Public Storage is great! Zack was even greater! Zack got us moved to a more affordable unit that housed my vehicle. I was lucky enough to get a covered parking spot for my 34’ RV. The gentleman helping me took me to see the spot and was very helpful. I appreciate him taking the time to answer all my questions. He did an outstanding job and I highly recommend this PS location!
I was calling to see if I could get a reduction in cost on my monthly rent. They did reduce it but also mentioned another spot opened up that I could swap over too and start a new rent and saved me over $200 a month, Paul was a great help.

As for the Corporation itself, price increases are crazy high and not loyal to long time customers. This is the Corporate side and not the people at the Keller location as their hands are tied on pricing, etc.

This is an edit of my previous review. I had a billing issue that left me seething but the staff from the local store reached out promptly after I posted and we worked out a reasonable arrangement. I'm very impressed by the promptness, sincere concern, and eagerness to work with me. Most companies these days don't care about their customers or image at all. I incorrectly assumed that of Public Storage and am glad to be proven wrong. If you have an issue, contact the store directly. Apparently they want to work with their customers and are willing to compromise.

I like the units and security. There is a consistent presence of Staff and they are on top of the moving in and out activities. The Staff is really great. What I don't like is that the price you start with basically doubles in a matter of 3-4 months. As a long-term renter for my business supplies, I have to move units about 3 times a year to reset the price hike.

I reserved a 11x30 covered parking space to park a boat. Reggie went above and beyond to help me find the right spot. It took several drives on the property to test lot sizes to see if the boat + trailer tongue could fit in. We tried a 24 ft - no, then 25 ft - no, finally we tried a 30 ft and it fit great. Reggie didn’t have to spend 30 minutes showing me different parking spaces. He also helped me get discounts that were offered with online reservations only. The in office price was higher — Reggie showed me how to get the best deal. Thanks Reggie!!
