Very let down with this faculty. I won a unit at auction and ended up purchasing it for a couple months. First complaint is the amount of mice/rat activity is unreal. I know there are bait boxes but they aren’t working. 2 the snow and ice. My door was blocked and the road between all the units was a straight sheet of ice. Spoke to person working there and nothing they can do. The amount of money that place makes it’s sad that they do not make sure the place is safe. As for the doors to the units I am told they don’t clear them. Paying over $200 a month and this is what you get. Other facilities make sure the place is in great shape this Public Storage failed when it came to cleanliness and safety for customers.

Bad customer service. They never should’ve changed from cube smart. Hours were shortened and my friend got locked in (it took pd 2 hours to get them to open the gate). Terrible place, and expensive.
