They now have staff of site all the time, its nice to have ability to use the restroom and my children dont have to pee in a bottle bc they Bathrooms use to always be locked and no staff was ever of site before. Thank you for fixing the situation.

It would be nice if the building had WiFi. Once you’re inside, you lose all signal. Public Storage highly encourages you to use their app, but it’s rendered useless without a connection; so you have to default to punching in a long code to get through any door.
Completed extended period of storage at this modern location with excellent access features. Was initially charged for insurance that I had declined and the issue was corrected. Thanks to Jennifer who was always very helpful.

This was my fourth location. I was reluctant to patronize the company because I felt like they would not fit my needs, upon arrival. I was warmly greeted by a worker named Jenn who answered all my questions with Accuracy and patience. I am thankful that employee like her realize not everybody is educated about The industry of shared rental space.
I have been renting a unit here for over a year now and recently I had a problem with getting my unit door opened for the first time. The property manager , Jennifer went above and beyond to assist me with getting it opened. I’ve had several interactions with her during my trip to the facility and she has always been helpful. I recently moved into a unit at this property after having to move four times in the past two years. The property and units are clean, loading area is laid out well, and the staff have been responsive and awesome to address any concerns and questions I had. Other units have not been very responsive and seemed more focused on corporate policy and making money. Jennifer (manager) and Emaad (other office employee) have been awesome! Both are reactive, seem to care about the tenants and are very friendly, approachable and professional. Highly recommend this storage facility!
You don't find decent customer service often nowadays, but they really nailed it here. They were very patient and thorough answering my questions and even brought up some other possible questions I might have later on. One of the employees even made sure to check up on me as I moved in my belongings. All of this was a really welcomed relief since moving can be so stressful. Not to mention the facility is very nice; I particularly appreciate the covered loading area with high clearance for moving trucks. Thanks again for the pleasant interaction!

Jennifer is the star of this review. The facility is new and beautiful, but well hidden (GPS isn’t always correct). Once there, Jennifer took time to show me around, explain everything, made my entry code easy to remember and was the most pleasant storage associate I have ever met! She is proud of her building, and such a joy to work with.
Jennifer (the manager) did a superb job of completing the rental I had started online. She provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end. She was friendly, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. She under-promised and over-delivered. This is the third time I have rented a space at this location, and although it is not the closest location to me, as long I need storage and as long as she is working there, this is where I'll go!

So this was my first time using public storage as I've used extraspace more often but if I need to store anything else I'll be using public storage (specifically this one again if I can). I had to find a storage space at the last minute and I happened to see this one which had just opened at the time and had really great deals on storage space. From booking a storage unit to move out I worked with Jennifer and honestly I'm so grateful. She was and has been so helpful accommodating throughout my rental period and was always the one to answer calls or call me back or respond to any emails or concerns I had. The space is new so it's so clean, the codes for entry into the space and each level makes it very safe and secure and my stuff was safe and same condition I left it one year later. I'm so so grateful to Jennifer, Whitney and Ishara who helped me during my move out. Should I ever need another storage space I will definitely be coming back here!

Helped a friend move and Jennifer at the front desk was super helpful in finding the right size storage room. She even got him one near a side door so unloading was easy. I even got a cold bottle of water out of it

Storing our things here for nearly a year has been very easy and affordable. This modern facility makes accessing your storage space quite convenient.

