I came to this storage unit because another public storage wasn't manned. she closed her public storage and drove to the public storage to help me and others who had been waiting for hours. I would rent from her all the time whenever I need a storage. Irene is the best at what she does and she does a great job!!

I wanted to leave a review specifically for Eileen the store manager, as she turned my whole experience around after being really upset on how some things transpired. I was laid off twice this year and was having some financial difficulties because of it which caused me to fall behind on a lot of things including my storage unit. I called in freaking out because of this and explained my situation to an employee, who’s name I will leave out, and she assured me that they would make note of what was going on, a lien fee would be assessed but as soon as I paid that I would be okay. I felt better, but had 100 other things that were on my mind other than my storage unit. I paid when I was able too, and assumed I was caught up and everything was okay. Come to find out per the terms of my contract they had cut off my lock. I was shocked when I received and email telling me to secure my space! I didn’t know what was going on, called back in and to my surprise that was a term of the agreement. I was furious to say the least, as the belongings in my unit are those of my late mother. I called in and spoke to Eileen and basically went off on her about this matter, told her I wanted to move out asap, and said I would never do business with public storage again. She reached out to her district manager and went above and beyond to make arrangements for me to move out, including giving me a temporary lock with my own key, and a full extra day to remove my belongings. She also allowed me to throw away a few things at no charge, and let me know that in the future if I would have been able to get in contact with her, they would have had other solutions to help me with the financial difficulty I was facing. If it were not for the graciousness of Eileen, I would be writing a very angry review and would not have given 4 stars, but thankfully she knew how to deliver an effortless customer experience and I deeply thank her for her assistance. It’s people like her that are understanding during these difficult times that really make the difference. To the employee that lied to me, gave me false information, and didn’t forward me to Eileen for help sooner, I wish you the best in your career but customer service is not your strong point at all. You ruined my experience and stressed me out so much in a very stressful time. If you need storage, contact Eileen! She’s got your back. Thank you!

I had no problem getting the answers I needed and the walk throughs I needed since I wasn’t able to decided on what storage I needed but Regina made sure to leave me satisfied with a storage with enough space for all my things and with a good deal! This storage place has been very nice and understanding. They have a lot to deal with in the location, so just FYI-if you need a cart, you have to request one during business hours.

We had our unit broken in to and stole tires and other important items. We came to the storage to get some stuff .got there our unit had a different lock on it then what we had put on . Had a public storage lock on it . Told the workers just said they didn’t know who changed the lock and had know idea. And couldn’t open it for us and didn’t have the keys. So they had us call a locksmith to open it for $180 .Told us just to do a inventory and do a insurance claim and do a police report. So someone had broken our lock off stole our belongings and put a public storage lock on it . Thought this was a good place to store our personal belongings. It was even indoors. Worst of all they wouldn’t look at the security cameras footage.

We had viewed other properties before deciding to go with Public Storage. The property manager is very friendly and extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were aware of everything. The place is very clean and well kept. Not like some of the other places we toured. We are happy with out unit and it is close to our home.

We were looking for a storage unit to hold our business materials. We toured multiple places but we liked this one the most. It was accessible for us. We could access it easily off of the 51st avenue exit, it was clean, the property manager was amazing. We are happy with our choice!

We needed help switching our unit to another better option for us and our items. The property manager helped us do that with ease. The price was great and reasonable. We liked the area it was in and the property was very well kept. The climate controlled unit we are renting was on the second floor but it had a great elevator that would lift our items to the top floor in order for us to have easy access to our items rather than taking them up the staircase. Overall, we liked the price and how accessible this storage is from I10 and our home as well.

Eileen was very helpful with assisting me with my lock cut. She communicated very well. Great customer service work and a joy to be around!

The lady in the office is super nice but the area this storage is in is horrible! If your looking for a good ol fashioned murder or a down home rapin then this is for you. But if you are not, YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

This business used to be bargain storage. The new managers name is Ally, she speaks very bossy. She connivingly evicted couple tenants with only days notice near the end of month. Many people lost their belonging or couldn't pay her $250 random. I am filing complaint with the BBB seeking resolution.

This place was better when it was bargain storage. The manager (Ally) at this location picks/chooses who she is cordial with.My experiences with her found her to be unforthcoming and sneaky. She doesn't return calls until end of billing cycle then suddenly she claims just seen message..I have my own transport. She is forcing me to rent a moving van to move all my belongings same time but my bill is paid up for this month. Ally also got her district manager (Tom) to side with her and do her dirty works.Tom is worse.

