I would highly recommend this Public Storage facility in Van Nuys. I had wonderful service both in securing my reservation and the day I went to set up my unit. Public is very convenient to me the only issue I have is the gate hours which is not accessible for my convenience it’s not enough time when I get off work to get to my items.

They did not have the unit I reserved online when I got there, which was annoying and felt like they just try to get you in the door. However, Theo was incredibly helpful and friendly and made the experience more pleasant.
Alba… was amazing a true Blessings and courteous to my situation stayed after work hours to make sure I was able to get my truck out in time. We need more like her in this world .. GOD bless her! And the others there Johnathan also!

This particular location is 5 Minutes away from my home so thats a plus.Secondly the house keeping is superb nice and clean in my experience is how I've always encountered this place when I do have to return to either place something in storage or retrieve something.Most importantly for me is the professionalism of the front office in particular a office attendant name Shelsi this woman is super helpful, and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile on the spot to look into a question or issue you may have to have either an answer or soultion for you and thats to be appreciated and thankful as a customer she is a great representative example for public storage and any business employee.Thank you Shelsi for your awesome work.

Even though my unit is in another city, your representatives at this location, such as Alba, have always been incredibly helpful to me. They are always patient and very pleasant as well as efficient. Not only have they assisted me with making payments online, they have also showed me how to navigate through my tech difficulties. (I am a senior who is not very tech savvy.) A big thank you to all of them!

Needs more carts, the carts they have are too small and no soap in the bathrooms. Management does not care about old people having to carry heavy boxes without carts. Sad!
