My Husband and I came in on Memorial Day to inquire about a storage unit, Shannon at the front desk assisted us and was very helpful and knowlegeable, we explain what we wanted to use the storage for and she recommended the right size. She gave us a tour of a few units and she got us in the right Unit the same day. She also recommended supplies we would need for the items we had to storage. Rique, Rose, Ashley are beyond helpful with extremely high integrity! I accidentally left my purse with important valuables inside on top of a fire extinguisher. They stayed after hours to search the cameras and help me recover the bag. Amazing testament to how safe and secure this location is!

The moving experience varies from person to person. Everything may run smoothly, as far as packing, relocating, and settling into your new home is concerned. But sometimes the process of moving is sort of lousy. Unfortunately, a big part of that involves the different people one may encounter; whether it be the landlord who called it quits or the high-priced movers who fail to handle your personal property as carefully as you want; one or more people can make the difference in the overall outcome of how a person will recall their memorable moving experience. Well, in my moving experience, it was just one person. Her name is Tina and she works at The Public Storage located at 250 Northeast 135th Street in North Miami, Florida. Upon meeting Tina, my first impression of her was that she is very intelligent. She possesses a strong, authoritative demeanor; while simultaneously being a very friendly person who was attentive to my urgent needs. She is the complete package. Tina was very welcoming to me and there was no doubt that she wanted to make me feel as comfortable as possible, while at the same time paying attention to my immediate requests. I was only there to store some of my personal belongings while I moved into my new home. What she did was make sure I was confident everything I brought to Public Storage would be safe and secure. In addition to her exceptional professionalism and warm hearted nature, Tina provided me with careful instructions on how the entire process of keeping my belongings would work. She provided me with assistance every step of the way, so that I had no doubt choosing Public Storage would be the best option for me. Tina, in my opinion, had a very unique talent, in which she was able to help me alleviate all the stress I had built up about moving. I never would have thought I’d meet a person with her skill set and overall kindness at Public Storage. If Tina is the model representative of the type of individuals Public Storage employs, I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to store their personal items and belongings. Omggggg! The best storage place ever! Tina goes above and beyond in customer service! I was lost, and I went to the office. Tina walked me all the way to my unit, and was a wonderful person the entire time. I've had a few storage units, and this by far is the best all around. Clean and organized as well!
