do not seek do fix that problem, regardless multiple complaints. Months ago, they said they will order more carts, now they say they have enough but blame customers for not returning them to the main floor. Absolute lack of professionalism. Now, they keep an extra cart in their office that you can rent out with your ID. There is something seriously wrong with their policies and how they treat their customers. Besides, the office people SOLICITATE FOR POSITIVE FEEDBACK on Google. That is not a proper way to do business.

Absolutely the worst costumer service, by the employee at this located on 06/04/2023. I drove to this location to rent a unit. I knocked on door, to be greeted by a disgruntled employee. After opening the door, I explained to her that I wanted to rent and a unit and the employee immediately replied by saying “I can’t help you I have to go to lunch, you can do everything on your phone app”. Which I replied and said “ok no problem”, but a little confused why she couldn’t assist me. While in my car, while setting up the reservation, I noticed the employee walking out of the office , and I kindly asked her if I can bother her for 1 minute as I was having trouble doing the reservation on my phone, to which she responded by saying “, nope, im on lunch, I can’t help you, I have to go, bye” in an incredibly rude manner, to which I replied to by saying “ok”. Haven’t seen this bad of customer service in a while. Left and went elsewhere

I have nothing negative to say about the place, or the service. Except commenting on the price increases. I”ve rented my unit almost 2 years ago, and since then I had 3 price increases. The 1st increase of more than 25% came after 4 months of renting. 9 months later I had a second increase with an additional 35%. And now, after another 9 months, 24% more. I am very disappointed. So for the long term customers, be aware!

I've had a good experience storing things here, but they raised the rent by almost 24% after 5 months. Keep that in mind when you're looking at prices for longer term storage. I'm extremely disappointed. Edit: Someone from Public Storage called me and they did give me a one-time credit to offset the increase for the next 3 months. It's not ideal, but appreciated it.

Beware. I moved to Public Storage from Extra Space, since Extra Space Storage keep increasing my rate significantly. They started me at $48 last January, increased to $62 after 6 months, now the rate went up to $85. I was reassured when moving in that the increases are about 10%. When asked to reduce the rate, I was told the current walk-in rate in $141 (they always pull this numbers out of a hat). I will be moving out soon.

Carolyn was great! I lost the key to my lock, so I had filled out a lock out form, but then found the key. Carolyn promptly refunded me the new lock fee, and I was on my way. Both signing up and leaving process was quick and smooth. Rates can go up at anytime, but since it is month and not contracted, I didn’t have to give any notice about vacating the unit. Always received notice rates were going up 30 days ahead of time. Facility is clean and organized!

Awesome experience with this location. Needed a space to store my things after losing my my job due the Covid pandemic. Was there from April 2021 to November 2021. Easy in and Easy out. Clean and very well kept. Safe, as I was in there alot alone. Excellent price for a 10x10 = $65 month (raised after 4 months to $75). Carolyn was also awesome - friendly and efficient. Overall I would recommend!!

My spleen and has a good price but way too far

Always clean. Unfortunately not enough bays to unload and VERY LIMITED PARKING. There should be a limit on amount of time a car can be in bay area if they are loading or unloading. There should also be 1 door designated for moving vans, trucks, uhaul trailers attached to a vehicle.(i.e.. Uhaul)for major move in/outs, so multiple bays aren't tied up at one time.

She also went above and beyond by improving on the initial reservation and making sure that everything was taken care of. One of the best customer service experiences I've had int he last ten years. Clean and new location, local customer service is helpful but you might get mixed messages from corporate. Possible that your rents will increase at the 6 month mark. I do wish they had more signage/encouragement about wearing masks in the facility.

We are remodeling our dental office. We are storing all of our dental chairs etc. at this location. Our agent Sue was very helpful and she made a stressful time fun and easy.

The Public Storage staff (especially Cristel and Sue) were phenomenal! They were professional, friendly and very helpful. From the first time I walked in with questions, they were knowledgeable, accommodating and had me sold on public storage when I was considering several other options. Plus, on move day, I vastly underestimated the amount of space that I needed and they were able to get me a unit right down the hall from the storage unit I originally rented. They saved me a lot of money, time and stress!!! Cristel even let me use her iPhone charger. I am tremendously grateful. Anytime in the future I need storage, I will be giving my business to public storage bc of my experience. I highly recommend. And the facility is very user friendly and clean. Both Cristel and Sue were absolutely great to work with. Definitely ask for them when you go in!

Clean place, carts always available. Right across from a police station too (safety) Just keep in mind that the rates are intro rates. My $16 unit went up to $21, and expect it'll keep going up and up.

THE REPRESENTATIVES EUNIECE AND ANGELINA WERE VERY RUDE. THEY REFUSED TO SHOW ME THE STORAGE UNITS INSIDE THE EERIE BUILDING , EVEN THOUGH I HAD A PROTECTIVE SHIELD AROUND MY MOUTH AND NOSE AND STOOD 6FT APART DUE TO THE EPIDEMIC. THEY WERE BOTH SNEAKILY GRINNING AS THOUGH THEY WERE SETTING ME UP TO BE AMBUSHED IN THE STORAGE BUILDING TO SEARCH AND FIND THE STORAGE SPACES ALONE. I EXPRESSED TO THEM I DIDN'T FEEL SAFE GOING ALONE IN THE DARK BUILDING ALONE CAN I BRING MY FRIEND ALONG WHO WAS ALSO WEARING PROTECTIVE FACE COVERING THEY REFUSED. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER WHO WAS IN THE OFFICE AND DIDN'T WANT TO DISCUSS THE MATTER AS THOUGH HE WAS INVOLVED IN AN ALLEGED PLOT TO CAUSE HURT AND DANGER . Its great to walk in a location and get greeted by the staff and to know my name. When they were getting ready to open, I would stop in daily to get an update to be able to get a storage unit. The moment they officially could lease me one they called me right away. Cristel is great to deal with and is always engaging conversation.

This is a very new and modern facility with everything that my old storage spaces didn't have or were just not as nice. 1- It's climate controlled so you aren't freezing or sweating when going to get your stuff. 2- Add to that the indoor loading dock. No more being snowed or rained on while loading. 3- Lots of carts available so you don't have to wait around for others to move there entire apartment. My last public storage only had 2 carts. 4- Restroom available outside of office. Yes this is very important. 5- Last but not least... Great customer service. If you're lucky, Cristel will be on duty to help you. She is awesome!!! So to recap, this is the best storage space I've ever had.
