We are actually relocating from another Public Storage location to this one for two main reasons closer to home and MOST important Tracy is amazing and we could tell right away she cares I hope she never leaves this location! The place is spotless it looks brand new every time we see her she has a broom in her hand or a dust pan the site we are leaving hasn’t been like this for quite some time we were very happy to find out that this site was being taken much better care of! We have been a customer of PS for at least 15 years Tracy does it right!

My first experience with storage of any kind and I don’t know what I was expecting it was more than surprised at just how clean and organized the facility was. It looks like everything is constantly updated from the aspect to the painted doors to the lights and more. The app is fantastic with easy no code access to the gate. My husband and I are currently moving our things out of our condo and preparing for a baby while we look for a house. I was stressed about finding a storage unit, preparing for a baby, and getting ready for the school year. When I first called public storage and spoke with Tracy, she instantly put my mind at ease. She answered all my questions and gave me the direct line to her building. She also reassured me to call if I had any questions and boy did I. She answered every phone call and question with excitement and an unbelievable amount of kindness. When my husband and I went to check out the storage unit, she gave us some tricks on packing and storing. She also explained every thing in great detail so we didn’t leave with any questions. When we left she assured us that we can call at any time if we need help. Every time we come back, Tracy remembers us and remember what we talked about. Tracy is one of the kindest and most welcoming people we have ever met!

In the middle of this pandemic my friend found a job here in New Jersey and moved back last month. She’s living with me for now but I couldn’t fit all of her things in my apartment and we found this Public Storage. The person there was Kathy. We were both confused and she calmed us down. We went out to look at units and different sizes and really couldn’t have figured it out ourselves. She gave us two tips that really helped. First, she said to separate the keys so we can get in the unit and she told us to put Public Storage on our phones with the gate code in case we can’t find the card she gave us. I didn’t do that at first but the next time we were there we were digging for the gate code card so as soon as we found it we both made Public Storage a Contact! LOL And we each have a key now. 😜

Great place to store your belongings, looked for storage and they really helped me out and helped me understand what storing is really about. I’d definitely recommend, facility is clean, and well kept up on.

This site is always clean, no problems with elevators and they are always on the ball with repairs. Mike Krimmel helped me with choosing my unit when he was filling in the day I came and Kathy has always been on the ball when help was needed. The manager explained everything to me, walked me around, showed me my space and it was again, spotless. I can only assume that everyone giving this facility 5 stars has never looked anywhere else. It is true that the staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I have a storage unit there and need to keep it because there are no other storage companies close to me. However, supplies are TRIPLE the prices found at U-haul, the storage unit itself was already priced higher than other companies and they just RAISED their rates over 30%. If I had a nearby alternative, I would be out of there.

I have had nothing but a great experience with the Public Storage in Marlton, NJ. Kaitlyn greeted me with a warm smile and walked me through every step of the process from showing me the unit to executing the contract. I would rent a unit at this location without any hesitation.

Had 2 units here and both leaked. The moisture is so bad that my stuff rusted within a week. The staff is friendly but they do not respond well to complaints. The gate was broken for months so they kept it open often. One time I got locked in the gate and had to climb over it to open it from the outside.

Stopped in today to inquire about getting a unit. Those two girls behind the counter never stopped smiling no matter how many customers were thrown their way. I needed a size that they didn't have but the one girl Kaitlyn offered to look locally for the one I needed. After dealing with Nicole and Kaitlyn, I don't want to rent anywhere else! I always have to sweep out my unit because a lot of leaves get washed under the garage door. I am located in a unit in the row closest to route 73. The place has had its security gate crashed into more than a couple of times, which is not Public Storage's fault, but it took forever for them to fix it each time. I hated driving by and seeing the broken gate wide open for weeks. Also, I was in a nice unit for years (I pay a year in advance) and was trying to get a discount. The only way they would agree to a discount was for me to move my entire unit to another unit. Very frustrating.

The staff here is friendly. I usually see the same 2 people and they are both nice and courteous and always helpful. I have enjoyed my experience here.

I've been renting here for about six months and the unit is very clean. I always get a reminder call so my bill is never late. It is a great place to store my stuff.

I came by to buy a few file boxes and the lady working at the office was very friendly and helpful. The file boxes were sturdy and just what I needed.

