I just wanted to call out the fantastic customer service from Regina today, At the Public Storage on El Mirage Road. Literally in and out there in a few minutes, she made everything was so easy.

Trina was very helpful and professional! Super customer service!

I recently had an issue at Public Storage, and I have to say that Darlene from the front desk went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly professional, listened to my concerns, and took care of the situation promptly. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but Darlene was a true standout. Her assistance meant a lot to me, and I couldn't be more grateful for how smoothly everything was handled. Thank you, Darlene, for making my experience at Public Storage a positive one!

Rachael and Regina are very kind and helpful.

They have great rates my only complaint and really not bad enough to drop score is that they only have 4 carts. If u go on a weekend you may have to wait for one to move your items or bring your own dolly. They should invest in some extras

Been at this Public Storage coming up on 2 years come January. Great place and always clean, I come by my unit often and always at different times on different days and I always see one of the employees Rachel going around and ensuring all areas are clean and presentable. She also is extremely helpful in assisting you with any needs managing your account.

Do not come to this place. Rates increased 2 times already this year. Darlene is wonderful but this company sucks. Run run fast

Trina and Darlene were amazing; I was considering cubesmart but their service made me go with Public Storage. They need a raise ASAP they are great!

I truly cannot say enough positive things about this location and staff. Regina went above and beyond helping me with finding and holding the best storage unit for our needs. She returned my calls promptly and didn’t get annoyed at all with all my questions. No matter how many times I PCS, it is ALWYS stressful and she made it that much less stressful for me. Our U-Pack trailer was huge and she made sure there was space for it to be dropped off so we could unload by our storage unit. She was very accommodating and explained things to me to ensure I understood (fees, prices, insurance). There are two other girls who work there Trina and I do not know the other sweet lady’s name but I do remember she is from I, I remember because I’m from Chicago and we talked about how we only miss the food lol. Regina is who tirelessly made sure I was taken care of. But seriously if your military, and PCS’d to Luke OR just moved and are looking for a place that will check all the boxes (no pun intended) this is your sign to get off google and just pick this one.

I love this facility and it's clean and we'll kept up with an air conditioned tunnel that you can load in and out on, however it's not getting five stars because they don't enforce the rules that well when it comes to the elevators because we don't want the same party using both elevators at the same time because that prevents other renters within the storage space

We haven’t seen customer service this great anywhere here until now. It reminded us of our visit to Japan where they have a strong customer mindset. We were greeted at the front door by Kim immediately upon our arrival. She was very cheery and helpful. She showed us the unit sizes and even hung around to make sure we didn’t get lost on our way back down to the exit. Can’t say enough about the staff, A+ all around thank you. Edit: Still five stars for the staff, but don’t rent here because the national headquarters will double your rates in short order. We had to leave within six months and find somewhere that wasn’t going to bait and switch on us.

Easiest rental ever. Signed up online, got texted Info to get in storage. Received a call from site manager Regina as a welcome. Ended up needing a second unit, booked online but made an error. Regina fixed it and found me a better unit in seconds and switched me over. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a moving situation.

Rented a storage locker yesterday from Darlene. She was awesome, great, fantastic and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. She deserves a raise and employee of the month recognition. You need to hire more employees like her.

I’m not one to give a review but we had to let Darlene know how amazing she is. She went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for and also making sure we received the price that fit our budget. Her professionalism and fun nature made looking for storage really enjoyable as silly as that sounds. It also helped that she’s a 49er Fan #ninerempire 😜! I went to the Public Storage on El Mirage road and camelback road on Saturday, August 12, and no one was there but the hours said they were open. There was no sign of any kind. I needed a flat bed and was unable to utilize what I pay for. This makes me concerned about this facility.

Gate is having issues almost everytime I come here I can’t drive in to get my stuff… and they want too raise the rents when they have been having issues with the the gate…the nerve on some people. Called four 5 times already and it’s still not fixed

Like this place because it's super close and convenient, but the door to the bay is always broken. Plus my rent doubled and I'm not sure why considering ojebofbthe ladies told me it was cheaper to be on a higher level. I'm paying just as much now as my bf who is on the first floor

Kim W has been a complete delight. I called a day before my move in with tons of questions and Kim returned my call and answered my questions. I was still worried so i stopped in and she remembered me assured me she would be there the next day. My move in day she helped me move to a bigger unit walked me over to it and got me some carts 10/10 service. Love Kim she's best give her a raise!!!

EDIT 4/11/2023: I just received a COLLECTION NOTICE for this issue! I'm on hold attempting to clear it up; but I should have never received it. I am in the process of looking for a home, and this could be the deciding factor (my credit is shaky, at best) on whether I qualify or not. I AM LIVID that I was mislead to believe this situation was resolved. Make sure you keep all documents when dealing with these people because they don't keep good records at all. AND THEN- the COLLECTION AGENCY that they sold my supposed debt to is giving me the run around. Public Storage should be ashamed of themselves for this, and they really need to look into the record keeping system. EDIT 2/6: I received my money!! Robert (District Manager)personally called me to explain that this was his mistake (I LOVE ACCOUNTABILITY); and that he had approved the refund (it's true, my money is there!). I really appreciated his willingness to reach out to me directly instead of sending an email. Again- this was MY ONLY ISSUE with Public Storage; and I (now) would absolutely recommend going to them for your storage needs. Kim's definitely got you! _______________________________________________________________ I went to rent a storage unit in January (January 25th to be exact). Let me say the SERVICE I received was impeccable! Kim is the GOAT! Now- to the meat of my issue... I canceled the storage on the morning of January 27th. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND. My sister-in-law decided to go in a different direction because, well- just because. So I didn't need the unit. After I rented the unit- I never went back. So- no move in, no lock placed, nothing. Once my SIL informed me that we wouldn't need the unit; I immediately called and cancelled it. Now- after SEVERAL calls (you have to be a maze runner to navigate the phone system to give you a person); I find out my refund can take up to EIGHT WEEKS!! It's sitting in a queue 'awaiting approval' (approval BY WHOM is a mystery). I know it's not millions of dollars, but ding dang it- I NEED MY MONEY. So BUYER BEWARE- be VERY SURE you need a unit, or else!

Prices are straight forward and if your a little confused on how much space you need, like how I was lol, they are more than willing to show you the storage spaces. All around great team, great environment, great work ethic, and just a joy to be around. Been storing here for over a month and so far it’s going really well! The property manager and all the staff I’ve talked to have all been really helpful and very kind! Can be a little busy at times going through the loading doors but everyone is pretty courteous of others. I recommend it for the price and size especially for climate control! - Pacey
