Been renting here for about 5 years now and every year the price has gone up drastically. The price has gone up $175 over the past two years, that's ridiculous. That's greed, not inflation. The office is never open, never any carts available and if you get someone to actually answer, that's a miracle. I recently changed jobs and had to wait for my direct deposit to take effect so I was late with my payment. My first time ever late. They charged me over $50 for a late fee. That's greed, plain and simple. Time to move all my stuff out. I would most certainly look elsewhere, Public Storage is not the same anymore.

My daughter goes to college and decided to store her stuff here. Her unit has been broken into 3 times. We live thousands of miles away and all we get is an email saying our unit isn’t properly locked and that they can’t lock it for you. Tried filing a police report and was told we needed to be present to file a report. Can’t imagine there will be anything left when she starts again in August. Recommend you look somewhere else if want your stuff secured. “Unfortunately, we can’t lock your space for you. Please come to the property as soon as possible to secure your lock — and everything you’ve stored in your space.”

My storage has mice , the mice is out of control at the location 4725 N. 43rd Ave Phx,Az 85031. Stay away!!

I rented here for about six months or so. There were a lot of surface-level things that didn't bother me very much. The office was randomly closed when they were supposed to be in operating hours. There were no carts. At least not in my section. The main gate did break a couple of times causing reduced hours. The sliding door to my section was frozen shut often and had to be manually opened by the staff. Which was very problematic and it happened all the time. No contact center or any way to reach their corporate office either. The only way is by old-fashioned snail mail via their physical address on the website. One time a manager called me from their personal cell phone. Probably because there's no way to contact anyone up at the front office over the phone either. You simply had to hope someone was onsite. All that didn't make me want to cancel or relocate elsewhere. It was the staff themselves that seemed to behave improperly. Often when I came down to storage so I could organize stuff or handle business in my space. The staff would usually come down gazing into my unit. Visually inspecting and asking me if I knew about their loitering policy. Telling me to make sure that I wasn't working in the unit. This was an overreaction, because I was never doing anything wrong. It just seemed like they were either profiling me or simply hoping for the worst. After another deal came up, I got my stuff and burned rubber out of there. They were beyond annoying. I have been renting storage units off and on for almost 20 years and I never had any problems except here at this place. I would consider paying more for a better facility and management. It would be worth every penny.

Worst storage location. Have rented here and the price has just gradually gone up every month! Also if your a week behind on payment they hit you with all kinds of fees and in less then 15 days being late they’ll threaten to auction it. Other storage units won’t goto auction for over 30 days or three months! This place does not help their customers which is sad. If my vehicle didn’t go down I’d be moving to a different storage unit.

They did amazing job when I couldn't go to my office they helped me make my payment and it was clean and nice thank yall

As a parent I want a place that knows how to take care of your children when they are away at college. The management at this unit are professional, kind, and dependable. They went above and beyond to take care of my daughter, they will have my business for years to come!

Ilene and Daniel are friendly, Everytime I go to office I am greated with a smile. Public storage has great rental prices and storage spaces are nice and cool.

They need trash bins and a bathroom for $101 for a 5×5 which I am paying.

Rented a unit here for a month and when removing my items they were completely covered of RAT PISS AND POOP! I told management about it and she tried to keep me quiet when other customers were present.. end of it I threw everything away and never got the insurance claim they provided.. DO NOT RENT HERE