Amanda was a great help in finding me all the boxes I need. I was in a bad situation and she really helped me calm down and made sure I had everything I needed to get packed up and moved!

Amanda was great and provided great service. She helped me find a storage unit that worked for me. She went out of her way for me and even checked on me when I was out there for a long time in the heat and offered to let me cool down in the office!

I am a first time storage rental user so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. Amanda, the property manager at this location, was extremely helpful and made the entire process very straightforward an easy. She was prompt returning phone calls, friendly and pleasant to work with, and explained in detail the process. I left extremely comfortable with my decision to rent a unit.

Amanda helped us with picking out our public storage unit. SHE IS FANTASTIC! We would recommend using this location. Our unit was well maintained and we feel our belongings are safe. We did have an issue with price (we were told they would honor the online price but it wasn't going through) we called and spoke to Amanda who helped and made sure everything went through the way we discussed. We have used the unit since June and spoke with Amanda numerous times with questions and she is always very helpful.

Awesome, great customer service, was able to accommodate a unit switch last minute with no problems!!! I am always the type to forget my access code, and they are always willing and happy to rewrite me a card, even though they know I am going to forget it again :-) and since I'm forgetful those personal phone calls reminding me EVERY month that I forgot to pay is truly PRICELESS! I have a location closer to me but check pose to stay at this location because they are awesome!

I have had a storage unit at Public Storage at this location since they took over the facility from Shurguard. I currently have a 10x15 unit and I am very happy with it. Over the years I have had many other sizes of units with this facility but have continued to Stay at this location even though there are other storage companies closer to home. Let me say that there have been many managers that have come and gone but Amanda by far runs the tightest ship by keeping the bathrooms clean and the entire facility spotless. Amanda has always been very friendly and personable. I can see by the interaction that I have observed with other customers while being in the office that she is outstanding employee of the company. I look forward to many more years here and I hope that Public Storage keeps employees like Amanda and their other sites.

Our firm has been renting our storage unit for a little over a year and a half. The Evesham property is close to our office and easy to reach. It's always clean and easy to access. Our unit is in the climate-controlled building and there is never an issue getting inside the building or accessing the unit. I've had to visit alone on several occasions and always feel safe. Amanda is a pleasure to work with, always professional and polite and willing to go the extra mile (even if it means cranking open the front gate manually!!) She is an asset to your company and this property.

We have been using this Storage facility for almost two years now and have had great service. Amanda has always been friendly and helpful. There has never been a time when I came to the property that I found it messy or unkept. Since I have an outside unit I almost expected to see people's left overs from when they move stuff, but to this day I have never ran into that problem. When we go to pay the bill she always asks if there is anything else we need. I appreciate the professionalism and tidiness of the workers and the building itself.

Amanda is the manager at this location and could not be more helpful. We were moving and storing things to stage our house and then to store while we waited for our new place to be ready. We wound up with 5 units! Amanda and Chris were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We still have a unit with them and are quite pleased with the facility. It's clean and well lit. The staff makes us feel as if they are happy to serve us.

I have only been with Public Storage for a year, but I have found the employees to be helpful, friendly and willing to work out what is best for my needs and situation. The Evesham building is a safe, clean facility that is easy to access and has many sized units to choose from. I rented a 7.5' x 10' unit that was on the inside and it was perfect for my needs. The large array of various sized boxes is of great usefulness, especially when you need that last minute box. I will gladly come back to Public Storage when I need to store my belongings again. I have found Amanda to be particularly helpful and very nice when working out my rental needs! She is a really great person and a very professional employee!

I have rarely come across an individual as self motivating and positive as Amanda. I came to her hat in hand with a laundry list of issues. She smiled and rectified everyone of them. If it was not for her I am almost certain that two major projects would be dead in the water. She was kind and genuine in her efforts to help. When I and my co-worker found ourselves in 100 degree heat offloading a surprise truckload of material it was Amanda that brought us out her own ice cold bottled water so we wouldn't burn up. She made repeated checks on us outside and due to her planning and excellent sales skills I rented two units from her that day. This short description of Amanda and what she did for us is really a disservice to the reality of what took place. We were in a bind and she went above and beyond in representing her company and showing me how genuinely concerned she was in ensuring our satisfaction.
