I am currently having the worst experience with this location. I made a reservation on Saturday to view the storage unit before making any payment. When I arrived at the office at 6:00 PM, it was locked even though the sign on the door clearly states the hours are 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. I called and was told they were closed. I figured it was the weekend and decided to return on Monday.
On Monday morning, my husband called, and someone scheduled an appointment with him for 4:30 PM to view the storage unit. We arrived at 4:20 PM, but no one was on site. We called and waited for about 30 minutes, then decided to go ahead with the reservation thinking, “What’s the worst that could happen?” Unfortunately, the worst did happen.
After making the payment, we were given access to the storage unit. When we got inside, it was filthy. That wasn’t the major issue we were prepared to clean it ourselves. However, when we tried to lock up after putting in a few items, we realised the lock installation was poorly done honestly, it looked like a toddler did it. It was so bad, we had to take our things back out. And that’s where the nightmare began.
There was no one to contact. We tried calling customer service (which, by the way, seems to be outsourced to another continent), but no one could help. I also attempted to use the online chat support, waited for 40 minutes, only for the chat to disconnect with no resolution. At that point, I gave up. But mind you I had already paid, and the rent had started counting.
My husband called again this morning and finally got through to someone(after many failed attempts). The only solution offered was to upgrade our plan, which we didn’t intend to pay so much for. We agreed to the upgrade just to put an end to all the stress.
We returned after work to access the new unit, only to find that the access code wasn’t working. Again, we couldn’t reach anyone for help. I believe this is a contactless location because there has never been anyone on site. It feels like a ghost town.
It’s extremely frustrating to go through all this trouble without being able to get any support. I am beyond upset. Anyone who wants to use this storage unit, needs to be careful.

Moved out on 1/13 (and have an email from public storage confirming that) but they never closed my account. Got billed another $122 on 2/2. I’ll delete this when they return my money. There’s never anyone in the office and they never answer the phone so I won’t hold my breath. Take your business elsewhere if you want reliability.

Choosing this place was our most terrible decision ever!!
Our unit was broken into, they put a replacement lock but never notified us.
Besides that, we literally witnessed people (guy in red) sneaking into the compound while we were in our car waiting for a police officer. The groundskeeper told us that the guy has been found on the property multiple times and is believed to be responsible for the invasions. He doesn’t have a code!!
What we saw was him crawl under the massive gap beneath the gate and the individual in black wait by the fence on South Boulevard. Groundskeeper kicked individual out so unfortunately we couldn’t prove what his intentions were.
The individual in black carried a large and seemingly heavy bag. We think he hands tools through the fence to the other tug so he can break the locks. After he was kicked out, the other individual walked back to the front of the gate to join him and they walked away empty handed. This was at ≈8pm.
We have reached out to management, but she didn’t pick up the phone.
Given our experience, I suggest you stay away from this place!
absolutely useless people. main gate is broken for weeks, can’t drive in with the trailer over emergency gate which they keep open 24-7. don’t waste your time.
This was a very easy registration and the lice agents was helpful
The place looks a bit outdated compared to other storage facilities and has severe pot holes around the entrances. They also randomly increased my monthly rate with no explanation. I have an indoor climate controlled space and have noticed a few bugs around the facility but none actually in my storage. My items are secure but not accessible 24/7.

DO NOT MOVE INTO ONE OF THESE STORAGE UNITS! My storage unit was broken into and after filing a police report the police officer informed me that 20+ units was broken into but the company was unable to get ahold of anyone. No one contacted me to inform me that my storage unit was broken into and my items were stolen. Instead, they locked back up my storage unit and now I cannot get ahold of anyone. The main door lock was removed and they still haven’t replaced it. No wonder someone was able to break into 20+ units. They are negligent please put your items somewhere else!
UPDATE: nothing was resolved even though my unit was broken into and no one contacted me. I spoke with the manager and she was trying to blame me and told me to pay for the month. They could’ve at least took care of the balance. Also, DO NOT get the orange door insurance they are just as useless. I haven’t spoken to anyone even though I put a claim in October and we are now in December.
Hopefully this helps someone else because this is a nightmare. If you have items here MOVE THEM people are able to get in without a code & have a good lawyer because it can potentially be an inside job.
terrible location & units!!! water leaked into our unit & damaged our items. my husband went to check on the unit out of the blue and all our stuff was damaged. it was easy to get in touch w someone that day bt ever since its been a struggle. the manager Brenda was never available so i had to speak w another lady. we were told WE had to move all the stuff out on our own dime, couldnt dispose of on their property even though it happened their. Theyn refuse to refund the money we just had paid and required us to pay for another unit!!! as if it was our fault they had a leak. they swore they couldnt look at it or fix it until we moved our stuff out. Im quite sure it still hasnt been fixed nor were the other units notified in fact they were actively locking ppls out of the storge instead of checking to see if there stuff has been damaged!!! i highly do NOT recommend
I been at this storage for about 1 month haven't had any problems yet. My storage was a little dirty but we clean it.
But I never can get in contact with anybody at the office🤔🤨
I was here at this location 1/5/22.the Manager was helpful ,Mr. Markee Farmer . I will recommend this location to my Family and Friends
