If I could pick a different place I would I hate that u have to get whatever u need from your storage by 9 why is it not 24hour access

This place is horrible, we had a 10X15 unit and we had all our belongings from our home in this unit. We had it for a year , finally we went to get our stuff and to our surprise there was rat droppings all over everything and the rats ate through the boxes and ruined almost all our things. If I could I would give this place a negative star. I paid a lot of money for my storage unit and they did not take care of their rat problem. I suggest anyone to never rent from here. The rats had to be huge their droppings were enormous. I lost so much from this especially items that can never be replaced. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to rent a unit from.

Not enough dollys and business owners should have longer time to exit..high late fees

I’m not seeing anything to make me think I’ve chosen the best facility for my items got there no one on site to ask any questions. I’m a senior citizen and my locker it seems is way up somewhere. Not sure how this is going to work out.

I dislike the hours of operation. They open at 9:30am and close at 6pm. Now anyone that has a job won't be able to get in there anyway of the week. It almost impossible!!

Evetime I try to come in the office no one is never there. And you can never get in touch with anyone . Because you talk to a recording and never a live person.

I walked inside to move my load in and it was dead mice inside. It’s unclean in the units and the fact that there is no 24hr access is just not worth it but I got a good deal I just spray my unit down and hopefully I won’t move my things out with no rodents

Jess was amazing! I would recommend renting here. She made the process very simple.

When I came to put my stuff in my unit for the first time no one was in the office. I paid for a lock and wasn’t able to get one. After I left due to being busy I got a call stating they were on lunch. They lady agreed to put my lock on my unit and I’d come back at 11 the next day to get my keys from the property manager. I arrived early and have been waiting for an hour. None of the numbers get you through to anyone. And the chat is based overseas so could speak to someone that way either. Unprofessional to have someone waiting outside for their keys and you aren’t even on time. Haven’t been with them a full day and will be moving my things out of here asap. No one is onsite and no one answers the phone. Do not have any issues at this site if you will need help because there will be absolutely no help at all. Called corporate and two separate people told me to leave my stuff sitting and come back later. This company is a joke. Spare yourself the headache and place your stuff with another storage facility. Every person who I saw come in said they never can get ahold of anyone. I’m closing my account with them after just one day. Hopefully they get some sense and learn how to run this facility better.

Terrible gate hours. Once the office is closed so is the gate. Access should be from 6a-9p at the very least.

I find it very crazy that I pay my storage every month just for them to go up on the pricing. Also, broke my wrist. Went through some hardship and because I was late this month after having it for almost a year. Now they want to auction my things. When I was trying to make a payment via app to avoid late fees. The app wouldn’t allow. I called office they couldn’t assist me. I just find it very inconsiderate as a customer for us to not have no kind of assistance in a time hardship. People should try being a little understanding and get that life does happen

IF ITS NOT SOLD AT AUCTION BECAUSE OF THERE RIDICULOUS PRICES AND FEES THEN YOU CANT RETAIN YOUR PROPERTY NOR CAN IT BE LOCATED !!! I DON’T RECOMMEND NOR WILL I RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

Roaches galore. Then want you to still pay a monthly fee. I didn't even have roaches when I brought my items in. The insurance is garbage. Check my TikTok. Akanikkii. The roaches in the bathroom and my unit. I didn't take pictures.

Before you commit to Public Storage, please be advise to read the very fine print to EVERY WORD ON YOUR CONTRACT. If not it will come back and take a BIG BITE OUT YOUR WALLET. They have the right to increase your rent within 6months to a Year, don’t inform you of that when you are inquiring, don’t you dare be 1 day late the late charges are Ridiculous they don’t Inform you of that. They have an uncompromising policy From my experience the policy is they don’t CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER JUST PAY YOUR RENT AND WE WILL PRETEND TO HAVE SOME ONE CALL YOU . My advise do diligently research for other storage before you sign your soul to Public Storage. They are not a good company to do business with. I truly never take the time out to do Reviews!
