BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..NEW MANAGER WAS CONTINUING TO ASK IF THIS WAS THE SIZE I NEEDED AND IF MY PROPERTY BROKE THEIR "THIN" METAL FLOOR, I WAS LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT / COST THEY CLAIMED NO MATTER WHAT....I HAD NO CHOICE, BUT TO RENT THERE, BUT IF I CAN FIND A SIMILAR SIZE UNIT SOMEWHERE CLOSE TO ME, I WOULD MOVE IN A HEART BEAT, EVEN IF IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE RENT, JUST TO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS "PROFESSIONAL" , UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE FEMALE MANAGER, WHO SHOULD BE FIRED OR FORCED TO FIND A BETTER JOB MORE SUITED TO HER ATTITUDE, LIKE A PRISON GUARD / WARDEN. IF YOU CAN..PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION, AS I HAVE HAD SEVERAL NEW PEOPLE IN MY CONDO AREA HAVE SAME/ SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WITH THE SAME LOCATION/ MANAGER IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS OR SO......

I am happy this location actually promoted my posting a review. I had delayed in doing so, and happy I did. First and foremost, my initial impression of the company and the location was positive. Justin was incredibly helpful and made sure to take the time to make sure I picked the unit that was the right size for my particular needs. He even called me and apologized when there was further paperwork that needed to be signed. Thank you so much Justin. On another note, my follow-up experiences with this location have been quite disappointing. I was encouraged that if I had a second lock, to use it, and have it approved by the office beforehand. When I stopped at the office on the day of my move, I was greeted by a very unfriendly office manager, Susan. I already had a Public Storage sticker on my lock and simply wanted to know if this was acceptable. She informed me quite abrubtly that she didn't have time to serve me as she was going to lunch. I am quite aware of legally mandated lunch breaks. As a nurse, I value my breaks, but so rarely even get them. She was literally standing right in front of me while I had a question she could have answered in two seconds. OR she could have even more politely approached me by saying she was taking her break but would be happy to help me in 30 minutes when her lunch break was over. This would have also been acceptable. Instead, she was abrasive and rude. When I returned in 30 minutes she continued to give me attitude. When I asked her co-worker (I did not catch his name) if the lock was acceptable he said yes. Instead of correcting him for not checking my ID, or asking for it herself, she got defensive that he had not asked for my ID. This strongly makes me question if I have chosen the right location to literally store my personal valuables and the belongings I hold most dear. Had this event occurred at an earlier time I would have surely chosen a different storage unit.I have met the district manager, Larry, in person on my earlier interactions, and he seemed friendly, but I have yet to hear back from him since I placed a call to him. I am highly disappointed in the service I have received from this location and will surely have my belongings removed as soon as possible when I return to town.

Lu provided a seamless process of renting our storage unit. She thoroughly explained everything about the rental agreement with me. The location is perfect for storing our ski and camping gear to pick up on the way to the mountains from Denver. Pricing cant be beat either! Thanks!
