This is my 1st experience owning a box and it has been a wonderful experience. Nicole was so nice and helpful and took care of all my needs.
Nicole is the best! She always helps me out with all my storage needs. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
Facility is clean. Needs more carts to move items. No property manager on site. No dumpster on site. Storage units are dark, bring flashlights. Gate is very slow to open/close. Need code for everything.
Just stopped by for some holiday items today and we had a great conversation with the manager Nicole she made sure flatbed carts were available and made it an easy trip.

Moved into storage unit nicole was fantastic and extremely helpful in everyway
Place is infested and management hasn't done a damm thing about it.First day moving in, There were roaches all over the second floor crawling in and out of peoples storage units. I had taking about 7 hours to get all my things into my unit and as I make my last trip around 8pm at night. I see 3 roaches on the floor and coming out of someones unit. I have told management and noone has done a thing so I decided to protect my things as best as I could and put a few roach baits out since it seems I wasn't getting any help. A unfriendly general mananger NICOLE was extremely rude on the phone the following day saying how my account would be terminated due to me putting a few roach baits in front of my storage unit. This has been a terrible experience. And I want answers and someone to finally reach out to me. Im paying 200 dollars a month now for roaches? This place should be shut down and inform all its customers!

Completely unfair billing practices. After 20 plus years of renting from them. They basically lost me over $100 credit. To spend thousand upon thousands. That will now be spent at CubeSmart. Wish I would have done this earlier

I needed to get a storage unit right away.I had back surgery like 4 days ago, I went on line and it was so easy to reserve a unit, the unit I reserved is a 10 x 10. Previously I had a storage unit at another place which was also a 10 x 10 that went up from $145 to 170 ridiculous. So I found public storage not only was it easy to reserve a unit but, somebody called me right back that same evening and her name happened to be Angela. Next morning I went to see Angela she couldn’t of made my life easier. She showed me the unit that I picked and she wrote me up for that unit for $96. This place on sunrise highway is very very clean very accommodating and Angela was very patient with me being that I was in so much pain😩 very sweet woman. I definitely would recommend going to public storage on sunrise highway in West Babylon , make sure you ask for Angela she is the best!

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit. I completed all the necessary paperwork online and received a great deal. Upon arrival I was met with the most professional, knowledgeable and kind property manager, Nicole! She took the time to clearly explain everything that is to be expected and went above and beyond answering all my questions in depth. Nicole was extremely patient as I was a bit fearful being a female but assured me that the premises is extremely secure. She also took the extra step to walk me to my unit as it can be a bit confusing navigating the space on the first day. My unit was effortlessly accessible and it was spotless. Renting with Public Storage has been an amazing experience so far and you can credit Nicole for her outstanding customer service!

I recently rented a unit, but I did not know much about which size I should get, but Aiden was very helpful in letting me know all of the options. He was very attentive and made sure that I had all of my questions answered. Everything was very clean and neat.
Around last week or so, maybe a little more, I had went into this public storage looking for a 5x10. Aiden had helped me and showed me many spaces and which ones could be the most convenient for me. I really appreciate the help and professionalism he displayed. Although I didn’t rent, if I do, a big part of that will be because of the young man that helped me get all of that info. The place was also very nice and clean. Someplace I’d feel comfortable storing my important belongings.

I came in to ask some questions about pricing and Nicole was just wonderful. I wasn't ready to commit the nice staff didn't push me into the contract! Renting stuff can be a real hassle especially of you don't read the fine print but Nicole made sure I had a complete understanding of the agreement.
