Edit 2024: I am so sad I have to change from 5 star to 2. The staff are still lovely- when you actually see them. I imagine this is cost cutting from the company. I have seen multiple fire extinguishers broken on three visits (I visit every 6-8 months!) I am also seeing reviews on infestations. My unit is ok but instead of fixing the problem they e-mailed me an offer for infestation insurance. Also, I mentioned your workers are lovely- they have never complained but you can tell they are overworked. Not ok. Previous Review when the unit was brand new, this was 5 stars: The location is new very nice. I was attended by Ysabel and she was wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The storage unit is clean and safe. My only concern is during non-office hours you have to wait for a dolly because most are locked. The parking lot gets full fast & is tricky to navigate but that may be because it is a new place and people are all moving in.

I was hesitant to come to rent a storage but I was pleasantly surprised with this location. I was helped by Nicole. She did an amazing job at giving me all the info in detail. She is friendly and courteous. Knows how to provide excellent customer service which is very rare nowadays days. She is definitely an employee that should be valued and appreciated. If I had a business, I would be proud to have her represent my business.