Very poorly ran, liars

This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with I have called and left messages with corporate 3 times regarding fees that I should have never been charged because I was lied to by an employee when I first opened my account still have not received a response back I guess the place was bought out by a different company and nobody is on the same page nobody knows what they're talking about I've been told different things by every single person that I've spoken to it's an absolute joke of a business I'd appreciate it if somebody from corporate could call me back to discuss these fees

I received a called from Ally she is a great person some how i forgot to put my lock on my unit and i went out of town. Ally right away locked my unit with one of their locks to secure it tha ks alot Ally

The office manager here is excellent! Ally made the difference here. I had an issue with a neighbor of my storage unit and when I brought it to her attention she got me into a new storage unit in a different area and was amazing when dealing with the whole situation! Was a great place until it was bought out by Public Sotrage. Rates are no longer reasonable.

Corporate greed took over this place, as soon as Public Storage took over from the prior owner which wasn’t that long ago there has already been 2 substantial rate increases. Also have seen on multiple occasions homeless people roaming around the premises (probably up to no good). Shop around, this place is getting out of hand.

This property was purchased from a different storage company a few months ago and completely went downhill. There is never a manager on site anymore, despite trying different days and different times of day. Was physically threatened by vagrants on the property multiple times and reported the issues to management, with not even a phone call back from them. I have left seven voicemails in the last two weeks attempting to close out my storage unit and have never received a phone call back. When someone finally called me today, they attempted to charge me for the month of March (due to their inability to call me back), despite the fact I have been cleared out and trying to close my account since the end of February. The woman actually hung up on me when I disputed the fact that I shouldn’t have to pay for March. I will follow up with the BBB this afternoon. I do not recommend public storage to anyone, ever.

Was super disappointed when I saw that bargain storage was bought out. Was even more annoyed when public storage upped my rent by nearly $30 a month later. I've had this unit for years. Yall just gave me a reason to clean out my storage unit asap so enjoy my money while u can.

Since it's become Public Storage im worried my unit has been auctioned off! I was never notified of this change! How can they do this? Is this even legal? Phoenix Bargain Storage has been amazing. Their prices are competitive and the units are secure and well maintained. The office manager, Brittany, has been a pleasure to work with and she has went above and beyond to help me with payment arrangements on multiple occasions. It really seems like she cares about her customers and I appreciate her so much! I have been storing with them for about 2 years and I don't believe I would still be there if it wasn't for her exceptional customer service and care.

It has been years since I rented a storage, but choosing Phoenix Bargain Storage (a company I’m not familiar with) I had my doubts. That all changed once I stepped on the property to finalize my storage (renting and paying for storage was done online). The front staff she was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The facility was very clean and well kept. I am very glad I choose PBS, I even referred a friend who is using another storage facility, based on her monthly rate PBS would be a better storage place for her, and everyone else.

What a great find. They are very friendly and just like the name suggests their rates are very reasonable. Oftentimes when you think of a "bargain" storage you expect a run down place. But that is not the case here. With air conditioned units this place is a great option for your storage needs!

I have been a customer for about 4 months now I have rented several storage units before being self-employed and I have not experienced better customer service then this one the manager is one of the friendliest people although Strictly Business also in a great sense she's very fair she's very kind always greeting with a hello she works very hard and making sure everyone is pleased. She holds a great deal of pride in her job which makes her work impeccable. I own my own buisness and would definetly hire her for any postion conccerning customer service in the management aspect. I truly recommend anyone renting from this place. Sincerly melinda Berrigan. Wow I am Melinda Berrigan and I definitely did not write this review and would have never said this about this storage. I have been in Canada now for 26 months fighting cancer. Let me say what I would have said this was the worst storage room I have ever rented. The lady manager was very rude and felt like she was better than everyone. She was never in the office which was always locked. Which would not be a problem except you would have to go through her to use a restroom and to make matters worse you had to supply your own toilet paper. If you were in your storage working on anything she would come in your storage and ask you how long you were going to be there and what was I doing. Very strange. When I first moved my storage to there the lady was really nice and I referred 6 other people there in 1 week because the storage we were in was going from 9 pm yo 5 pm and several people found it inconvenient including my self.. I was promised a months rent for every referral I brought there. And for every storage they rented was a month rent . After bringing 6 people in 1 week and 1 gentlemen rented 3 units and another rented 2 so 9 months of rent was to be paid. The mgr left but stated to me that I would still get my referrals credits. Absolutely not one referral fee paid. It was a nitemare. I could go on and on. I truly believe the mgr was doing very scandoulas doings. Some people would get same storage and charged double and if you complained about anything she would write you up and tell you you have 24 hours to vacate. I watched alot of shady things go on in that storage. Very untrustworthy worthy.

I enjoyed the experience of renting a storage from this facility. I believe theyoung ladies name is Drayton. I found her to be thorough and fast, she made the experience very quick and painless. I don't like a lot of my time taken with tours and things because units everywhere are all pretty much similiar What makes this place stand out is being greeted with a smile the best move in special in the area and to provide the customer with a free lock and one of the best they make is the icing on the cake. I was referred from a customer you already have and word of mouth is still the best advertising you can get for free. Anyway thanks again I feel like the least I can do is this spread the word. I'm happy with the the unit I chose.

