Perla was outstanding. She was friendly and fixed the issues I had with the corporate office. Lesson learned, just call Perla! *** UPDATED 7/2023 *** changed from 5 to 1 star. They have increased prices from $150 for a 10x15 unit to $251 per unit in less than a year. Greedy people as nothing has changed or been updated.
My stuff was ruined by a leak in the ceiling above my unit and they could care less! It destroyed priceless, sentimental heirlooms passed down from my late father. I informed the front desk person who could only give me the property manager's number. I filed a claim with the insurance who told me there is nothing they can do and when I tried to contact the property manager again, they tried to smoke me out and avoid my constant calls and e-mails. The staff is very unprofessional, and this storage facility is trash. I have to resort to legal action just to get a response from anyone. Do yourself a favor and pay to store your stuff with a company who cares... They don't! Honestly this place should be shut down!
Renter Beware renting at this facility. I have been a long time storage renter. I never had any problems until I moved here. I was told they don’t have an exterminator until they have enough mice problems. This is what I found when I went to my unit today..

Edit: This property has changed hands since I first reviewed it, and while the original owners were great, it has now been bought out by Public Storage. Upon transfer, Public Storage immediately raised the rates and have now again decided to raise rates approximately 40% with only a 30 day notice. While it's a nice and clean property, I am lowering my rating based on the outrageous price increases with such short notice. If you're okay with not knowing how much you'll owe next month, then this is a fine property. As for me, I'll be looking for another place. Gerry and Deborah are fantastic to work with. Extremely friendly and explain everything you need to know. The building is very clean and secure and we are excited to be storing our stuff here instead of in our basement!

within a few months of Public Storage taking this unit over from EZStorage I have already been ripped off twice. First I opted out of insurance and they charged me anyway and refused to refund me (apparently refunding me a few dollars requires a manager’s manager). Then they raised my rent by 20%. I contacted my state rep to talk about regulating this industry because this is out of control. They are betting I won’t be willing to move all my stuff every few years and they can jack my rent up to infinity.

Do not store your stuff here they have a rat infestation! All of my things were ruined! You can't put a price on sentimental things but ezStorage is not willing to do anything to compensate! I was a customer for 3 years and finally came to see all of my things ruined... here are just a few pictures
Great location. Very friendly staff. Clean climate controlled storage facility with spacious halls and lots of carts to use. Be aware that they do increase the price of the rent after the first 6 months and then every year after that. It caught me by surprise, but apparently that's what all storage locations do.

The managers (Deborah and Gerry) have been the years and they're very friends, helpful and great people. The facility is very clean, secure and things are in great working order. A couple friends have used them previously and we're using them now. Finally the climate controlled space very reasonably priced and easily accessible.

BEWARE BIG, SURPRISING RENT INCREASES! I had a positive experience with two resident managers of this location. My problem is, after the first five months of renting a unit there, the company raised my monthly rent 15%. When I called EZ Storage, the company said they did this to everyone and this is what their contracts state that they're allowed to do at the five-month mark and they can do it again at the end of a year. I understand that rents go up. But 15% seemed to be unfairly high. With such unknowns in the cost, we'll have to consider other options as soon as our contract allows.

My brother used this location in 2015. Due to his recommendation, I decided to use the same location. The owners are so professional and amazing. They are very thorough and the facility is so clean. The price is right and the check in process is very easy. The access hours are very convenient. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Love the service here! Deborah and Gerry feel like family already. The atmosphere is so friendly! The storage units are also very safe and everything has to be accessed by a personal code which is nice! I have no worries leaving my stuff in storage here.
The business model for this company is SO deceitful. The "one month free" really isn't a month but until the 31st, regardless of when you sign up; which I found out when calling to confirm our move-out date. On top of that, they don't send bills, reminders or any sort of e-mail, so you just have to figure it out... By then, I assumed they had my credit card on file, since no reminder/bill arrived, so when we went to move our things, our space was locked, we owed the rent, and they charged an extra $60 on late fees. When I asked about that on the phone they say "they don't do that (send bills)". Not only did that delay our move for 30 mins that we had to pay our movers, but left a horrible taste. When we called a few days later to cancel, our account was already canceled, even though we had paid until the 31st. An absolutely horrible experience, with a malicious business model.
If it was not for the K.regg's I would have taken my things out a long time ago

My move in experience was seamless and relatively easy. The resident manager Deborah and her husband Gerry were extremely helpful and pleasant. My entire move-in experience occurred in less than 20 minutes. The customer service was outstanding and both Deborah and her husband were extremely friendly.

Easy storage is a RipOff . When you book online the free month and any discount its taken away when you walk in to pay. Administrative fees , membership fees and all that which they dont show you when booking. Even the manager at that place said so they need to be upfront that its not a good thing. Public storage at least mentions that though they charge same way too and the free months are not free or for a $1.00. I had to take one so i went with public storage.

I was a customer for five years. The storage is climate control and very clean. The couple (Deborah & Gerry) who manages the place keeps it very clean. They are awesome to work with, and are always willing to help! I really enjoyed seeing them anytime I needed to come in. Only issue is rent goes up annually.

Outstanding facility- super clean, secure, and comfortable. The resident managers are fantastic- excellent, personal, customer service. They know every client and the specifics of every unit. They make it extremely easy to find the right space. An extremely well managed facility!

The 5 star rating is for the on-site Managers who run and operate the facility. They are very polite, courteous, and respectful towards their tenants. The facility is very clean and well manicured. Management is very knowledgeable and equipped with answers to answer any questions one may have. That within itself speak volumes to their 20+ years in this industry. As far as Corporate goes, I would give them 2 stars for convenient locations and easy access. With that being said, I would give the a low rating because the are taking advantage of the tenants by raising the rent every 3 - 6 months. Constant increases is a disservice to the tenants and cause them to go to other storage facilities. I believe that most tenants such as myself stay because of the on-site Managers.
Great customer service and CLEAN! Enjoyed my 1 1/2 months storing my items knowing it's safe and secure in their unit. For the price I paid I was able to get a ground floor unit with AC. Makes me never want to consider another outdoor unit at a competing storage unit.

I have stored in many places over the years and this place is by far the best, why do I say that it's the best because the husband & wife team that run the facility are the best very friendly and extremely customer service oriented. I had a great experience using ezStorage service from this location. The facility staff were professional, explained my options and showed the storage units before we rented it out. This facility is open 24/7 and have a large parking space with multiple large loading docks where you'd be able to pull your car or even larger Uhaul trucks. The elevators are only 20-30 feet away from the loading dock and they provide loading carts which made moving on the upper level easier. Also the building is new so it's kept very clean.

I get good customer service and the location is convenient, but I'm very unhappy with the fact that they raise the rent every year.
We have been renting units of various sizes here for years and have been quite happy with our experience. The couple that works in the office is really helpful and easy to work with. The place is clean and secure. We appreciate the fact you can pay and cancel online as well. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the yearly rental rate increases.