What makes this location the best...the management staff! Jennifer is the absolute best! When it's extremely warm out you will find Jennifer offering cold water to customers moving in/out. She's always available to assist and offer recommendations. It's small acts such as this, combined with the clean, secure facility, why I'm glad I chose this location. This is a newer facility with the drive through bays which I love because I'm able to load/unload regardless of the weather. I never had a problem with getting a push cart...the requirement changed where you had to sign them out from the office. I'm told that's because they started mysteriously disappearing lol. I didn't mind having to sign them out, at least there were some available.
The staff is FABULOUS, I so appreciate their help. I LOVE that there are restrooms. Much better security than most spaces.
Only negative is that there is no wifi and I can't use my phone from my space. Since I'm older, could be a medical issue.
UPDATE: They added an antenna and I get wifi access -- thanks!
This public storage location is by far the best one I've used; it's clean, uses convenient tech that works, and has outstanding customer service (thanks, Maria!). I just leased my unit for a year, don't hesitate to do the same.
Well first and foremost it was the smile and great attitude and customer sevice that caught my attention from a specific employee at this location who made this visit super easy and smoothe this young lady was the best i believe her name was jennifer over all a great experience good job PS.
Jennifer is awesome. Every interaction I've had with her, she's been a huge help and is always polite and customer service orientated. Some of the other folks working there, are not as helpful as Jennifer. I reported a leak in the loading bay, and the person at the desk just said "we are aware of it". At least put a sign out there so tenants know it could be slippery at a specific spot. No movement. Jennifer on the other hand, is always out tidying up the facility and around it. Public Storage...give her a raise or promote!!
It’s been the best experience in my life. customer service is the best. As soon as I walked in the doors I was received by Jennifer with a big smile and with a thank you for choosing us. I got treated with respect and the most important thing to me was the kindness. I believe now days you can’t find Customer service because everything now day is get in get out and who’s next in line. I got a tour of the facility and a tour of the different sizes unit to see what would accommodate me the best. Every time I visit the place to get things in and out I get treated with respect and kindness. Thank you so much
New and very clean facility in a good location. Jennifer who works there was always available to help. I hired movers and she even came to my unit and made sure they knew where bathrooms are etc. so the move goes smoothly. I highly recommend that location.

We had a great experience with Public Storage at Bren Mar Drive. The manager, Jennifer Reed, was wonderful and very accommodating. She made the moving process so much easier. I would recommend this location over others solely because of how helpful Jennifer has been.
This particular storage place is always well maintained by the staff. Jennifer is always around checking the units and answering all your questions. I have been to many public storage locations but this one is very well kept and staff is always present. Best public storage in the area without a doubt. Great prices, great location, friendly staff- will recommend it to my friends in a heart beat.

Once again I was searching for what storage facility to go with because I’m deploying with the military. I came across this particular location online when comparing prices, and not only did they have a really good price but the customer service rep was very nice! Jennifer was who provided follow up to ensure I had everything squared away before starting my moving process. She was very informative and provided quick responses any time I had further questions or needed assistance. Definitely Recommend !!

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience at this Public Storage. The facility is brand new and sparkling clean. The manager, Jen, provided us with a customer experience that far exceeded our expectations. She was always available to answer our questions. She found us an excellent unit right near near the loading bay, and she worked with us to ensure our move in, our numerous visits to our unit and our move out went flawlessly. Thanks a million Jen! Regardless of where you live in the DMV area, this place is worth the drive! We’d highly recommend this Public Storage unit to anyone in the DMV area.
The Public Storage on Bren Mar is the best location that I've seen (I visited at least 6 other facilities in the area, and rented from another off and on for the past several years). The facility is new and very clean, with a large indoor loading/unloading area, which allows you to easily move things in inclement weather. Jennifer has been incredibly helpful, beginning with a tour of the facility and available units, to clearly explaining pricing and helping ensure the internet rates that I reserved under were honored. The entire facility is well-lit and feels very safe and secure.
I was so skeptical about getting a storage unit because of the fact I’m a female and feel unsafe at storages since they are secluded and such but this location has been amazing! I love that I can drive into the gate and leave my car there . I love that you need a psscode for gate and elevator so not just anyone can come in.

As first timers to renting a public storage unit we couldn’t be happier to have found this particular Public Storage facility! We checked out several storage companies including two other PS locations. Bren Mar is brand new - clean, convenient location, easy & flexible scheduling process with reasonable prices, and an extremely helpful and responsive staff.
Property manager Jennifer is awesome to work with! Her enthusiastic personality while giving us a tour of Bren Mar, telling us about the company, and showing us an alternate unit - 10 x 5 vs 5x 10 - that is better- suited to the type of items we would be storing sold us on our decision. Jennifer was attentive as well during our actual move that was done in several trips on two different days. I’m glad to know I can just call her directly with any questions. We have already recommended Public Storage Bren Mar to several friends for storage needs, and also as a company where employees seem to enjoy working.

Facility is brand new, super clean and very competitively priced. The massive indoor unloading area also came in clutch because it rained the day we were moving our stuff in. The manager, Jennifer, is also awesome! Highly recommend this place if you need to store anything in northern Virginia.
