A great storage facility. Worked with Dave stopping in a few times to make sure the unit would be a good fit for my items. He showed me multiple units before we decided on picking the right one. Was able to lock in a good price and quickly signed the paperwork with Dave. The facility is easy to access and drive up to the unit, and again Dave was extremely helpful with my specific requirements and numerous questions. I look forward to spending a long time doing business with this facility.

The units are all outside and get a little muggy on the inside of the unit when it rains, so that's something to consider.

I had to find a new storage unit because the one we previously had decided to raise the price to $150 for a small 5x10 unit. Found this public storage location online on Washington Ave and was able to easily book it online for same day move in. Not only is it more affordable, it was much more accessible than the one prior. Went in and spoke with Dave prior to moving my items in and he was one of the most kind people I’ve ever come across. Not only did he explain everything fully, he also answered all my questions. Definitely glad we found and moved to this location!

Gate access was not even allowed at 9pm. So the site has outdated hours and was a huge inconvenience. Also, upon entering the storage building it always smells like wet carpet for some reason. Besides that they are reliable and I haven't had problems.

I used Public Storage on Washington Ave in Neptune for over 3 years. It's a clean facility with easy access and great staff. Storage facilities can be a commodity but great people are hard to come by. Dave in particular stands out. He was always pleasant to engage with, eager to help find solutions when I needed to make changes, and reliably and calmly resolved any issues that came up. I would use this facility again.
Mobile access to the gate is a game changer. I love it.

We went to the site met him and Sam who were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They drove us around the site to check out the potential location. Dave"s customer service was 100 + % and Refreshing in today"s world. I came back next day and Sam was very helpful . Then Dave followed up next day to make sure I was satisfied as he was off and Sam helped me. He was happy to hear Sam's service was great too. If that was not enough. The next day we received a call to notify us that we did not lock our unit correctly. This location is a game changer in the world of public storage. They cannot make it any easier for their clients. WATCH OUT!!! - I posted this review when we first purchased the unit, after 3 months of having the unit. They raised our pricing from $140 a month to over $200!!! I get pricing goes up but not that much!!! Beware
Such an outstanding customer experience! Vicki was so wonderful from her intial follow up on my web inquiry right through rental of the unit. She gave me all the information I needed and the transaction was seamless! The facilty is clean and well cared for. Door on the unit opened with little effort and was very smooth. Note: I wish I brought a pair of scissors for the packaging for the keyed lock :)

Very friendly and professional. I reserved my unit late one evening, online, and first thing the next day got a call from the gentleman working there to confirm. The next Monday I went to finish up the details of payment and couldn't have been more satisfied with the service.
