I always use Public Storage for when I am moving and need extra space to keep my belongings. This is my first time using this location and I have had the best experience yet. I picked out a unit online during an online promotion, paid for the unit and was all set up to move in upon arrival. Caitlin was there to show me exactly where my unit was and answered all of my questions. She was great in customer service and judging by the other reviews I've read, she treats everyone that walks through that door with the same kindness and respect. These five stars go to her!

When it comes to customer service, Caitlin exceeded all expectations. I was making a move from out of state and she was extremely helpful from start to finish. She guided me through the rental process to make sure I had a unit sufficient for my belongings. On move-in day, my movers were not flexible with their time, so Caitlin arrived a half hour before opening hours to make sure that I was able to get in to the property. She walked me to the units to show me the best area for unloading and even checked on me an hour later. I can't express my gratitude for all that she did to make my move a little less stressful. Amazing!

Apparently, whoever was working this morning had a bad day going. Arrived at property to sit for 20+ minutes waiting and was only able to reach the person by calling the previous public storage location we were at but had to leave so we could get our truck inside rather than outside. Once the manager reached the person via her private cell phone, she appeared with an attitude. Obviously dislikes her employer not providing a company phone, did not like that we wanted to see the unit location and was extremely rude letting us know she does not have units wit 10’ high doors. As we left and asked her to cancel the reservation, she responded very unprofessionally!!! If this was our first impression of public storage, we would have NEVER used them again!!!! Thanks to Diana and Amanda at the Keller Haslet location our history with her representing the company prevailed!!!!

They will rack you up with fees. I have paid this storage over 2 years without any late payment and everything was autopay. They upgraded the system and all autopay was deleted out from their system. Now as I didnt had a card on file, they charged me LATE FEES. I tried to speak to the manager regarding this but she declined to remove the late fees. I will take my business some where else and F&^* this place !

I can’t praise this location of Public Storage enough. I rented a unit and also a space to keep my car there for 4 months. Ashlyn could not have been more informative, thorough, and likable. I called several times to check on my car as I worried about leaving it and Ashlyn was nice enough to actually take extra notice on her rounds just to assure me all was good. I cannot thank her enough. it is very obvious that Ashlyn takes great pride in the company she works for and is an absolute star employee. Keller Haslet location as well. Thanks, Ashlyn!

Not a secure property to trust with your stuff. I had my catalytic converters cut off and no evidence of who or when it happened. Extremely disappointed with this facility.

Good place for storage. Seems pricey for the smallest storage you can get at 60 bucks a month. What I like about this place is you can open the gates through their app on your phone easily. That makes it very convenient to get in and out easily & quickly.
