I called just now, September 10th 2024. I was having a hard time getting someone on the phone. It was concerning a storage unit rented by a family member. I left a message but I'm sure they get tons of messages. I finally was able to speak to someone in customer service around 12:35 noon. I am leaving this detail because I forgot the Rep's name. This was one of the best customer service calls I've had. She was so pleasant and patient. I was only too happy to stay on the line and give an excellent review. This lady did such an amazing job I had to post an online review. Thank you for being amazing and I apologize for not catching your name. If you are working at this Park Road location, thank you!

What a relief! Great customer service (Thank you, Ally!!) Move-in made easy with clear communication of information and genuine warmth and humor. Just hoping the bathroom inaccessibility is a fluke. : ) UPDATE: (3/15/23) I had moved out of that unit awhile ago - easy process. Last week I rented a unit again. So happy o have ALANA in the office. Her smile truly turned my day around. She was helpful and knowledgeable and her warm, genuine, helpful attitude was just plain great customer service. I do wish the bathrooms were better maintained - but am glad Alana is in the office! UPDATE: Still renting here - and the bathrooms have finally been attended to! It is clean. (But note to self: BYO t.p.!) Wanted to give a shout out to the current property manager: Jackie. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and patient. She can’t be everywhere at once although that is in her job description (wink wink) so be kind to her- she is one of the rare finds in this world who understands customer service!

Jacki was amazing!! We had another storage unit lined up, but it was really bad and there was no one at the office (and no one ever answered the phone) to help and answer my questions. That was when I drove to the Public Storage facility located at 10621 Park Road in Charlotte. Jacki was able to assist me smoothly and comprehensively and answer all my questions. She was a pleasure to work with! Plus the facility was clean and in working order. I am so appreciative and recommend Jacki to anyone needing storage.

The latest renovations to the facilities are great! The place is clean, and secure, providing me with peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. I feel like the prices are reasonable for the area and I love that you need passcodes to get anywhere. The ability to unlock the doors and gate using an app is fantastic. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible property manager, Jackie. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every tenant feels valued and taken care of. Whether it's answering questions, offering assistance, or simply brightening your day with her infectious positivity, Jackie is a true asset to this establishment. I've rented storage units at other places before, but none compare to the level of service and quality provided here. If you're looking for a storage solution, look no further. Have rented here multiple times over the years and glad to be back. Unlike other places, someone is there every day if the week, and the staff are all great. I seem to get luck and show up on days when DJ is in the office. He’s clear, fast and always helpful.

DJ was extremely kind and helpful. He was polite and courteous and tried to problem solve my issues with my storage unit. I’ve been there many years and he Has been the most helpful
