North Miami Storage Units On Highway 1
Public Storage in North Miami just off of Biscayne Boulevard north of 114th Street is the place to go for cheap self storage units in the area.
All units at this facility are indoor, climate-controlled storage units ranging from small to large. The rental office is open 7 days a week and a manager lives on site at the property.
Two miles south on Biscayne Boulevard or 16th Avenue from Johnson & Wales University's North Miami campus, students who are enjoying campus life can use a 5x5 unit to store a few extra boxes of books and personal belongings to open things up in a dorm room or apartment.
Members at nearby Miami Shores Country Club can use a 10x10 unit to store golf clubs and clear out boxes from the garage, while residents in the bayfront homes off of Canal Drive can use a 10x20 unit to store furniture, boating gear, surfboards, paddleboards and more throughout the year.

Great storage facility with a very helpful staff. I have been a loyal client for years. Special thanks to Kriistal and the on-site manager Shanice who always goes above and beyond.
Please be careful at this location. All of our belongings were cleaned out of one of our units. We filed a police report and the worse part is we cannot get anyone from management or upper management to contact us. I will leave it at that for now in hopes that Upper Management contacts me. I will update accordingly and share our chilling story if necessary.

It is easy to access the facility with an app. It's clean and secure with convenient loading space. But the best was a friendly service in the office. Nickolas was accommodating, and when I realized I needed a different size of the unit, I was able to do it fast and efficiently thanks to his help.
I felt that I needed to give a five star review for the public storage on Biscayne Boulevard at 11501 Secret, Shanice,charlane were also very helpful. I showed up to my facility as I’m an auction buyer to pick up my unit that I won and these young ladies were super helpful and one of the girls even left her property to come and assist me because I had waited two hours since 10 AM for someone to show up to the property and no one was there. I truly appreciate all your effort ladies it’s much appreciated. Thank you for making a horrible situation into a really good experience. if I ever had to get a storage unit down here, I would definitely go to this one.

I’m here during office hours and the place is locked, closed. I can’t access my storage space bc the gate won’t open. I call the number no one answers. Then I call corporate and it’s just a bunch of robot prompts that don’t connect you to a representative.
Shanice and Fab were really helpful, they walked me through the bill and helped me get everything set up with confidence.

I had a horrible experience with this company I had passed by to potentially rent a few storages that I needed to store my late grandmothers belongings from her house. The customer service was beyond horrific, I believe the "lady” that I had spoke with was named Secret, she was impatient,rude, and made me feel like every question I asked was irrelevant and the whole energy I felt was very unwelcoming, I immediately left after our dispute. In conclusion I hope the company realizes the staff they have and either retrains them or just hire new polite employees.

Why lock the carts and bathrooms for your two hour office meeting?
Do not rent here you will experience terrible customer service. I have been standing outside for 20 min and no one is here. I’ve called 5 times and no one helps they just make excuses and no one can locate the person who is supposed to be here. Miami has tons of storage places do waste your time or money here

When I arrived to make any payment Shanice was very very helpful and explained everything to me nicely. The area was also very neat and maintained.

She is the prime example of professionalism. She is very knowledgeable about her job. She is patient with the customers and you will not leave here confused about the rental prices and spaces.
