Mr Gupta DECREASED my monthly rent. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been using Public Storage for many years now and had always been very good .But when I started to used the Livingston Md.location I was not happy there, a large section of my ceiling fell down and crushed and knocked over my boxes and broke alot of my belongings. I had to find another Public Storage and move all my stuff out.

For some reason could not get the Bluetooth to link with the gate opening device other than that, it was a pleasant experience, clean, well-maintained facility, and located my locker rather quickly

I had initially ordered a unit that was too small and had to approach the customer service agent to upgrade to a larger unit. My agent, Jonte, was so professional, courteous, and helpful and she was able to help me not only transition to a larger unit, but keep the same rate I was quoted for the smaller unit online! 10/10 recommend!

My favorite storage place. Ms. Clark was extremely helpful and made me feel welcome. I presented her my specific situation and she was able to come up with a satisfying solution that fit my price range.
Unfortunately, I need a storage place, but one of their elevators broke several months ago and either you go up four flights of stairs or you have to go around to use the other elevator. I had not visited the place for several months and found out someone changed our lock, I had to wait a day to complain because the manager was not in that day and the person in charge knew nothing. they have been raising their prices every year and yet the elevator hasn't worked and they didn't refund me to get someone to break that lock and place one of my own I bought at Home Depot, and on top of that they had me remove my lock and put one of their own, without a certain apology or refund me for getting the lock removed. I don't think they care at all.

Taiya is awesome and extremely helpful it was a delight to talk with her. This is a great location with good access. I have a small locker and it has been an immense help to continuing my home lifestyle by removing some of the clutter of things I do not want to get rid of but also do not want taking up valuable apartment space such as my holiday supplies and other items I intend to use in my future home. Also it gives me that extra edge if I see some piece of furniture to restore that I dont currently have time for. I know I can get it and store it away until I have time or space to deal with it. Really how could anyone go wrong with using this place.
I gotta say again this branch has the most amazin employees and service. I came in looking for a space and Andrea assisted perfectly. I’m glad and will be sticking to this branch!
