Tracy just set me up with a new storage unit, she was able to get me the online promo rate. She was very patient and showed me how to set up the app and how to unlock all the gates and unit from my phone. The units are climate controlled, very clean and reasonably priced.

Very pleased with the unit I rented very clean property. Tracy was extremely helpful in assisting me with the unit that fit my needs. She was able to give me a tour and look at the possible units I was looking for. Not only did she inform me that the property is app focused on entering, exiting and gaining access to my unit she walked me through the process. I was upset to lose 24/7 access at first but the new manager Tracy made the transition experience way better than I could have ever expected. She is on top of following up with you and makes sure that you get top notch quality care. She is very kind and sweet and understanding of your situation. I would totally work for Tracy. She is kind and compassionate. And I now know and understand why these places cannot have extended access because of what people do in these units. This is the cleanest nicest units in the area. Your stuff will be safe at this location. Plus they provide carts for you to help with your move in and outs. And you have top notch security. You don’t even have to buy locks. I highly recommend this location.

They have been super great to work with! My company has 2 work trucks that we needed insulated for the winter months while we can still use them and everything has been easy to set up. Im forgetting the gentleman's name now but he even measured the unit opening for us to make sure our trucks could fit. My crew has enjoyed using the app for easy in and out access and they have excellent communication! We will use them in the future!

As this is a new facility, I expected the price to be high. After shopping around for a bit, I found that the rates are very competitive to surrounding storage sites. The manager, Kelly, is great. He knows his stuff and makes the process of renting a unit very easy. I would recommend Elevate Self Storage.

I had a crazy situation happen to me, where I moved out just 3 months ago with a roommate, and 3 months later I was needing to move away to a different location due to the fact that I had to terminate my lease. Luckily, I found a place to move into 2 days later after I applied, however their earliest move in date is August 13th, and I needed to be out of this first initial place by July 28th. Fully packed up, and ready to go with such short notice. I noticed there was a storage place renting out units right next to the place I was renting at. I also noticed that they will allow you to use there box van for free at move in. I was so thankful for that, because with the lease termination, and deposits for my other new place, I was looking for any way I can to save as much money as possible, to make this move less painful financially. Kelly, was such a sweetheart and a blessing to me!!! He came out willing to help me in any way he could. He gave me all of these huge saving discounts, and on top of that, I won't even need to rent a uhaul once I'm leaving the storage unit and taking all my belongings to my new place in August. The reason why, is because Kelly agreed to charge me only 25$ per day to move all my belongings in that big box van they have available. My first use of this box van to move my stuff into the storage, would be FREE! And once I'm moving out to my new place you only pay 25$ per day!!! That's amazing. It's a lot cheaper than uhaul would have charged me for using their box van!!!!! Plus, with the major discounts he gave me on that storage unit, it became so much more affordable, and cheaper than most places would have charged me!!! Kelly, thank you so much for coming through, and helping me in any way you could, and for being so kind to me!
