Needed extra storage and this facility is convenient and centrally located. I reserved online and had an issue with completing my registration. Upon arrival Netta greeted me and right away she assisted me and made the process so easy. In less than 5 minutes she had me set and moving my belongings in. Even though they closed at 6, the staff stayed an extra hour just to help me finish unloading my truck and get everything into my unit. Today, my wife and I toured Miami to find a storage unit with a good quality-price ratio. After visiting four different places, we came across this one, which is clean and new, unlike other places where there were cockroaches.
