Five star the best place in town to get your storage is awesome place to storage with very convenient very easy to find very comfortable and safe to have your property here.

Booking the unit online was simple, and straightforward. I was sent a digital access code, which allowed me to get into the unit during business hours the same day that I booked. The lock that I paid for was waiting at the unit when I arrived later on that same day as booking. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because when I was leaving, a woman was having issues getting into the facility. The app wasn't working, and it just kept spinning. I tried to assist, to see if it was just her cell phone/connection, as did another patron who was moving stuff out of their unit. The app was down, and this woman was unable to get a code to get into the facility. So, I am hopeful this was just a one-off. But for that reason, I'll give my experience a 4/5, as I had a code emails to me early in the day.

James was honest, trustworthy, and very helpful.

I just emptied my unit yesterday. I rented for 6 months. I dealt exclusively with James. He was always prompt, polite, thoughtful, and focused on me. From check in to check out every thing went smoothly. Price was competitive. Facility was clean and bright. For my situation it worked out great. I would rent here again.

Unfortunately, rent on my unit went up by about 42% completely by surprise, making this very unaffordable. There was no real warning, just a notification that next month rent would be much, much higher, from $143 to $204 per month. The rent had already gone up about 23% in September, 2023. Overall, over the past year, rent has gone up about 75%! This is outrageous price gouging and I'll likely be moving elsewhere soon. Rent on other climate controlled units in other companies' facilities are around 15% less than this. On the one bright side, units and the facility are very clean. Storage unit access is easy and on-site moving carts are convenient for moving items in and out. Also, being forced to buy a lock as well as unneeded insurance is a scam. You have to make an appointment to return the lock you didn't want. You also have to cancel the insurance you didn't want either. Many homeowners and rental insurance policies will cover a storage unit without any additional paperwork or additions to coverage. The lock is an added inconvenience the company hopes you won't do anything about so it's easy money for them; you can get a disc lock for half the price on Amazon.

Thanks to Eve for coming from another facility to assist with my issues at the Courthouse Lane location. If not for her this place would get a horrible review from me. Thanks again Eve.

Generally good, but they don't have enough carts and don't monitor for people that take all the carts for themselves. Sat for over 30 mins waiting for a cart and had to leave. :(

NOT A GREAT OPTION FOR LONG TERM STORAGE. In a little less than 3 years, they have raised the cost on my unit by a whopping $70/month. In 2023, a new similar unit, per their website, costs $60/month. I cannot move my stuff as I'm overseas. My advice -- ONLY rent here if you are renting short term or will be nearby so you can move units to avoid their ridiculous price increases. Next time in Minneapolis, I'm hiring movers to take my stuff elsewhere.

It is always something. Either there are no moving carts or the overhead doors don't work so you can't even get in. There is never any staff there and the only contact you can reach is some 800 number who says that they will report the problem. Not much of a business in my opinion.

Bought a unit in a storage auction and have been here 2 days in a row and the office is closed and no way to contact property manager,horrible place and horrible service

I rented two 10 by 20 units in August 2020 a few weeks apart. I was told the rent in maybe 6 months would go up about 10-15 dollars if at all. Since then my rent has increased 3 times. Now double the amount I started. There is one person working 2 sites. The halls are full of dust and now my unit is full of dust. No one is cleaning… The garage and elevator is filthy dirty. Doors often get stuck open and many times elevator not working… Where is the help? horrible place. Can hardly wait til I find a house and can move out of this filthy place. Have reported them to Better business bureau. .

I used the Public Storage site to rent a unit here - pre-paying. When we got to the facility, the elevator was broken. Other people were moving their stuff out by carrying boxes/furniture up and down stairs. We were told the elevators hadn't been working for days, at a minimum. There was no one from staff on site that we could find - on a Saturday mid-day. Repeated calls to site's phone number went unanswered. We left messages - those were never returned. Online the facility also claims to be climate controlled. We were there mid-November and it was very cold inside the units. I would avoid this place. I ended up renting a unit from another Public Storage facility in St. Paul where they had staff on-site (and had working facilities, working heat, and answered phone calls).

The service went way down when Public storage took over. And prices way up. Good luck finding a cart to move your stuff. Used to be at least 5 carts, now lucky to find one, while it is still not usually busy so that is not a reason. Still clean and lots of cameras at least.

Great storage facility. Nate who works there is awesome and really helpful. Unit is indoor with security and a parking bay so you don’t get rained on.

Just started my rental storage space a couple days ago. So far. Easy to upload and use carts to get my stuff to my locker easily. Climate controlled is a must for me. Meets my requirements
