Awesome place
Well the experience was too much at 1st got to the storage and couldn’t find nobody for help. Had to drive to the location where I made the reservation & nobody was there either. I became frustrated, I went back to my storage building and spotted Alley. She informed me that they took her help, so she’s been all over the place that day. I understood where she was coming from. She was so sweet and helpful. Customer service via phone really sucked & I just appreciate her making it all better for me. All I wanted was an upgrade. Make sure y’all give her a raise or something. Going to multiple storage places with no help & I was a witness to that! Thanks again Alley.
