I just rented a small 5x5 space and after 3 months of paying rent they increased my rent by 32%. I would understand a 10-15% increase per year but this is absurd. Not to mention they didnt even gave me a 30 days notice, they just slapped me with the bill 3 days before due date. This is bad business practice and corporate greed at its finest. Stay away.

This review is for the beautiful lady Gabby with the golden heart! We were planning on moving storages from another location because they raised the price and she helped us to lower the price and stay at our location. She took her time and effort to make this happen for us. She went the extra mile for us. She showed storage units at her location and was very kind and knowledgeable and professional. We are very grateful for meeting this wonderful person. I would recommend this storage to anybody who wants to be treated above and beyond their expectations.

I’ve been at this public storage for at least 5 years and have never had any problems. The managers, Julia(prior)and Gaby(current), have always kept the facility clean with regular inspections throughout the day. I started out with their smallest indoor unit(5x5) then moved to a bigger (5x10). The transfer on paper and physically was seamless due to the expertise of these ladies. I recently decided to move to another public storage closer to my home and Gaby made the transition seamless once again. Definitely recommend this place for convenience and super friendly and helpful staff. Thanks!

Don’t rent here management falsely promised verbally said they would prorate my space I was renting if I got out of the unit on time which I did so when it was time to prorate everyone story changed I had to pay a full month because they went back on there word so I had to pay collections because they chose not to deal with it after 5-6yr being a loyal customer paying fees during Covid lock down knowing they weren’t supposed be charged any fees so rent somewhere else just not this location

I wish there were more stars to give. So I've been with this public storage for 6 months. Not only are their rates unbeatable but the customer service is incredible. Everytime I've had a question or needed help with anything I've some how been blessed to reach an employee named gabby. The first time I spoke with her was in the beginning to help me figure out why my card wasn't working and she was so patient, kind and pretty funny. She made the entire experience stress free and flawless. So a couple months later here I am again needing help understanding something with billing and there she was again. Happy positive and sourced every avenue we could take and even gave examples for future solutions if it were to happen again. I am a happy customer and rate 5 stars mainly due to gabby and her customer service. Thank you for your help stay blessed!

My first time using any public storage and I was it was so easy. My storage unit was clean and spacious.Everyone one at public storage was so nice and helpful. Shout out to Gaby she even called me back to let me know I didn’t lock my storage locker correctly but that they properly locked it for me.

People who work here are great like Gaby she is 5 stars all the way .but this review is for the ones running it. carefull I went from paying 250 to 361 n now I’m late on payment due to the pandemic by a couple of days and my bill says 722. Now there is something wrong with the way that they are doing there math or this is the way they screw people over. Isn’t there any tendant laws that protect the people from injustice.

So I needed a larger unit, than I ordered, so they referred me to this location. At first I said no way, not happy, thank you, but no, to the area. She totally was patient with me, and walked me through the process and answered every question possible. I am so glad I changed my mind !!!!! I arrived at the Public Storage initially on Friday. Office was closed. I had unfortunately lost my card with the gate code on it. I needed something from Storage, but wouldn't enter behind other renters because I didn't want to risk being stuck inside the property. So I came back today in hopes of speaking with someone to explain my dilemma. In the past, Julia has been incredibly helpful and polite beyond measure. NOT TODAY.. WORKER was aloof and impatient.

This is the absolute best storage facility I have ever used. Not only is the building itself well kept, but the customer service is top notch. When I first went, Julia helped me choose an ideal size unit for my belongings, set up an account and even walked me to the spot personally. Since then (10 months or so) every time I have been there, she has greeted me with a smiling face and even remembers who I am. Other than that, there is plenty of space to park and unload, they have dollies that you can borrow if your stuff is too heavy to carry, everything is secure with passwords and the facility is clean! I highly suggest this place.

Great place to store, The people are very nice. They will give you the right size of unit you need. They also have all the packing supplies you need boxes tape etc.

Great place for storing items! Wide enough lanes to drive a 26 foot Uhaul truck through even though it’s a little snug to do so. Love the drive up units with the roll up doors, very convenient for larger and heavy item storage. Also love the fact that this location has an onsite Manager that lives on the property, for added security!

The attendant Mayra was very helpful, explained everything clearly and showed up on time. Making the reservation online was easy. There was no crazy contract or commitment. It's just month-to-month. If you don't like it, you can always cancel it. The facility seems clean and secure. My storage unit was clean on the inside.

Victoria was awesome. Everything was super fast and easy and she was really friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Mayra has stayed after 6pm on two different occasions to make sure I was taken care of even though the office was already closed. These ladies offer exceptional service and I appreciate their help. Mayra was amazing! She was very helpful and made the process very simple especially after receiving poor customer service with Vicky (Victoria) from the Saticoy location, Booked a reservation for the Tarzana location and spoke to Liz - called the Tarzana location to confirm my reservation and asked if I could move in today since I was loading up my truck. Vicky said of course and confirmed my time for 1:30pm. Went to Tarzana to be told that they did not have the unit. System glitch. Stated they had a bigger unit at double the price. Asked why I wasn't told when I called to confirm that day and Vicky continually talked over me and stated 5x that "this isn't my location" - since it wasn't her location she didn't really care to help or rectify the situation. I Highly recommend the Northridge Parthenia location - Mayra was the best.

I rented a few months ago i promised these girls a review which i did on yelp so I decided to do another one on goggle so heres my experience at this location; It doesn't get any better than this, Mayra went above & beyond with awesome customer service, from the reservation to showing me what my unit would look like & making sure I had all that I needed to store my things securely. Give her a raise & promotion ;). Julia was friendly as well & greeted me with a smile. The storage units are also very clean as well & the floors, they were freshly mopped & I feel confident & satisfied knowing that I made the right choice choosing this place. Thank you Mayra it's hard to find great customer service that comes with kindness :) & that is needed a lot in this worLd ;)

Went into this facility to see about a storage space and the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The compound itself was clean and looked like my stuff would be safe. Defiantly a big plus for me.

Laura is very courteous and professional. Always explaining and making sure I understand the rules and police. But refused to give m access to my unit on the account that I was late on my rent. Although she had maintenance fix my door unit 15 minutes after I told her it was damage....i really appreciated it.
