I went there to pick up my stuff but their office is closed during business hours and the employee is sitting in the car talking I asked her to help me she says she needs to talk to me so I can stand here waiting it's not serious I've already spent an hour and a half just to wait and get the gate code.

Terrible support, zero management response, rapid rebt increases and nigh impossible to cancel the rental
Horrid condition units, rates are raised soon after you join, and nobody will ever acknowledge issues with the system.
Canceling the rental is taking forever.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. trying to get in contact with the property manager is a joke . I’ve left multiple messages with no response been locked out of the unit I paid for for weeks now

Awesome place
Someone broke into my husbands storage unit and stole his stuff. Insurance was no help.Only one camera at the gate, not on the units.
Well the experience was too much at 1st got to the storage and couldn’t find nobody for help. Had to drive to the location where I made the reservation & nobody was there either. I became frustrated, I went back to my storage building and spotted Alley. She informed me that they took her help, so she’s been all over the place that day. I understood where she was coming from. She was so sweet and helpful. Customer service via phone really sucked & I just appreciate her making it all better for me. All I wanted was an upgrade. Make sure y’all give her a raise or something. Going to multiple storage places with no help & I was a witness to that! Thanks again Alley.
