So I went into this location to reserve a unit that was listed as available online, Got there and it book…Whole place booked. And boy was I mad. But after talking with the manager or owner there idk, she actually helped my situation and recommended and public store not far from this one. No one is there to ever answer the phone, I’ve been calling for the past week to tell them I needed a key replacement I keep getting sent to voicemail but no call backs. Also I went up there & no one was in the office but they close at 5pm? This will be my first & last time using this storage it’s too much!
The automatic door doesn't really work very well with the phone. I always have problems opening the entrance or exit.
The customer service I received from Patricia was the best I ever had. She was patient with me. She explained everything for me. Really professional. I will be sending everyone I know to her.

Im here again to update some information on january 27.2023 Thiefs broke into this place and tampered many locks . And all because they dont have enough cameras on every aisle..a lot of my stuff dissapeared and the reason im frustrared is cause this place is not secure at all .every memeber pay $15 for insurance and once this kind of situation happen they want you to make police report ,they want you to call the insurance ,they dont help you at all .they just want secure their money but not your belonggings. If thiefts did it once .they will do it again ..bye forever public storage.. I hope they closed this place soon..👎👎👎👎👎👎👎This place deserves 0000000 stars.

Lots of hidden fees. The $1 first month seems great deal but after admission, insurance, locker, all are mandatory, what you need to pay is almost equivalent to the monthly payments. And they will remind you for the payment only 5 days before. That's you last warning, and charge late fee immediately if you past the due date for $20 ridiculously high and ripoff customer whatever they can. Not to mention the weather here is cold, the access keypad froze after the rain. I went into office ask for assistance and the counter lady is such impatient even mad at me.

I was shopping around looking for a storage when i went to several public storage locations but when i walked in this location i met paty property manager and loved her customer service i would spend 40 more in storage because of her positiveness and her professional matter made me comfortable to store at this location regardless of the price difference

I pay on my storage unit at this facility because it's closer to my home than my actual storage site (great managers on that site also). I have had the privilege of meeting at least four of the managers on this site, and they are very nice. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Elaine. She greeted my husband and I with a big smile and wanted to know what could she do to help us today. I requested information regarding a unit on her site for a relative. She was very informative and knowledgeable of the various units, prices and availability. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. We informed her that after all the boxes were packed and ready to be stored, we would return to obtain the unit. Throughout the entire conversation, Elaine was very professional, courteous and maintained a very pleasant demeanor throughout the entire conversation. Job well done!!
I was at the store the other day with my mom she was making a payment and it was at closing time when we met Elaine who was so helpful and she don't even mind that it was closing time she's fantastic!!!! I'm going to college soon and I'll definitely be coming back to store my belongs at this public storage Elaine was GREAT!!!!!. :)
