Public storage as it should be, very nice and clean. Ashley is great, she helped me choose the right storage that I needed and was very communicative and explained everything I needed to know.

I made a reservation online for a storage unit at this facility because I found the exact size unit I wanted for a very reasonable price. But I didn’t complete the reservation because I wanted to see the actual unit before paying for the lease. I went to this storage location on Thursday around 3 p.m., but there was nobody at the Rental Office; even though their posted office hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. I waited about 15 minutes, but nobody showed up. I called the phone number too, but nobody answered. Luckily, I noticed a cleaning lady working outside near the parking lot and asked her if anyone was at the office. Her English wasn’t perfect, but she told me that people are never at the Rental Office. Meanwhile, this company has been calling me nonstop - 2 to 3 times a day for the past few days - pushing me to pay and complete the reservation. What a scam! By the way, just a few days earlier, I had already had another incident with their office on Biscayne Blvd in Midtown Miami. In the middle of the day the front door was closed. There was a woman inside the office; I knocked, she saw me, but instead of coming to the door to ask what I needed, she simply waved me off and ignored me afterward. This company is trashy,with lazy staff who clearly don’t want to work. Now I definitely have zero interest in using their storage space. And I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them!

Cancelled my space rental and moved to another storage location and out of the public storage brand within 2 weeks. The property manager is never there. In one week I went to the site during office working hours in three occasions and the office was always empty and locked. The code access doesn’t work 100%. Sometimes you need multiple trials. On top outer doors are dragging on the floor and very often left open, which compromises the security. On the street by the property there is a truck shop and very often the way is blocked by some random truck left in the middle of the street. They made some extra as I was not able to return the lock (office always closed) which they force into the price with some other stuff but they absolutely lost the customer.

We were looking at options in the area to change storage units and we waited about 8-10 minutes while the representative today was on a personal call (laughing) in her cell phone while we waited for the door to be unlocked. She then unlocked and we asked to please see a unit and she proceeded to make another personal call and have the person on speaker. She then took us up to the floor and we walked around following her while she is on the phone and cannot find the unit to show us stating it was a new facility and units might be “missing”. It was obvious she was distracted by her personal phone call and my wife found the unit herself once we asked her for the number. She then said she couldn’t open it because someone was renting it and then said she would open it. That was the last of our patience and frankly didn’t feel safe knowing an employee would be willing to open someone else’s unit. Oh yea and there was a homeless person who just walked into the building since the doors were open. The security or lack there of was concerning. No gate for the parking lot like a lot of other storage units have nearby which provide more security. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. Has potential but needs better staffing/customer service. I wouldn’t waste my time.

She truly was an angel and made coming here absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend this place for its high security, good availability, and accommodative and kind staff.

Today, my wife and I toured Miami to find a storage unit with a good quality-price ratio. After visiting four different places, we came across this one, which is clean and new, unlike other places where there were cockroaches. However, what really made us choose this unit without hesitation was Max the manager , who is professional, charming, and truly welcoming a quality that's rare to find these days.