Our experience at the location off of 51st ave has been very pleasant. It is well lit, has security cameras, an elevator and very professional and attentive staff. We haven't had any problems with any critters of any sort. It is very clean. It is very reasonable in cost We've been renting for about a year. No rate changes so far. I would recommend renting here.

My husband was in a hurry one time and forgot to close out storage unit because we were leaving out of town and the Manager Brittany called me to let us know and that she looked threw the video and that the last person there was my husband. So luckily nothing was taken. And she locked our unit up. I really appreciate that because she went out of her way and as a business owner if someone would of stole the stuff in there I would of been out of thousand of dollars of equipment.

Great storing for a change

I would like all would be customers to know this is by far the best managed business I've delt with in 20 years .the staff are truly amazing.If there's any way you can choose this specific facility, do so .you will have the kindest, most understanding, professionals in the industry .im no longer a customer but I will be as soon as I can come up w an excuse to do so . Brittany is one of my favorite people on the planet .she could single handedly change the whole industries reputation .Everyone in customerservise should spend a week training with her regardless of business type . Sold! Phoenix Bargain Storage has amazing deals and rates that I couldn't pass up. I was looking at quite a few other competitors, but after speaking with Thomas on Saturday I was sold. He was thorough and polite in walking me through all of the options and deals, and I would have gone elsewhere if not for his professional persistence. I rented out a unit immediately!

Nice place. Recieved 2 months free for the unit I rented. Property is clean inside and out. The woman who assisted me was very nice, friendly and comfortable. Walked me directly to the unit with a courtesy lock.

Very quick no hassle process. Very friendly . let me know upfront .The one I picked was upstairs .Which Wouldnt work for me so .found me the perfect space for me. I apreiciate that. Others would have just let me go. Id been haulling beds and dressers up stairs by my self .. $torage area very clean looks new. Thank you

I love this place .just rented my unit 3 days ago , couldnt be happier.The most plesant experience Ive had spending money In a long time .now a word on a member of the staff .Thomas , this young man was outstanding! I arrived about 30 min before closing , was not rushed or made to feel like I was keeping g him overtime . Very friendly and informative, the facility was clean and easy to approach, nice wide egress . I will recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to get a storage unit. I have used storage facilities for more than 25 years and was pleased to find this one , loved to cost too.

I contacted Bargain storage told them my needs and they found a way to accommodate my needs. Which was awesome.. Then Brittany took great care of the rest for me.. Made it real easy .. Very happy ..

I highly recommend this place to anyone. Mike the manager is a very kind and helpful person. Does a great job in managing the place. Office hrs are good not to mention access to your storage is great 5am-10pm daily. Also a very clean place and well kept up.

This place is a REALLY good storage unit! the manager is a really cool dude, always there when you need his help or to answer your questions, If you're looking for a place to store your items, even if it's far (definitely worth the drive!!!!), This IS the place to do it. Good pricing and very hospitable.

The manager of this place ROCKS!! He zooms around on his little golf cart to see who needs help or if anyone has questions, he lives on site so he's here 24/7, the pricing here is VERY good, nice and cheap! So if any of you are looking for a storage unit don't be afraid to drop by and check the units here out, he has all the answers and doesn't mind helping you find the perfect one! So don't be shy! I needed long-term covered storage for my car, and was looking at the more well-known companies that come up on the internet searches. Nothing seemed reasonable. Then, by chance, found an ad by Michael, the manager of this location, on craigslist. Called him, and he offered me a great deal. He is a genuinely helpful person, and went out of his way to accommodate my requirements. As this is not such a well-known company yet, I was expecting a small, older facility, but was I in for a surprise! Huge, clean facility with state-of-the art security and renovations. It's a hidden gem!

I've been searching for a good storage facility for months. I don't like the one I currently rent...the prices are too expensive and the customer service is non existent. Its easy enough to find good prices, but at Phoenix Bargain Storage, I found the BEST prices in Phoenix and Michael is by far the best representative I've ever dealt with. Very clean and no bugs or rats

This place is GREAT! Had been searching for hours for a storage unit when I finally called this place. I was immediately shocked by the deal I was being offered, I figured there had to be a catch. I asked of course if there was , he (Manager) said no, so I figured I better go down and see in person. I spoke with the Manager, Michael and also he is who I met with me when I arrived. The place was amazing. The deal I was promised on the phone was what I was given, NO CATCH! Not to mention the place was very clean and looks new. I even got a free lock! I highly recommend this storage place. Ask for Michael...he was GREAT! :)
