Great place to store your extra personal belongings and personal property and your personal possessions etc. And the cleanliness of the property of business etc.The security of the business is sometimes compromised and faulty because of point of entry where as someone else is letting in other people who are questionable subjects or persons who look suspicious and don’t really have any business being there at all. Etc. Trespassing and property invasions etc. The security needs to be improved and implemented for everyone ones safety and business patronage as customers etc.

I’ve been a customer for a good while already, over a year to be exact. Laquisha the property manager returned my call with in minutes. Not only did she answer my many questions but she went above and beyond my expectations. I felt at ease over the phone, something I myself am always a nervous wreck about. Her knowledge patience and assistance was much needed. I will 110% recommend public storage to friends and family. Thank you Laquisha, bless your heart and public storage for working with me when I needed it the most. This location has been very helpful and convenient !! For any other person needing the space, if you have any questions or doubts take my word, call! They have answers and will assist you and work with you, you will not regret it.
Sorry for the late Google. On Saturday June 13th the new property manger me and my wife spoke to name laquisha is very rude. We spoke to her about renting a 10×20 because we are trying to store a 2 bedroom apartment and she seems to be a bit irritated about her wanting to eat lunch. Mind you we came there around 2 and no one was there but we insist on waiting. She told us hold on aggressively because she wasn't logged in yet. We seen she was on her phone because she told whoever she was talking to hold and no. Honestly she seem be under the influence and no we are not talking about alcohol, other substance After she told us the information on what she had available we politely left. We will not recommend this location at all because of this behavior and encounter we had with her. I hope no one has to go through what we we went through. She is not professional at all and if allowing someone like this to work with customers, this shouldn't be tolerated. I will try the one on odgen hoping for a better experience.
At this facility, I store my heavy work equipment & frequently encounter LaQuisha. Shes always very helpful with maintaining her professionalism.

No one is there to ever answer the phone, I’ve been calling for the past week to tell them I needed a key replacement I keep getting sent to voicemail but no call backs. Also I went up there & no one was in the office but they close at 5pm? This will be my first & last time using this storage it’s too much!
The automatic door doesn't really work very well with the phone. I always have problems opening the entrance or exit.

Im here again to update some information on january 27.2023
Thiefs broke into this place and tampered many locks . And all because they dont have enough cameras on every aisle..a lot of my stuff dissapeared and the reason im frustrared is cause this place is not secure at all .every memeber pay $15 for insurance and once this kind of situation happen they want you to make police report ,they want you to call the insurance ,they dont help you at all .they just want secure their money but not your belonggings.
If thiefts did it once .they will do it again ..bye forever public storage..
I hope they closed this place soon..👎👎👎👎👎👎👎This place deserves 0000000 stars.
