Do not ever rent in this facility, they tell you the first month free then you will be charged late fee for missing a payment after ten days of moving into the unit. They are the worst. The storage unit is filthy and not climate control. You have only to 6:00 PM to access your items. Very bad customer service deceiving customers and no accurate information delivered when you sign in .
Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable. I store my things at Stough Road and this is my second review and they are AWESOME!

I needed a last-minute secured, storage unit after leaving Sneakercon & the employee James made my rental nice & easy. The staff are overall helpful. However, one new person didn't know their times of operation and told us they are open till 9, while they close at 6!! I am glad we called and checked again, otherwise we would be in a lot of troubles.
Also there is not enough functioning carts/dollies in the building, which is a big hassle.
There is a half step in the loading entrance and no ramp!

Found out the hard way that this place is not 24/7??? Hard to believe! Never heard of a storage facility that the customer cannot access their belongings 24/7. Place is gated and has security cameras. And no light in unit. 🤔🤔
