The staff here is awesome, but the upper management has some things to learn from these guys!
They tell me I'm not allowed on any public storage properties, for something my ex girlfriends son did!! Supposedly he robbed units, now mind you he's never been charged, and neither have I!! I wonder why that is cause it never happened, they just don't like the fact that unlike other people's units they want and give them 1 day to out of 2 units that I can do it every time!! Duh that's what I do for a living! You will never be able to keep my stuff so give it a rest!! And FYI I'll see you in court very soon my lawyers drawing up the paperwork after the New Year, and one more thing we can be in court as long as u want, cuz unlike other people my sister is law is an amazing lawyer so no cost to me!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!! SEE YOU'LL REAL SOON, And I am suing for defamation of character false charges, and pain and suffering!!!

Nice facility but horrible experience with the representative working that day. Initial interaction was silence, unwilling to assist, unwilling to offer alternatives, borderline offensive and blatantly dismissive. I've never experienced this level of rudeness and disrespect. If the owner reads this, you're welcome to reach out. I will share further details that may be of interest.
Got locked in storage facility with my vehicle. The bay doors to exit would not open. No posted emergency phone number for being locked inside. They do not allow 24/7 access to your unit. Hard to get ahold of a live person especially for emergency situations!

Great facility
Great Service!!
I was looking for information in regards to a new storage unit a few days ago as I am moving soon and unsure if ill need more space for my belongings. Josh answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. He showed compassion and was very understanding of my situation. I am still debating on whether I will need a unit or not but because of his willingness to help this will be my #1 choice if I do need to proceed.
Ask for Taylor best service I never give five star reviews. In this case I really had to. He was great.

Without any notice they raised my rent amount over $30 dollars
They said it’s in the contract to raise the bill whenever they want

I like them better than Uhaul storage. I pay $24 a month for a 5x10 room I think, Uhaul would of charged me $100 plus for the same room! Im good on that! Go to public storage and the store cars and IT'S for the low!💯❤️

Tbh....its pretty nice and ducked off....so sometimes you will miss it. But besides that I ordered my storage online and forgot to pick up the keys, low and behold my keys i took off the red tag and my keys was inside waiting!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ 5/5

This is the nicest storage facility I’ve ever seen! It has an air conditioned drive thru loading/unloading! You can drive your car/truck/moving truck into the building to unload your items. They also have RV Garages and Covered & Uncovered RV parking spaces with amenities for RV.
