I drove here to make a payment but a big bold guy didn’t want to take my payment, he had the office locked, i had to wait for like 15 minutes, then he told me he didn’t have change if I pay cash, i said we could do it with a credit card but he seemed bothered, after that he told me that the system wasn’t allowing him to take the payment and told me i had to go to another location, I called my original location and they said there was no problem and they should be able to take my payment without any problem, but the guy in the office had already closed the office again and left. Terrible attitude and lies and more lies to avoid doing his job… i waited there for another 10 minutes and the guy still out… the building was empty though…

Tony the manager made moving out a breeze. Overall I stored my stuff here for several years and didn’t have a problem. They open when they open and close when they close. Rent may go up. The elevators always work, and AC does work but this is the Valley, it gets HOT, so keep that in mind. I usually came in the morning or at 5:30 right before they closed.

Tony asked me to take down my first review, but the truth must be revealed so it doesn't happen to anybody else! On Tuesday April 9, I noticed a round lock replacing my padlock. Jose said PS didn't replace locks and said I would have to call a locksmith. I left and came back 15 mins later to find the office closed and my padlock back on my storage! When I opened it, I found numerous suitcases unzipped, opened and missing items gone! Jose came up to my storage and tried to pick a fight with my friend I had with me. I loaded what i could and left. The next day i came back to get more things, and Jose had left trapping me in the building. But he had done this to me before so i knew how to get out. Thursday April 11, i went to get the rest of my things and told Tony what happened. Since then i have had no cooperation with PS as to what Jose's last name is to include this in my police report. I have tried many times to reach the district manager Mr. Thomas, but he has not returned my phone calls! Then I find out my April storage fee, which i refuse to pay due to the lost of items stolen by Jose, was immediately sent to collections! So people if you keep your valuables here, DON'T PUT A PADLOCK ON YOUR UNIT! They are too easy to break into! This isn't over yet!
