This facility is a joke...I have been trying to get my money back for a unit I never used. I wanted to rent a storage unit for my belongings, so I reserved 5x10 unit for Saturday, the 20th, & I also made a payment for that unit.. however after thinking about how much storage I would need, I upgraded to a 10x15 and I changed the date to the following Saturday which was the 27th. So I never moved into the 1st unit. I called Public Storage and let them know about the change and the lady whom I spoke with said that this was not problem, they would just make a transfer! Little did I know that a transfer meant that the payment that I had already made for the first unit (which I never moved into, nor did I get the lock & key for) would not be credited to the bigger storage unit. I was on the phone for damn near an hour arguing with idiots about how they should explain this to new customers and that my payment should actually go towards the unit that I moved into. They lied and said I never called, and then the manager lied and said that they would give me a credit which they never did. I still wound up paying for two units. They are scammers and con artists at this facility, if I had known then what I know now I would have never used their thieving a$$es, because that is actually what it is.... THEFT!! If I could, I would remove all of my items and find another facility, but they stole my money. I am very disgusted with them.

I have been dealing with public storage on and off for the last 4 years. They are truly a rip off now with their prices. They just raised my payment $42.00 a month. Now I'm late and they are charging $42.20. I cannot wait until I get my stuff out. You can actually rent a garage cheaper.

Completely disappointed with this location! Have left Maggie many calls the last three weeks, no return calls to address my concern! The worse part is, they call you and constantly emails requesting a good review before even moving in. Once that review is finalized, your concerns don't matter! We needed a location to store our vehicle for 3 months. This worked out fine, but the complaint I have is with Public Storage's policy concerning pro rated fees. Read the terms carefully! We had to pay the whole month fee for having the vehicle in storage for only 4 days that month.

so grateful for everyone at this place! Me and my friends needed to get a storage unit and being college students we were SUPER confused... Thankfully Felicia was able to help answer all of our many questions!
