Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 300 NW 36th St, Miami, FL

Wow ! I am extremely satisfied with my service today! First I walked into an all women staff, which was so wonderful. Immediately I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude by Ms. Djoulie. Ms. Janette assisted me with the tour of the facility and how to use the elevators. Her bilingual skills allowed her to not only assist me but guest that were waiting as well. Ms. Marvina and Ms Osi were just perfectly placed to answer any other questions I had about storage. 10 out of 10 this storage.

Amazing service and their storage spaces are ginormous!! Ther persons name that helped me out was Manny and I would definitely recommend him for any service!! Any of the front desk people are amazing to work with!!

I rented unit from public storage at 300 nw 36th st, Jannette helped me out, everything was quick and smooth.

The staff was extremely helpful in a stressful moving process. Osiris and Janette were superstars helping out not just me but everyone in a timely manner.

Warning: There is a strong possibility that employees or their cohorts are breaking into the storage units and stealing peoples stuff. Do your due Diligence and check with the local PD who state there have been over 14 break-ins in this storage facility just in the last 6 months alone. This and the lack of empathy shown by the employees has to raise the suspicion level that there is a possibility of a wide spread inside steaking. You are taking a big risk. The only way to send a message to the owners is to NOT use this location until proactive measures are taken IE cameras and security. The lack of proper security measures leaves a lot to the imagination. DO NOT USE

The owners of this space are nasty and rude. I will never rent another space from them again.

Excellent experience at this storage. It was my first time and I really recommended the place. Good customer service , super clean , at the day I moved out the stuff I didn’t have time to come back to give the keys and I called and they told me to come the very next morning. Alex called me the next morning to remind me to dropped off the keys. I was very grateful because we all the pending during the moving process I almost forgot to come. Thanks so much Mr. Alex for all the help today :-).

I'm typically reluctant to leave negative reviews, as it's really not in my nature. However, my recent experience at the public storage facility in Wynwood left much to be desired. Due to my work commitments, which keep me an hour away, I've been trying to cancel my storage unit for the past two months. When I finally managed to visit the facility, I arrived at the gate at 5:45 PM. Unfortunately, because my account was past due, the gate wouldn't open. Despite repeated attempts to call the office for assistance, no one answered. After making a payment at 5:59 PM, I was able to enter the code and access the facility. As I parked, I approached two employees nearby and asked if they worked there. They ignored me and continued walking. I followed and inquired again, but one employee quickly got into her car, and the other shouted from across the parking lot. I explained that I had been trying to reach someone because I couldn't get in and that I was there to return my keys and cancel my unit—a unit I had already cleared two months prior. After multiple phone assurances that I needed to be present to cancel in person, I was frustrated to learn upon my arrival that I could have simply left the locker key in the unit. Moreover, I was told that the lock was mine to keep, even though it was provided by Public Storage. Having worked in customer service for over 12 years, I would never treat a customer with such disregard. It was particularly disheartening to be ignored, especially since it was just a minute past their closing time at 6:01 PM. Given these circumstances, I would appreciate being contacted by the manager of the facility to discuss this matter further. Thank you.

The ladies here are so professional and very patient. I've been at the office a couple of times where they've been dealing with some very difficult customers and their professionalism never changed. They're very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!!!

🐀 Recently, I faced an unexpected challenge with my storage unit - the presence of a mouse. Understanding that such pests can occasionally be an issue, I took the initiative to purchase a mousetrap. Unfortunately, after successfully capturing the mouse, I was left with the unpleasant task of removing it myself, which was not only distressing due to the sight but also due to the lingering odor and the cleanup required. While the receptionists at the facility were compassionate 🫶🏻and provided me with gloves for the task, I believe there is significant room for improvement in the customer assistance protocol for such situations. It's reasonable for customers to expect some level of support from the storage facility in handling these kinds of incidents, especially when it involves health and safety concerns like pest control and cleanup. This experience has led me to suggest that the management consider revising their customer support protocol to include assistance from cleaning or maintenance staff in the event of pest-related issues within the units. Such support would not only alleviate the burden on the customers but would also complement the ongoing efforts in maintaining the common areas of the facility. The staff at this storage facility are attentive, and I appreciate their efforts to provide a solution within their current protocols. 🙏🏻However, enhancing the protocol to offer more direct assistance in these instances would significantly improve the customer experience, especially in managing unexpected and unpleasant situations like mine.

Wonderful experience dealing with Tina here at this location, she was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to offer great customer service.

Worst customer service, we purchase an auction unit but at the time to pickup, they told us the system was down. They sent us to another location to complete the sale. But the other location told us we have not paid the auctioneer. They did not want to call the auctioneer, and basically did not want to work at all. It was a waist of time, they made us go from property to property and at the end couldn't pay for the unit. Now they report us to the auctioneer as being rude, and the auctioneer block our account from biding on units. If I could give a zero star I would, but they force me to put one.

Very good BUT no a/c in unit and barely any light. You can not spend more than 15 minutes inside.No electric outlets in the hallways. I had to buy two huge rechargeable flashlights and 2 huge fans Again rechargeable in order to sort out my boxes.Big issue. I am looping to change.

Came to do some business on 02/23/2024 at 3pm and the 3 women inside they were rude and with an attitude they don’t want to help or do their work . All they said was Systems are down and go to 22 and Biscayne Boulevard and those ladies on that location as well they were rude they didn’t want to do their work as well and giving attitude. This is unprofessional

Very secure. Air conditioned units. Elevator is a bit annoying to use.

Mice, mice, mice, mice , mice. Within a week of renting my storage unit was over run with mice. The insurance company kept giving me the run around and I was never paid for my damaged items.

Top notch. Fast, bright staff, especially Tina. I asked about the 5'×5' locker size. (Approximately $75 total monthly. ) She was able to answer all my english questions, in between servicing 2 other spanish speaking customers, without missing a beat. And this was 10 minutes before closing! We came back Monday and rented a unit. Again, 10 minutes before closing, and the other taller gal was just as unflappable. Even when she began getting flashes of severe headaches, yet she stayed with the sale until 10 minutes after the office closed. Just as capable as Tina, she answered all our tense, convoluted questions. We shopped around for 5 days, and also at the other adjacent 2 storage companies (Safeguard and Extra Space) on 36th St . We also checked your 2336 Biscayne (rude staff), plus your 11501 Biscayne (informative & helpful gal) locations. Both of those had their doors locked even though we were there ALSO at 15 minutes before closing. I'm very pleased with 300 NW 36th St . Please reward those two gals who work there.

I was very satisfied with Tina at Public Storage in Miami. She was helpful and friendly, and she made everything easy and clear for me. She helped me choose the best storage unit for my situation and gave me some advice on how to store and arrange my stuff. She was professional and kind throughout the process. I have moved out already but I will be back in the future if I need more storage space. I highly recommend Tina and Public Storage to anyone who needs a trustworthy and reasonable storage solution.

I’ve been renting with PS for 7 years now and have never met a better duo staff than Jannett and TY in Miami. Those two lovely ladies helped me not only upgrade my unit size but pay less than I was before. And they got me into my new unit in less than 20 minutes! No reservation, so easy! Love them! They deserve a raise! Thanks for the help girls!
