So Melanie helped out my son , who’s 19 get a storage unit. She was quite the professional and knew her stuff. She made the whole experience a pleasant one. If only everyone who worked in customer service had the same attitude and personality , it would make the world a nicer place. Also as a side note she’s very pretty as well. Id recommend getting a storage unit here over any I’ve seen.The place is nice, new, secure, and ran properly .

In 2 years my storage went from $134 to now $279. Luckily I checked my email today or else on 7/1 I would’ve saw a draft of $279.
Each time they raised my storage by almost $50 every 6 months over the past 2 years with NO explanation. Each time the property manager stated “wish there was something I could do”.
Since it’s called Public Storage, the Public needs to do something about the price gouging and seek storage elsewhere.
Found the same size unit about 1.2 miles from home at $134 a month and first 2 months are at 1/2 price. They don’t raise rental fees every 6 months.
Fingers crossed they don’t try to buy them out to remove any competition

I highly recommend this location of Public Storage. Melanie was so helpful and really made my experience and decision to rent a space an easy one.
Melanie is awesome. I’ve been in this unit for probably 2 years and she is always friendly and helpful. The property itself is well kept, organized, and always pretty clean. I have no intention of leaving unless rates become unbearable.

We had to get a locksmith to come out and she helped us do that also. This facility was very clean in the hallways, and in particular the bathrooms. Thank you Erin for the help.

What a joke, way to high on prices and have to purchase insurance that is a joke as well. Had unit broken into and items stolen. Reported to insurance and they wouldn't pay out for items stolen. Front gate wide open for thieves to help themselves. Person on duty wasn't honest when asked about breaking. Very un professional do not do any business with public storage.
Had a reservation at another place and they werent there. Pulled into here on a whim and was immediately taken care of by Melanie. Informative, friendly, and efficient!

I have been a loyal customer for the last four years, always paying on time and never having any issues. However, I recently received a move-out notice for my unit, which I had paid for and left unlocked intentionally. I did not inform the office in person or online that I was moving out, as I was still using the unit. I received a phone call from them earlier today where they threatened to send my account to collections if I did not pay the balance, but they hung up on me after I asked them to wait for a moment. I called back several times, but no one answered. I disputed the charge with my bank, as I felt that I was unfairly removed from accessing my unit. I’ve been trying to see where it is required for me to leave a lock on the unit or they’ll remove my access. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way they have treated me, a long-term customer who never caused any trouble.
