On yesterday, I had to move my niece into a storage. You know how those college days are! So of course, I'm not from Chicago, and I didn't how the storage units looked. I made all reservations online. Welp... Once we arrived to unload her possessions, we noticed a lock on the unit. Had to go the the office where I was greeted by, Jorge, who was so helpful. He showed me the basement unit I rented, and I said walking down stairways with your belongings, Not me!! So he swiftly, helped a sister out! He did a transfer, no walking two flights to store her items. I was overjoyed! The establishment was nice and clean, and I appreciated his help. Without him I would of been in a pickle. Convenient location.. but it loses a star for cleanliness and upkeep. I'm not asking for a storage facility to be spotless by any means. But there was loose debris and some trash in my unit upon move-in.
Also, not having the option to get 24 hour access which I need due to my work schedule. That's a company wide policy not necessarily this locations fault so I won't deduct a star but just making it known that that's dumb and should be changed.

I’ve been having my things stored at another facility in the neighborhood (rhymes with wife porridge) & had the worst experience. Their manager was extremely unprofessional & my storage rate was going up every month without any explanation.
