Great place if you need to store things and just don’t have room in your house! Nice staff — very pleasant & helpful. Would have done 5 stars but - it is pricey — and wish they had some garbage receptacles. They don’t want to collect your garbage if you’re cleaning out a unit — so don’t expect dumpsters but still… no garbage cans for even small things!

I needed a climate-controlled space, and Public Storage on Burnt Tavern Rd. in Brick had a 10x15 ft unit that was right for me. The online rental was seamless and easy. Before move-in day, Kim from the local office left me a voicemail in case I had questions. I used the Public Storage app on my phone to open the gate. My space was clean and ready, and a flat cart was available to haul my belongings. Since move-in, I've returned with more things and used the website to update details such as authorized users and insurance coverage. Robert from the local office called to check if I needed anything and to answer any questions. So far, everything is fine, and I'm happy I rented space here.

Showed up this morning to a totally dark inside unit due to a downed utility line. Met one of the managers outside the unit, Kathleen, who called Chris in the manager’s office, explaining my predicament and to see if they had another unit I could transfer to without having to jump through hoops. Chris was able to find a 10x20 and gave it to me at the same cost of the 10x15. Out of pocket cost for the transfer?? $1.07 for a state tax transfer 😂 Couldn’t have been happier thanks to Kathleen and Chris at Public Storage, Burnt Tavern Rd Brick NJ woohoo!!

I had a very positive experience here over the few months I stored my stuff. The staff(Wendy)was very helpful moving in and moving out. The entire facility is updated with digital gate entry and was generally very well kept. No leaking or flooding at my unit throughout the rainy months and no vandalism noted.
Compared to other storage centers in the immediate area, I found this place to be much safer, well kept and easy to deal with. I have dealt with nightmares at other spots but overall this Public Storage was a very positive experience.

I went to another location to pay my bill. My actual storage location is under renovation. I gave 4 stars because all storage units are incredibly over-priced. Don't ever forget THAT. If you can avoid storage, do so. Various Public Storage locations vary in appearance. My interactions with the staff have always been pleasant and the women have been kind. And they do not set the exorbitant prices at all storage units, so why take it out on them?

I went to this location to find out about the size units and pricing, as I had just moved to a smaller house and don't have the room in my new home for everything. I wasn't sure what size would be best for everything that I needed to store, and didn't want to have to pay for more than what I needed. The manager over there, Liz, was PHENOMENAL!!! She told me what she had available and explained the pricing of everything, and when I still wasn't sure which size to choose, she showed me a couple empty units so I had a better idea of what to get. Although I left without purchasing a unit because I only walked in to get information, I will be coming back to this location within the week to purchase one.
