There were a few issues starting with changing my unit because there is no elevator to access the basement. He was knowledgable, understanding and accomdating. The manger Terry was the most redeeming thing about this facility. He will work with you if you can't get a payment on time and he is super nice. The second floor is hot as the seventh ring of hell in the summer time though. The storage space was readable in price when I got it in 2015 but every six months it went up drastically. The hours of operation make it hard to access your belongings if you are a 9 to 5 worker.
Terry was very helpful - showed me my initial storage and then helped me navigate the system to revise my reservation in line with expectations. I am very satisfied with the service.
