They stole my television out my storage place I told them they replied I’m the only one with keys to a lock I purchased from them filed a police report and did a claim a waste of time the claims said they couldn’t do anything to pay me for my television cause my unit didn’t have a force entry so why pay I insurance? They say they can’t cover for my television they got inside thieves at this facility don’t store anything here

The worst most ghettoest public storage of ever been to had an appointment to see two units I get there I'm told I cannot see them because they're tagged and she cannot retag. And customer service was an even bigger 🤣

This Public Storage was really nice when I rented the space almost 2 years ago. Although someone told me don't use this one, I felt they were wrong. Today I found the place had a foul odor in addition to there was no ventilation. Usually there is a fan. If I had money to relocate my belongings I definitely would.

Storage is storage but this location was not as clean as others I've visited.

I have been a long time renter here @ this facility and the manager Bianca have always been so pleasant and helping. I just stop in to make my payment and there she was again with a smile. This is a great place to store

I concur with the rest of the raters here. Public Storage is pretty much, well, Public Storage. The differentiator here is the great customer service personified by Bianca. She helped me take the guesswork out of the transaction (how many square feet will I need? how much $ should I pay? etc.). Helped me avoid what could have been a costly error. Even advised the movers on how to make do with the space I had. The 5 stars sum it up nicely.

From the time I rented at this location Bianca have been very helpful all the way down to making my payments. She have really great customer service

I just moved into a small apartment and I won't be able to move all my items in so I came looking for a not so big storage room. The two young ladies Sharonda and bionca were very helpful! Sharonda explained to me the ins and outs! I definitely will be renting from this location!

I received great service @ this location all the time. The only issue I have is that the facility can use more carts to help assist the customers. It doesn't make any sense that we have to walk boxes and large items way down halls and upstairs. The girls in the office Bianca always have a smile on her face and is very helpful in the office and around the property.

The unit was clean and ready for me to move into it the same day of my appointment. Bianca handled business swiftly and professionally. I really liked how patient she was with an elderly customer who called in while I was there. She was even patient with me as I started experiencing slight stomach pain while she was explaining the terms of the agreement. I just rented today, so I can't give the place five stars just yet.

I dont usually give 5 Stars but Bianca's service was nothing less than exceptional. I actually reserved a space with another company. Then the movers suggested Public Storage on South Chicago Ave because it was closer plus the $1 deposit which initially i was disappointed to hear wasnt available at her location. Nonetheless she worked out a great deal for a larger space...and it turned out to be a cheaper move in charge compared to the other company.
